No fresh air

This location is no ideal for someone interested in exploring Lucerne, Interlaken, Zermatt or any sightseeing places. It is remote. There are trains hourly connecting to Thun and Bern but no direct train to Interlaken. It looks countryside without many shopping options nearby except a convenient store. There is no air condition and windows don't open at all, and hence no fresh air. Windows are only fixed glass windows for day light.

POSITIVE: beautiful and very spacious room; kitchenette is very convenient; parking opportunities; or, if relied on public transportation, location of hotel right next to the train station is just as perfect; fair price;
NEGATIVE: room temperature cannot be adjusted individually (so for my taste it was too cold…); despite sustainability statement towels are being changed daily even though they were explicitly not left on the floor!! (had to leave a note for the cleaning personnel NOT to change towels). Unfortunately this is a problem in many hotels.
Amenities were never refilled during a 4 day stay.

Quiet, convenient location with 24-h self check-in

What I found really cool about the hotel was a 24-h self check-in service, so you can check-in at anytime without any staff present. Everything was clean and comfortable, comes with a well-equipped kitchenette (at least for the room I booked).

Location is super quiet (even though it's next to a small train station and airport), and a convenient base for exploring Bern/Bernese Oberland/Interlaken.

Only downside was that due to minimal staff, there was no room service or housekeeping during our 2-night stay. But we did not mind that. Nevertheless this could have made the price of the room very affordable for a Swiss standard.

Spacious room with a reasonably equipped kitchen and small dining table to eat at. Good wifi and comfortable bed. The hotel is adjacent to the railway station. This makes it very easy to travel by train to Bern. On the flip side, there is no free parking in the immediate area. The hotel charges 15 CHF per night which we thought was an excessive fee. We were captives so we paid. There is a well equipped, free laundry which we found useful. The room is a bit gloomy with two narrow windows that didn’t open. The bathroom had some issues – door didn’t close, shower curtain didn’t span the opening and soap dispenser leaked. We may have been unlucky enough to have scored the room with multiple maintenance/housekeeping issues but maybe the little things like this are being ignored.

Overall a pretty good experience. Our room was pretty clean and spacious. The only thing is our bed had two twin cushions joined together so it didn’t quite make our bed feel like a queen size bed. It’s only 10-15 minutes from Bern on the railway so location is pretty convenient. We also found the location to be pretty calm and quiet.

Group stay for business / travel purposes. Electronic check in for group was time consuming and frustrating. Considering how local they are to thw airport (being an airport hotel). They struggled to arrange shuttles and taxis the next morning, even with an hours notice. Rooms we're good but no double beds... all twins. Overall nice place but could with tidying up the fine details

The room was very nice. The heated tile floor in the bathroom is a plus, but not controlling how hot or cool your room is not a plus. The room was damp/cool because there was no air coming on, hot or cold, and any warmth from the heated floors created constant condensation on the inside of the windows, so there were puddles of water on the floor below every window. It was nice to have convenient, safe, parking, but expensive. The views from the room were beautiful. The bed was very firm, so those who like softer beds will Not like it.

Extremely hard to locate!

This hotel is more like an apartment. The hotel does not appear on the GPS of rental cars so it was impossible for me to find. Even google maps had issues giving me direction. Luckily I had my phone and the lady on the other end that helped me out was extremely helpful. There is no front desk for check in and if I did not have my phone it would have been impossible for me to check in. Once we were in the room, we did our usual Lysol wipe of the surfaces we are going to be using. The clothes we used turned black from all the dirt and bacteria on the surfaces. The shower was also designed terribly and it reeked of sewer.

Cheap digs near Berne airport

This \"airport apart hotel\" is actually right next to the train station. Don't expect any friendly hotel staff to check you in, it is self check-in at a kiosk. Be sure to reserve the kitchen in advance for an extra charge.Bring you own tissues- if you forget to request and pay for the kitchen you'll have to go downstairs to buy a nespresso in the morning. They lock up the kitchen If you haven't reserved it. If you do get the kitchen it is very sparsely outfitted, no dish towel or dishwashing liquid, very few dishes. Nice hiking trails nearby though.

Not recommend too late check in

Because of airplane delay, we arrived at the hotel after midnight. It is located in very calm part. If we arrived there daytime, it would be fantastic. But we hardly find the main entrance. We're frightened in too much silent darkness. It took almost 40minutes to enter my room after completing self check in. I tried to contact the staff to ask how can I enter, but no reply at all.
If you want to take a rest in calm countryside, please check in when there is a staff in the reception.

Hervorragender Standort direkt am Bahnhof Belp, Tiefgarage für PKW ist verfügbar. Checkin leider über Automaten, funktionierte nur bedingt. Zum Glück Hotline verfügbar, die half umgehend. Zimmer geräumig, gut und sauber. Leider keinerlei Bedienungsanleitungen / Infos verfügbar (Hotel, Umgebung, Safe, Kaffeemaschine, TV ect). Badezimmer mit ebenerdig begehbarer Dusche sehr geräumig, leider Fliesen rutschig wenn nass. Besonders der abschüssige Teil in der Dusche gefährlich. Fön defekt, stellte sich nach 30 Sekunden vermutlich überhitzt ab. Kein Kartenleser an TG Einfahrt und Aufzugzugang aus Tiefgarage, unterschiedliche PIN Nummern müssen eingegeben werden. Rezeption nur stundenweise am Vormittag besetzt. Ansonsten war´s perfekt.

Automatischer Check-In hat nicht funktioniert. Am Check-In Automaten wurde ein Zugangscode verlangt. Diesen hatte ich nie erhalten (und auch nicht andere Gäste, die zur gleichen Zeit einchecken wollten). Man musste die Hotline anrufen und dann mit dem Nachnamen einchecken. Danach ging alles reibungslos. Zimmer war ziemlich gross und Bett komfortabel. Ausstattung ist sehr günstig gehalten. In Toilette war ein unangenehmer Geruch.

Great place but…

The room was just perfect but I had a really bad nights sleep because of a constant dull noise, which I’m guessing is related to the heating system. I couldn’t turn it off and it was impossible to ignore.
What a shame as it is such a lovely room and the self check-in couldn’t have been easier. Parking was great too and the room was sparkling clean but I wish I could have switched that noise off.

Da in Belp die Zimmer auf 2 Häuser verteilt sind bin ich zig mal ums Haus gelaufen bis ich das Zimmer gefunden habe. Der vorhandene Pfeil zeigt das ich das Gebäude verlassen muss abet wohin ich dann gehen muss ist absolut nicjt klar. Schlechte Beschriftung. Wasserkocher schmutzig und vom Boden löst sich Beschichtungen.

Einziges Manko: die Heizung zentral gesteuert. Das bedeutet, dass die voreingestellte Zimmertemperatur nicht verändert werden kann. 22,6°C waren für uns zu warm zum schlafen und bei dem gebuchten Zimmer lassen sich leider die Fenster (aus berechtigten Sicherheitsgründen) nicht öffnen. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine wäre eine tolle Sache statt der lösliche Kaffee. Ansonsten würde ich jederzeit wieder in dem Hotel buchen. Das Personal, dass tagsüber verfügbar ist und war war super hilfsbereit und freundlich.

日本から母と2人旅行で利用いたしました。
ベルンから17分ほどのベルプ駅最寄り、事前にGoogleで調べてベルプ駅から徒歩7分ほどとの事でしたが、ホテルすぐ側の地下階段ですぐに駅ホームへ入る事ができ、とても良い場所にありました。
無人チェックインで、当日朝にメールでIDとパスワードが届き、チェックイン場所にある機械で操作してカードキーを受け取ります。その際メールのモバイルデータ通信をオフにしていた為にメールが届いておらず、焦ってしまいました。たまたま近くにいた他のお客さん（スイスの方？）にホテル側に英語で電話をかけていただいたり、機械の操作をしていただいたりして1時間以上かかりチェックインができました。私の不手際でしたが、中々焦りました…。ログインの際、メールにはログインパスワードが自分の下の名前で記載されてましたが、実際は名字を入れたらチェックインできました。もし出来ない方がいたら試してみてください。
部屋はとっても素敵で快適でした。
ベルンのスーパーで食料を買い、ベルプのホテルのキッチンで簡単に調理して、ゆったり食事を楽しむことができました。
スーパーの食料も珍しいものが多く楽しむことができ、好きなものを食べれてよかったです。
スイスの方々がとても優しく素敵で大好きになりました。

Sauber und schön - jedoch zu kalt im Zimmer

Das Zimmer war in Ordung und das Einchecken via Codes hat auch einwandfrei geklappt. Leider war das Zimmer zu kalt. Ich habe die Temperatureinstellungen vom Zimmer 20.3 Grad C und im Bad mit 20.9 Grad C hochfgeladen. Es kann NICHT vom Gast beeinflusst werden. Zum Arbeiten oder mit T-Shirt im Zimmer laufen ist nicht möglich. Das ist für mich ein Kriterium, dass ich das Hotel nicht mehr buche. Als Gast fühlt man sich hier glatt bevormundet.

Llegamos a las 19/00 y la recepción estaba ya cerrada intentamos 7 veces con el interfono del hotel muy mal hasta que logramos entrar las paredes todas rozadas y sucias en el techo faltan placas de escayola ya en la habitación baño pequeño toallas muy mala calidad limpieza muy justa y lo peor 28 grados un calor insoportable las ventanas son fijas no se puede abrir nos quejamos en recepción y dijeron que iban a poner un aire acondicionado sorpresa cuando llegamos por la tarde había un ventilador humidificador con un ruido que no nos dejó dormir las 2 noches siguientes no lo recomiendo en verano para nada es insoportable el calor pedimos que nos cambiasen a otra habitación y dijeron que no tenían libre no era cierto en todas las webs había disponible y llamamos por teléfono y también nos ofrecieron lamentable

vi sjekket inn på en søndag og det var ingen på resepsjonen. Vi fikk ingen informasjon hvordan innsjekkingen skulle gjennomføres. Det var 24 h innsjekking og hoveddøren var stengt og vi trengre kode. Måtte ringe inn og spørre om koder for dør og kode for innsjekking. Hadde vært fint om dette var opplyst tidligere. Fint hotell, ryddig og praktisk.

Cet hôtel n'a pas de receptioniste mais une machine pour faire le check-in.
La chambre est grande, propre avec une visite cuisinette.
Ce qui m'a beaucoup dérangé ici sont: la température de la chambre est trop chaude pour dormir. Elle est réglée à 23 degrés ... bien trop chaude pour dormir, ensuite le parfum d'ambiance sent beaucoup trop fort. Il n'y a aucune possibilité de régler la température de la chambre ni d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour faire descendre la température ni d'évacuer l'odeur.
J'ai n'ai dormi ici!

Geräumig und sauber, aber Lüftung zu warm

- Bei unserer Anreise am Abend war nur ein Automat zum Einchecken verfügbar, leider funktionierten beide Zimmerschlüssel nicht. Die Wartezeit beim Anruf auf die angegebene Telefonnummer dauerte mehrere Minuten, danach wieder zurück zum Automaten und neu einchecken.
- Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber mit Dusche/Toilette, kleiner Küchenecke und Sitzecke.
- Das Zimmer hat eine nicht einstellbare Lüftung (keine Klimaanlage) und Fenster, die sich nicht öffnen lassen.
- Leider war die Zimmertemperatur mit ca. 25°C über Nacht deutlich zu warm, obwohl die Aussentemperatur unter 20°C lag (früh morgens bei 17°C). Eigentlich hätte man \"einfach\" Aussenluft ins Zimmer leiten können und die Zimmertemperatur wäre angenehm gewesen.
- Am nächsten Morgen konnten wir gut bei einer freundlichen Dame an der Rezeption aus-checken, welche sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten beim Einchecken entschuldigte und uns als Ausgleich den Parkplatz gratis gab (normal € 15,- pro Nacht).

24grad in einem zimmer, in dem man keine air condition oder lüftung hat, kein zugriff auf temperaturregulierung, und fenster sind ohne öffnungsmöglichkeit. bei 15 grad aussentemperatur nachts und 19grad am tag einfach eine sehr schlechte situation... schlafen schwierig. ich werde NIE NIE mehr in dieses Hotel kommen, und empfehle es keinem!

Das Hotel ist praktisch. Man kann kochen, hat einen Kühlschrank. Die Betten sind bequem. Schade, dass es kein Öl, Salz, Pfeffer in der Küche hat. Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen und die Temperatur nicht selber regulieren. Es war für unser Verhältnis eher ein bisschen zu heiss.

Preiswertes Hotel

Das Hotel ist im sogenannten Self-Service. Vormittags ist die Rezeption besetzt. Problemloser Check-In. Zimmer war in der höchsten Preisstufe im 3. Stockwerk mit einer grossen Terrasse. Zimmer geräumig. Betten sehr gut. Vielseitiges TV Programm. Sehr ruhige Lage. Die vorbeifahrende S-Bahn wird kaum wahrgenommen. WLAN nicht im ganzen Zimmer optimal. Parkgarage in Tiefgarage zu teuer.

Apparthotel très confortable

Les appartements sont très spacieux, lumineux et confortables.
La literie est de grande qualité et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour la cuisine.
Parking pratique si on prend la solution proposée par l’hôtel et proximité de la gare intéressante pour aller directement à Berne. Aucun problème de bruit de train. Les trains s’arrêtent à la gare de Belp donc ils circulent lentement et ne sont pas gênants du tout.
Un seul bémol : le Check-in automatique. Il faut se débrouiller avec la machine et l’e-mail... certes il y a un téléphone pour joindre quelqu’un mais ce manque de présence humaine est pas terrible...
Mais le rapport qualité prix est excellent

스위스 자동차 여행 및 융프라우 여행 계획중이신 한국인분들에게 추천드립니다.
인터라켄까지 차로 40분 정도 거리에 위치한 곳으로 자동차 여행을 하시는 분이라면 주요 관광지까지 거리도 적당하고, 매우 조용하고 쾌적한 동네입니다.
인터라켄 및 융프라우 주변 호텔들은 가격이 일단 이곳의 기본 3배 이상 이기 때문에 운전에 부담이 없으신분은 비싼 스위스 물가를 피해 비용절약 하시기 좋은것 같습니다.
지은지 얼마안된 아파트 호텔이라 시설 깨끗하고, 일단 취사가 가능하기 때문에 장본거로 식사해결하기가 아주 좋습니다.(스위스에서의 외식은 비싸고 맛없고 최악입니다)
일반적인 유럽 저가형 호텔대비 가격이 크게 비싸지 않으면서 공간은 넓은편이고 기차여행을 계획하신분도 기차역에서 호텔이 바로 이어져있기 때문에 좋을것 같습니다.(호텔 후문 열면 바로 기차역임)
자동차 주차는 별도요금을 내긴 하지만 지하주차장이 보안도 좋고 넓고 쾌적한 편이라 이곳을 거점삼아 스위스의 이곳저곳 돌아다니기가 좋았습니다.

Ambiente und \"Style\" haben gefallen, wenn vielleicht auch der Farbtupfer gefehlt hat...

Doppelbett aneinandergestellt, sind von einander gerutscht und haben eine ärgerliche Lücke zwischen den Betten freigelegt...
