We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment/villa with its own private swimming pool. The bedrooms are both big and have ensuites and are separated by an internal patio. The tall ceilings make the spaces feel really luxurious. We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and one night we also accommodated an extra adult on the sofa bed. We loved the are - really easy to walk to Arguniguin for the beach and local dining options. The onsite shop was also really well stocked. Staff were really lovely and helpful and were able to accommodate a really early check in. We will definitely be back.

Perfect! We had a classic apartment and holidayed with 4 adults and a 1 year old. The space was perfect! So handy that there is a SPAR on site. We did a Lidl shop before, but we really didn't need to. The SPAR was super cheap. We hired a car, which I'd recommend from the airport. The roads are super easy.

Having the access to the beach club made all the difference. I think that's what made it good value for money, if that access wasn't there, I don't think it would have been worth the amount as the pool just for hotel guests is nice, but nothing in comparison to the beach club.

The staff were absolutely amazing. The cleaners were so lovely and friendly, as well as the reception staff. Always a smile. Ale was our cleaner and was lovely!

The hotel restaurant was a great nicer dinner and the food at the beach club was incredible.

Outside the hotel, we particularly liked Art33!

As a day trip, I recommend Puerto Mogan - stunning! Also doing the hike up to The Cross was really easy and lovely.

The rooms were spacious. The suite we reserved had an individual pool. The front reception staff was exceptional and very helpful. The reception area was beautifully decorated and amazingly clean and smelled so tropical.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The little store on the property had everything you might need without leaving the resort. They were reasonably priced!!

However, air conditioning was weak and the unit entrance smelled strongly of moth balls. Lastly, the wifi was very poor and most concerning, when asked about wifi, the individual at reception claimed that she’d risk her employment if she said anything to management.

We had a lovely family holiday in Cordiel Santa Águeda. We stayed in a deluxe villa with private pool and it was amazing, especially for our 4 year old who played in the pool for hours. It was also lovely to have use of the Beach Club next door as the pools are also lovely. Our only issue was that the Sushi restaurant didn’t seem to be open. Staff at Cordiel Santa Agueda were very helpful and responsive especially when our air conditioning broke - an engineee appeared within 45 mins. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with our stay. We had a 3 bed oceanfront and the outside area with pool was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only comment would be to improve the bedding - the duvet cover was just some sheets combined to cover it but didn’t really work.
The cement factory is hardly noticed when you’re there and it’s only an easy 10 minute walk to the town. Breakfast was good and worth the extra cost.

Apartment was very spacious and really enjoyed having our own pool. Beach club was lovely, shame we couldn’t have access anytime. Could do with a more family friendly restaurant on site as nothing near by. The restaurant that was open was great, food and service was wonderful, but on the pricey side, nice for a treat, nothing for everyday dining available. We had hired a car so could go elsewhere, otherwise you would need taxis. Small issue in wardrobes, no full length hanging space for dresses! Huge wardrobe with loads of shelves!
Had normal hanging for shirts etc. Not a deal breaker, but a bit odd.
Overall had a lovely stay.

We had a great holiday here! We stayed in one of the Deluxe apartments and it was so nice to have a private outdoor pool and so much space inside. Having a spar on site for groceries was so convenient and we couldn’t fault the facilities. We had the breakfast buffet on our first morning and it was fantastic. We went to the club pool on one of the days which was lovely, and on the day we checked out we were able to use the solarium and pool, and have a shower in the gym afterwards. The bus stop to the airport is an easy 10 min walk, as are plenty of local restaurants which served great food and drinks in front of a beautiful sunset spot. I had a great foot massage and facial at the club spa - would highly recommend. Beautiful trees and fragrant jasmine bushes along the entrance into the resort. I know that some other guests wrote about the fact that there’s a factory / plant next to the resort but we really didn’t notice it. Our advice is don’t look at it. Simple! Overall, really amazing stay and we will likely come back, which for people who like to go somewhere different each time we go on holiday, is saying something!

The resort is situated away from the main tourist areas, meaning it is peaceful and very relaxing. We stayed in an ocean view room which was fantastic. The rooms are modern and worked well for us as a family of 4. The only slightly strange thing encountered was the single beds pushed together in each room rather than doubles. Any complaints about the old concrete plant next door are ridiculous, it is barely visible and certainly would not spoil your break. Restaurant options are limited on site, but this was not a problem for us. The ice cream shop in the Spar shop is worth a mention, great ice cream. The beach club was also a good place to spend some time and there are dining options available during the day, the food we ate there was good.

A very lovely place. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Sadly only the Perchel main restaurant was open during our stay but the food and service were excellent. The apartments are very well equiped and the Spar on site is immaculate.
Only problem was lack of hooks for towels and robes in the bathroom.
Also the first floor walkway should have a 'no football' sign as our last 2 mornings were disturbed by children playing loudly outside our apartment

The Resort image shows the wonderful pool at Perchel Beach Club. Unfortunately, this is only free to guests Monday - Friday and there is an excessive charge on Saturdays and Sundays. It only opens at 11am and there are generally queues to get in. We queued for 30 minutes, only to find there were no beds left. If you are fortunate to get in, the water is freezing and the 'lifeguard' does not allow toys, balls or inflatables (fun in general).
We stayed in a Deluxe apartment and although the concept was nice, the fixtures and fittings were tired and worn. The front door does not open close properly and has worn the floor at the entrance. The shower door was hanging off. The apartment was dirty and dusty. During our 7 day stay, the cleaner never once mopped or cleaned the apartment. They made the beds every day, but that was all. Surrounding area is also somewhere to be cautious. A large concrete plant to one side and a banana picking Shanty town on the other. Just look at Google Maps.

The accommodation was perfect and the Perchel beach club was amazing. There was daily house cleaning service which was great. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

I had asked for 2 hour delay in checkout on the day of departure as our flight was in the evening. However, this was not communicated to me in time despite making contact twice which was the only minor hiccup in otherwise a perfect stay. I will definitely recommend this place.

Amazing people

We stayed in pool villas, mid September and the weather was still warm. The resort and villa was amazing, the staff there is what make this place special, from the greeting and walking you to your villa to the house keeping staff everywhere they were so friendly. 15 minutes walk to the local town and the adjoining beach club is beautiful and food was pricey but top quality. For comparison we spit our stay in two different 5 star accommodation(2nd stay in the Radisson) the Radisson doesn’t even come close.

Amazing apartment!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom, ocean view apartment and it was amazing. The apartment was a good size, private pool and an a nice view of the ocean. Location wise, it is a little remote but the nearest town is a 10/15 minutes walk along the promenade and has all amenities. ATMs, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Maspalomas is a 15 minute taxi ride. Wifi was good and allowed streaming services to work fine (important with teenage daughters). Staff at Cordial where very friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. All in all, highly recommend staying here. We loved it and will be coming back.

The ocean front rooms are perfection.
The facilities in the hotel need improving and I believe they are it may be due to COVID restrictions and the hotel being new not everyone was open.

The Bar was only open on our last day. The restaurant is lovely.

In the rooms a few more comforts would make the experience better. Daily water for free as if we bought our own room service stopped giving us water. More toiletries should be provided for a luxury hotel / complex like this. Separate shampoo and conditioner and body wash.

Perhaps refreshments and snacks at certain times of day just emphasising the customer care.

Overall very pleased and feel this will only get better.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten ein Duplex Deluxe mit Pool und haben es wirklich geliebt!
Der Service war top und das gesamte Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zementwerk nebenan hört man nicht und es stört auch nicht.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar jeden Tag gleich, aber total in Ordnung.
Unser Appartement lag direkt gegenüber der Rezeption, wo es ab und zu etwas laut wurde wenn Gäste an oder ab gereist sind. Aber das war okay.
Also alles in allem würden wir das Hotel weiter empfehlen und selber sofort wieder buchen!
Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für den Beach Club. Das Essen ist wirklich schlecht. Es gibt dort nur Essen ohne Soße, ohne alles! Tatsächlich ist der Burger ein trockenes Brötchen mit einer Frikadelle ohne Salat oder ähnliches. Es dürfen keine Soßen serviert werden wegen der Kinder und der Nähe zum Pool- wurde uns so gesagt. Man wartet ewig und bekommt nur die Hälfte von dem was man bestellt hat. Oder auch einfach mal ein überhaupt nicht bestelltes Gericht. Wir haben den Pool im Beach Club nur 1x genutzt- Lohnt sich in unseren Augen nicht.
Ein paar Meter zu Fuß gibt es schöne Restaurants direkt am Meer mit super leckerem Essen und sehr freundlichem Service. Da schmecken übrigens die Cocktails auch richtig gut!

Hotellet er helt greit. Flott leilighet, med alt av fasiliteter. Rundt på området er det basseng og beachclub.
Det som ikke var bra var frokostsalen. Tydeligvis underbemannet. De få ansatte gjorde så godt de kunne, men klarte ikke å få ryddet og vasket bordene.
Mange av gjestene måtte selv gjøre denne jobben. I tillegg er det mye støy under frokosten.
Vil nok ikke bestille inkl frokost neste gang, men heller ta frokosten på balkongen, da det er en flott Sparbutikk i nærheten.

Anlage insgesamt sehr schön und gepflegt. Ausstattung Appartement in gutem Zustand und ausreichend für die Personenzahl.
Reinigung der Appartements erfolgt oberflächlich, dennoch grundsätzlich ordentlich und sauber.
Geräuschkulisse im Aussenbereich durch Betonwerk eingetrübt. Personal im Allgemeinen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bra lägenhet, men saknades ugn. Lite slitet på sina ställen, ex badrummet. Långsam incheckning i receptionen vid ankomst när barnen var trötta efter lång resa. Gymmet öppet mycket begränsade tider. Perchel beach club som man har tillgång till på vardagar är överskattat: kallt vatten i poolen (24 grader), ingen jacuzzi, hög monoton musik, liten lekplats och barnklubben aldrig öppen under vår nästan 3 v vistelse.

Vi kan anbefale denne plassen!

Veldig fin plass å bo! Vi hadde en stor villa med sjøutsikt, 3 soverom på samme plan og basseng. Jeg var veldig imponert over hvor gjennomført villaen var og det var gode grove fliser som tåler vann fra bassenget. Alle rom var store med store skap. 2 gode bad.

Veldig bra parkering rett uten for huset. Stille og rolig plass. Renhold var innom hver dag.
Resepsjon bestilte taxi til oss når vi trengte det. Veldig lett å komme seg rundt med taxi.

Veldig deilig spiseplass i din egen hage og sofagruppen var veldig god å ligge i. Det var parasoller som du kan sette opp hvis det blir for mye sol. Vi lagde mat hver dag men kasseroller og stekepanne kunne vært byttet ut. Litt dårlig med kokkekniver.

Spar Express har alt du trenger til å lage middag eller frokost. De har flere meter med brus og øl. De steker varme rundstykker hver dag. De selger is og kaker som er kjekt for barn.

Det store felles bassenget tilhører et annet firma og jeg tror de ikke helt har funnet ut hvem de vil ha som gjester. Vi brukte det ikke fordi det var litt for lite familievennlig. Veldig begrenset mat meny men flere sider med cocktails og de spilte diskomusikk. I ukedagene er det gratis for hotellgjester for noen solsenger, mens andre må du betale for. Men det var kun hotellgjester som besøkte plassen så hvorfor ikke tilrettelegge for de. Pluss de åpner ikke før kl 11 og du blir eskortert til din solseng. Jeg tror ikke de varer så lenge med den strategien.

Ein wirkliches tolles, modernes Resort. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich alle super lieb. Man kann 24/7 per WhatsApp Wünsche oder Probleme mitteilen. Bei uns war die Spülmaschine kaputt. Keine 10 Min nach unserer WhatsApp Nachricht war ein Techniker da, der sie repariert hat. Die Apartments sind wirklich toll. Wir hatten ein Duplex Apartment (ohne Pool) und es war super schön. 2 SZ und 2 Bäder. Im WZ und in jedem SZ ist ein TV. Jedes Apartment hat eine eigene Waschmaschine Trockner, die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Das Frühstück hatten wir nur 1x. Ich als Veganer fand die Auswahl nicht ganz so gut (aber ausreichend) und die Brötchen waren eher wie billige Aufbackbrötchen aber die Mitarbeiter haben (ohne dass ich danach gefragt habe) sich sogar bemüht mir extra vegane Speisen zuzubereiten. Super aufmerksam! Der Beach Club ist direkt neben der Anlage und super schön! Ein Sandstrand ist in der Nähe. Da das Resort etwas abgelegen ist, ist ein Mietauto sehr sinnvoll. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es genug direkt vor den Appartmenta. Wie in GC üblich sind auch bei diesem Resort viele streunende Straßenkatzen. Diese sind super süß und teilweise auch zutraulich und verschmust. Wir haben ihnen jeden Tag Katzenfutter und Wasser auf die Terrasse hingestellt. Es wäre toll wenn jeder Gast hier ein bisschen hilft und für wenig € den Katzen etwas Futter rausstellt :) denn die Gemeinden in Spanien kommen ihrer Verpflichtung, die Straßen-Katzen zu füttern, leider nicht immer nach.

Die Lage vom Resort ist leider nicht so schön, war für uns aber nicht schlimm da wir ein Auto hatten.
Das Deluxe Appartment mit Privat-Pool war echt toll und Frühstück war auch gut. Leider wurde nicht wie angegeben jeden Tag gereinigt.... der Boden hat nie einen Besen oder so gesehen. Mussten wir also selber machen.

The Santa Águeda Resort is actually great and would easily deserve five stars - however there are issues with the beach club. First of all, though it is advertised together, these are separate entities. While you get access to the beach club - this depends not only on availability but is limited to weekdays that are not holidays. Also while the beach club in itself is great and the staff try their best there are some issues there with clear communication and reception. It should be noted that the restaurants except for the breakfast buffet are all inside the beach club too and If the beach club is full you’re a bit out of luck there. All of that is sad because otherwise the Resort is great - though the nearby cement plant can be a bit of a downturned. I’d come here again but would advise they straighten out the beach club situation soon.

Die Anlage war top, da gibt es nichts zu meckern! Allerdings ist es definitiv kein Familienhotel, es gibt nur eine kleine Poolanlage für alle Hotelgäste und dann noch den \"Beachclub\" (so der große Pool genannt, hat nix mit Strand zutuen) wo wir zwar aufgrund eines Gutscheins freien Eintritt hatten, aber Anscheinend bei einigem Tarifen extra bezahlt werden muss. Desweiteren herrschten schärfere Regeln als in jedem Bootcamp, der Bademeister war ständig nur dabei mit seiner Trillerpfeife die Gäste zurechtzuweisen. Auch das der beworbene Kinderwasserspielplatz sich abseits hinter den Gebäute befindet und es da auch keine Liege o. Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt, ist alles andere als Familienfreundlich! Desweiteren hatten drei der fünf Restaurants nur am Wochenende geöffnet.
Aber ein absolutes No-Go für ein Fünf Sterne Hotel war, das keine Amex Zahlung möglich war. Bei Preisen die fast in fünfstellige gehen, setzte ich das voraus.

Perfekt boende för två familjer!

Vi reste med vår dotters familj och deras lilla tjej på 7 månader. Hade en lägenhet \"classic-delen\" med ett mycket välutrustat kök. Allt man behövde för att fixa frukost och middag fanns.Två våningar med två toaletter. Perfekt för två kompispar eller generationsboende.
Nära upp till centrum där mycket välsorterade butiker fanns. Även liten butik på hotellområdet som hade \"det nödvändigaste\"
Helt klart värt att återkomma till!

Schön gestaltete Anlage, großes Freizeitangebot, sehr freundliches Personal. Leider stört das benachbarte Betonwerk durch seine Geräuschentwicklung auch am Wochenende den Eindruck. Auch optisch ein Makel. Sonst aber empfehlenswert.
