This hotel complex is very clean and tidy. Excellently maintained however the location is not great. We usually stay in Mogan and I found the Arguineguin area quite quiet and boring. Thankfully we had a car and it did not affect our holiday however we will not go back.

Really well designed property. The parking is under the accommodation and extends around the perimeter of the property. You can park under the building containing your apartment and there is a stairwell and two elevators for each building. We stayed in a large two bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious. There was an ensuite and a separate bathroom. There was an excellent fitted kitchen with kettle, toaster, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There was a dining table in the kitchen and another on th large balcony.
The main pool area was spacious, but did get busy. The grounds of the property are well maintained with a combination of plants and some artificial grass.
We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet family holiday.

We were surprised to find it was only one bathroom in the flat instead of two, but We got a much bigger terrasse.
We stayed 3 weeks, but had friends comming for one week. No problem of changing, but had to pay 50 euro extra the past 10 days for changing flat to have a bathroom extra.
All We needed for the holiday were there.

Nice enough apartments, but we had one for 4 people and one of the double beds was just a sofa bed stuck in the lounge area. If it says two bedrooms then I expect that not to include the lounge. WiFi is terrible and unsuitable for anything more than casual browsing - and even that is better done from my phone's data connection.

Everything you need for a great stay. Rooms are nice pool areas clean and lots of facilities. Adults pool is also great if you want a quiet afternoon. Reception staff helpful and polite. Child friendly.

Really great stay - hotel was spotless, brand new with modern furnishings and stylish decor. Cleaners were fantastic, all staff were lovely especially ladies in the Spar shop and the weekday lifeguard! Adults only pool was bliss - the comfiest sun loungers!

Lovely apartment, very spacious, much better than I imagined, everything seemed new and modern. The carpark to apartment walk is very efficient. Overall a recommend. Only downside I think they can improve on is bathroom - the small bath gel sachet given is not enough for body or hair wash. Best to buy shampoo, conditioner, body wash from shops if staying a long time. Bathroom extractor fan could be stronger (you can tell it's not strong enough from the small ceiling peel) but other than that everything was great.

Overall, we were fairly satisfied with this hotel. It is a decent hotel in general, and the reception deserves special mention for always being open, friendly, and helpful.
However, there were some frustrating issues during our stay. On several occasions, our key card stopped working, and we had to wait for a maintenance worker to let us in. Unfortunately, it was never clear when they would arrive. Because of this, we missed the chance to change clothes for a golf round and were late for a dinner reservation, which was disappointing.
We had booked one of the most expensive rooms, with a ground-level terrace, for two adults. Despite this, we were given the room closest to the children’s pool in the entire hotel. As a result, we were woken up by children’s noise every morning, during the afternoon siesta, and we were unable to enjoy the terrace at all due to constant shouting and play noise. This felt inappropriate given the room category and price.
On the positive side, the adults-only pool was excellent: a calm and pleasant atmosphere, with a good bar menu for lunch. It was also convenient to have a grocery store very close to the hotel, although it was unexpectedly closed without notice on one occasion.
We were unable to reserve a garage parking space in advance, but this turned out not to be an issue. There was plenty of parking available, and the elevator access directly to our floor made it easy to manage luggage.

Vi endte opp med å sitte på barstoler når barnet vårt badet i bassenget, imens et 20-talls solsenger var okkupert av kun håndklær i timesvis, reservert tidlig om morgenen. Det er synd at hotellet lar folk holde på slik.

Sköna sängar, fräscha badrum och en stor balkong med två solsängar och ett glas bord med stolar till. Man kan även hänga upp sin tvätt på balkongen. Vi bodde i lägenheten med 2 badrum och 2 sovrum.
Det som var minus, var tyvärr bäddsoffan, ville använda den sista natten. Men den har sönder i rum 126, gick inte att vikas ut verkar som att någon har tagit i för hårt och tagit sönder den. Ville slippa min partners snarkande.

Flott sted med god beliggenhet og alle fasiliteter tilgjengelig. Ungene elsket å ha badebassenget rett utenfor døra. Kjempefin leilighet. Litt rart at ikke det finnes håndsåpe, men helt greit å kjøpe det selv. Vi gav opp å bestille mat i baren da det var lang ventetid begge gangene vi dro dit.

Fantastisk flott plass, her er det ingen problem å roe ned og slappe av. Leilighetene er nye og fine og det blir vasket og holdt rent hver dag. Vi koste oss hver dag på bassenget ut i 6 etasje, her var det 18 års grense og stille og rolig med mulighet for å kjøpe både mat og drikke. På denne plassen er det perfekt med bil, da blir det enklere å få kjørt vann og mat til leilighetene som ligg innerst, så det anbefales. I sentrum er det rolig og om du ønsker å shoppe tar du bussen til Porto Rico- 10 min med buss;) Kommer gjerne tilbake😊

Vi hadde en fin opplevelse her, men dessverre finnes det ingen spisesteder på området. Hver gang vi ønsket å spise i Arguineguín, måtte vi krysse en sterkt trafikkert vei uten fotgjengerovergang eller gå gjennom en enveistunnel uten fortau med biltrafikk til et annet hotell. Dette var langt fra ideelt, spesielt med barnevogn og en fireåring.
For at vi skal vurdere å booke her igjen, bør dette virkelig forbedres.
