Fantastic value for money - The perfect location (not busy) and right by the beach. Please note you have to walk the beach via rocks or steep steps - so not suitable for kids or the elderly.

Brilliant staff who really looked after us and gave my boyfriend a bottle for his birthday.

Reception is on the 8th floor, with the rest of the rooms being underneath since the property is on a steep hill, which was a little odd. Check in and check out were both very smooth. It was a little hard to find parking (we ended up parking a ten minute walk away, but it was free). We didn't use the kitchen but it looked very nicely stocked with cookware. Definitely a hotel for the older crowd!

Amazing small studios, clean, comfortable, and in a great location just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.
The area itself is very quiet and family-friendly, yet only a 7-minute drive to Puerto Rico, where you’ll find plenty of bars and restaurants.

The complex is beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool area and a rooftop jacuzzi that’s definitely a highlight and a must-try.

Although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, there is a large car park right next to it that guests can use, which is very convenient.

The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The only small improvement would be to provide conditioner and body lotion in addition to the shampoo and body wash.

Overall, a wonderful stay! I would definitely come back!

Stayed just 1 night while en route to our holiday elsewhere. The apartment was lovely with everything you could need. The air con was only in the bedroom and we could have done with a fan or something in the lounge/ diner. We stayed half board and the food was really good especially for the price we paid.
The only downside to the restaurant was no aircon and it was stifling in the evening.
The pool and sun terraces were lovely with plenty of beds and parasols. Would definitely consider staying again.

We only stayed at the resort for one day on our way to other accommodation. We found the staff on the reception very friendly and had a quick check in which was appreciated after a late flight. Room was nice and clean if a bit dated. I went up to the bar but it seemed closed at 11.15. Nice view from the balcony.

Granted, it's a three star property, however the apartment had no fans or air-conditioning. This made the stay really uncomfortable. Had to ask for a fan to use from the hotel in order to get to sleep.
Grounds are nice. Access to beach is 5 minute's walk. The bed was comfortable and clean apartment. Some wear and tear visible.

Miserable experience

They're OK til you even mention the problems, then you're made to feel very uncomfortable and at fault. As they don't want to take responsibility for anything. Paid for a superior room but got a standard. No refund or care. The room was horrible, old and numerous problems. Plus like a sauna as no air-conditioning. The staff were rude and disrespectful to me as I justly complained. Couldn't wait to leave. No sunbeds around the pool. Restaurant was awful, around 10 euros for a horrible breakfast in a run-down and depressing environment. Ignorant staff. Everything's controlled and as they want it, not for the guests. It was a job, not a holiday.

2nd time staying here, not to busy place so for me great. If you want night life then anfi del mar is not far away otherwise if nightlife is what you want it maybe a bit quiet for you. But I enjoyed my stay. And reception staff great.

All the facilities were great. Great pool, sun roof, great room with balcony overlooking the sea. The location is great, short walk to Anfi or Arguiniguian and lovely beach 2 mins walk from the hotel. The staff were all lovely. In particular Aida ( no need for the trainee badge, her training is complete) and Yazmina (promotion soon Servateur as she is a very professional person and a credit to your organisation). I enjoyed the stay so much I extended it and will certainly return.

Hotel and it’s location are good. You can expect everything that a 3 star hotel provides. Rooms are spacious and the balconies are quite big. Ask for a room from 3rd floor up to get a sea view. The view is breathtaking so worth paying a bit more. Breakfast is excellent it also worth paying for. Staff is helpful. The only downside is that smoking is allowed everywhere outside even though it’s a non smoking hotel. It was a bit annoying on the balcony and the pool area. However I think this is normal in Gran Canaria. I’d stay in this hotel again. Very good value for money.

A great one night stay

We booked the hotel for 1 night and were really surprised how nice it is . The staff were lovely and everything was really nice. The rooms were exceptionally clean and had fabulous views out to the ocean . The beach is on site snd puerta Rivo is a very short taxi ride away. Breakfast was included and was very very good with everything you needed. I would fully recommend the hotel which is great value for money. I would have happily stayed for a week had we not got accomodation already booked elsewhere.

Our room was not the cleanest neither were the communal areas, the window had been left open so on arrival was full of mosquitos, the main beds were ok but the sofa and pull out bed for the kids were probably the least comfortable we have ever had, our blow up bed we take camping is better.

Close to the beach with nice sea views. Rooms are kept at a good temperature and daily housekeeping ensures cleanliness.

There aren't a lot of English TV channels available as standard and you may have to pay extra to get them.

The hotel staff are very outgoing, including swimming pool staff and at the hotel bar/restaurant. They even served me dinner at closing time on my first night. Enjoyed my time here immensely.

The hotel was reasonably clean and tidy for a 3star rating. The double sofa bed was more than adequate, and the kitchenette was useful despite the lack of draining board and a couple of missing utensils. The balcony was a big plus for relaxing. The most pleasing aspect was the shower which was fully operational and spacious. The lack of parking for our hire car was a real let down as it took us over 40minutes to find parking which was some 5-10 minutes away from the hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay, helped by the weather and a great shower.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms so the only way to get a breeze it book the 4th floor or above with a sea view to receive a breeze, anything else has none. Levels 1 & 2 suffer from being surrounded by plants, trees & foliage which attracts all the insects if windows are open.

Stay clear if you want a relaxing holiday

Arrived to a warm welcome, staff seemed very helpful however they did not have any fans for the rooms, my reply was simply, how have you run out? Surly it’s one fan per room as you do not have air con. His response was I’m sorry, you can try again tomorrow morning. 4 days into the holiday we eventually got one, I was expecting a deposit obviously but he actually charged me to use the fan for the entire week even though I only needed it for 3 days which is ridiculous when you don’t have air con in your apartments, the beds are uncomfortable and do not match the photos online, the shower and balcony’s are okay, I paid for a higher story room and was on floor 3 due to refurbishments, no refund was applicable apparently. The workmen were drilling and banging each morning at 7am refurbishing rooms on every floor. To say it was a relaxing week would be a lie.

Don’t waste your money on this hotel, go stay at the anfi which is 10 mins down the road. It’s a bit more expensive but you won’t have any issues with that place. It’s a 10/10 where as his place is about a 5/10 at best

Cheap and cheerful. Staff & service was really good, along with evening meals. Breakfast was a bit of a let down, but only personal preference, still plenty of choice. WiFi throughout hotel is good, even next to the pool. Some parts of the hotle need a bit of TLC, but overall very pleased with our stay.

We have been a lot of places before we went to the Servatur Green Beach but so far it was the most disappointing place we ever been before. We booked a sea view room, however, because our room was on the second floor we didn't have the sea view. We told to the reception we would like to move to the upper floor but because of the full house, they could not provide for us another room. They told us on Wednesday we will able to move to another floor. However, when we went to ask them on Wednesday they told said we should pay 40 Euro to move any other room. It was very disappointing and unfair.
However, the biggest unfair things was we did not get any information in advance that they do NOT HAVE AIR CONDITION IN THE WHOLE HOTEL. Therefore, we had to leave open all the time the balcony door to able to sleep. However, most of the time it was too hot to able to sleep and because we were on the second floor we heard every noise from the poolside. We tried to sleep in the room but the bed was very uncomfortable so we decided to sleep on the sofa but it was very noisy. So the whole week what we spent there we could not sleep at all.
Honestly, we did not have too much expectation from the hotel but this hotel was very below of the level and underdeveloped place. We would never ever come back and would never recommend to anybody!

The rooms are a bit dated but for the money it was fine. If more than 3 are going in a room the 4th bed was a camping one not the best. The overall hotel was fine. Breakfast was an expected standard.

Lovely Hotel right on the beach

Hotel is excellent the rooms are a good size with a lovely balcony with a sea view. My only gripe was no air conditioning in the room/Bedroom it's was extremely hot and hard to sleep comfortably. However the hotel is excellent with a great pool and plenty of sun beds. I can see us coming here again. The fishing Village of Arguineguin is only 1K away an easy walk.

Very nice hotel near to the beach. Staff is nice and very helpful if you need something or you have questions. We had a very wonderful sea view, the suite was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. Except the parking was full during the weekend and it was hard to find a parking. Nous avons subi un vol d’effets personnels important au sein de cet hôtel. Déjà choqués par ce vol, nous avons été consternés par l’attitude de l’équipe en place, qui n’a pas voulu nous aider à trouver la vérité sur ce vol, minimisant les faits, et refusant de consulter les informations des caméras de surveillance. Cela nous a laissé une très mauvaise impression pour notre dernier jour de vacances à la grande Canarie. .

Resort super. Personale gentile, disponibile e sempre di buon umore. Camera vista mare abbastanza nuova, pulita con prosecco e salatini di benvenuto, con anche il confort della cucina. Avevamo la mezza pensione che comprende colazione e cena(senza bevande) tutto a buffet, il che ti dava da scegliere su una vastissima varietà di piatti internazionali e devo dire tutto squisito. Presenti anche prodotti a colazione per intolleranti a lattosio e altro per non parlare dei churros con nutella buonissimi fatti al momento. Disponibile vasca idromassaggio solarium sul terrazzo al 9 piano e grande piscina con lettini giù fronte mare. Parcheggio facilmente reperibile di fronte all'ingresso oppure andando più avanti c'è una stradina che scende giù al mare si parcheggia li e poi proseguendo c'è una porta che si apre con la tessera della camera che ti permette di entrare direttamente da giù. Chè dire ci ritornerei volentieri e lo consiglio a tutti.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold. Utsikten var fantastisk, personalet var svært imøtekommende og frokostmenyen var god. Vi vil likevel gjerne dele noen forslag til forbedring:

Det hadde vært fint med flere alternativer for halal mat på frokostmenyen.
Vi forventet at sengetøyet skulle skiftes minst én gang i løpet av vårt 10-dagers opphold.
Rommet kunne med fordel blitt moppet et par ganger i løpet av perioden.

They seem to be a little bit dated and on the final night when we requested additional blanket for the third person staying in the room there seem to be a little bit of lack of willingness from the staff to provide it, but after back-and-forth, it was sorted out overall good location and I recommend it good value for money.

Die Matratzen und auch die Kopfkissen waren sehr alt. Das Schlafzimmer wurde nie sauber gemacht.
