Pool and garden areas are great and alway kept clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Rooms good. Breakfast is comprehensive and starts at 7 which is good if you’re going out for the day. Only negatives are - tvs are not smart no Netflix or Amazon YouTube etc… some machinery noise humming in room maybe affect you if a light sleeper.

Large room with nice view but you can tell it’s an aging building, mattresses and pillows are on their last leg- all super deflated / soggy.
Not worth paying extra for the jacuzzi on the terrace - it’s basically a slightly larger version of a bathtub that doesn’t keep the heat. It takes you an hour to fill up and gets cold pretty quickly- not a proper hottub- disappointing.
Food was mediocre, wilted salad and mostly yellow / fried food at the hot counter. None of the pastries, cakes etc are made on site. Little variety. That said, it’s ok if you want pasta, burger or tries with chicken nuggets. Not worth 40euros per head.
Staff were very nice though and property was clean.

We received a wonderful welcome upon arrival, the room was spacious, clean, had a large balcony and every convenience.

Honestly one of the best resorts I’ve come across. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
Facilities are good. Views are stunning.
-Travel is easy to and from the hotel.
-Very convenient location. All the rooms are sea view.
-There’s a supermarket in the hotel (slightly overpriced but not much worse than surrounding shops).
-Food options would be nicer if they catered to halal food but no complaints!
Definitely recommend.

The whole experience at the Radisson Blu was top notch. My family had a wonderful vacation using all of the facilities. The breakfast and dinner buffet were of very high quality with lots of options. On the last day we ordered the mixed paella for 2 from the pool bar. Normally you are supposed to order a day in advance but they made it work for us anyway. It tasted amazing and topped off the stay at the hotel. The staff made us feel like VIPs for the duration. We are already planning our return. Highly recommended.

Lovely view from room over garden to the sea. The food was very good. The pools were lovely and warm. Never a problem to find a sunbed. The staff were all fantastic. We asked to have a specific table in the restaurant on our last night as it was our anniversary and not only did they decorate the table for us, a bottle of cava and chocolate dipped strawberries were put in our room. Thank you everyone at Radisson Blu for making our stay so special.

Our family of five had an exceptional stay at the Radisson Blu. The staff were outstanding—always friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We stayed in a spacious three-bedroom suite, which was perfect for us. Each of the kids had their own room, and having a washing machine was a huge bonus for a family holiday.

The hotel's location was ideal—everything on the island was within a 20-minute drive, making it super convenient for exploring. I would highly recommend this hotel to families; it truly catered to all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t have a single complaint. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Cannot fault this hotel and its facilities. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. House-keeping is excellent. All the rooms have sea view. We were upgraded from premium room to a massive suite. Balcony was superb with sofa and jacuzzi.
Breakfast was standard. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was average. The 222 restaurant is highly overpriced and food below par hence cannot recommend it. The Pool Bar is okay for lunch but there are lots of nice places to eat about 7 - 10mins walk from the hotel. The bus stop (Patalavaca) is also about 7-8mins walk. Location is very good with access to the beach and boardwalk.
Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were wonderful, room was great. Two different beaches on your doorstep. Wonderful views. Staff were very helpful friendly and kind. I wouldn’t say the food was 5 star though, we had half board. This wouldn’t put me off going back, but I wouldn’t book anything more than breakfast if that, unless I heard that they had improved the food. Lots of toilets, spa and the staff in the spa are lovely, premium room has a jacuzzi ans sun loungers. Great views in the glass lift! I would go back to this hotel !

Just got back from a half-term stay at the Radisson Blu and we're really pleased we went. We had a two bedroom suite (actually, we got upgraded to the 3 bedroom - it's absolutely vast! But the experience between the two is common, so still relevant).

The beds are comfy - really soft but comfy, although the feather pillows go to nothing. You can get different types from reception but we ultimately didn't find any of them particularly good. However we're a bit fussy when it comes to that so I can't blame that one on the hotel at all.

Every bedroom has a bathroom, and he bathrooms are generous! The lounge and kitchen area are a boon, and you can cast to the TV's (in theory, it uses Chromecast but it didn't work for me unfortunately, I also don't know if it would work with an iPhone).

The balcony is where it's at though, it's huge, even on the two bedroom one it's massive and it is such a big perk! Ignoring the hot-tub (which you fill fresh each time you use it, which is nice), the table and chairs sun lounger make it a real escape!

Loved the beach and the location to all the boardwalk in the area. Pool were beautiful and service was wonderful. Dinner at 222 Blu was amazing! I wish I had eaten there every night. I will next time I am in the area.

The property is nice but could be better. Upon arrival we asked for a sea view room and were charged €65 extra per night. ALL ROOMS AT THE HOTEL ARE SEA VIEW. The hotel is facing the sea. The sea is viewed throughout the hotel. And we were charged extra for that. MISLEADING. The cleanliness is a bit let down. Our room had a MAJOR problem with mould which triggered my allergies and I suffered during my whole stay with a blocked nose and itchiness in my throat and ear and as a result I spent three nights with no sleep. The bed rest stinks and the washing machine in the room is disgusting and smelly.
The staff at the hotel IS BRILLIANT and they make the difference to our stay. Everyone is super sweet and kind and they go extra mile to make us happy.

Breakfast is great, lots to choose, staff incredibly welcoming, friendly and efficient. The heated salt water pool is fabulous. Lots of chaises in September. We had wonderful time at the resort. Booked for 4 nights only but wanted to extend further :-) The bar was set high by the Taj Malabar resort (Kerala, India) but Radisson Blu Resort only raised it higher :-).

Kudos to Radisson Blu Resort, Gran Canaria's team!
Especially to the team at House keeping and everyone at La Canaria Restaurant for amazing breakfast options, despite being vegetarians we had load of choices. But the best was beautiful smiles and amazing service.
My son was not eating in the Restaurant, so staff was kind enough to pack the food for him.

Despite being so busy, hotel was extremely clean. Ample of car parking. Very well kept swimming pools. Our room was amazing with panoramic views of the ocean and beaches on left and right !
Option of 2 beautiful beaches and very convenient to drive around major attractions.
Will be coming back again !!

Our stay at Radisson was excellent! We even received an upgrade based on our Gold membership with Hotels.com. The gentlemen at reception were extremely nice and helpful and I have only praise words about their services. The hotel has anything you need and we didn’t even want to leave its premises all week! We only left a few evenings for dinner our. The location is excellent too you have 3 beaches in walking distance and 3 swimming pools. The views of the ocean are absolutely stunning! Book your room quickly! You won't regret it!

This is a superb hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Las Palmas but an easy bus ride away. The staff were kind and helpful ( single lady with limited Spanish), they couldn’t do enough for you. My room was outstanding and the view, well let’s just say, it hadn’t been photoshopped on the website! What you see on that website is what you get with the added bonus of the sound of the waves. Everyone seemed very content which makes for a relaxing atmosphere which is exactly what I wanted from this holiday. I will definitely be returning.

Nothing like it used to be!!

Hotel is nothing like it was three years ago! It’s dirty including the rooms/hair/grime/just dirty. The service isn’t great, and the food is shocking! Restaurant doesn’t open till 7pm! So you cannot have a decent meal till then! Baby was poorly after going in the pool, and to be honest we never seen them testing or cleaning it. Would never go back, funny actually as on checkout they never even ask how was your stay, so guessing they are aware the hotel has gone down hill. Also the area has turned into a bit of a party town so if your looking for quite and relaxed it’s not the place. Oh and if you smoke don’t bother, you are only aloud to stand next to the one designated smoking area! And no seating!!!

Quiet, peaceful, pleasant pool area. Clean, superb and courteous staff. Full breakfast buffet outdoors (under an umbrella if desired) by the palm trees, ocean, and pool. All rooms face the Atlantic Ocean with balconies. Close to nearby shopping and restaurants in Puerto Rico (which also has a nice sandy beach). A short walk (3-5 minutes) to nearby hotels and a clean light brown sandy Anfi Beach with additional many shopping and dining options.

This is an enormous resort, but it handled the volume of people well. Two huge outdoor pools and two beaches right next to the hotel on either side. Several good restaurants on both sides of the hotel as well. We especially enjoyed the Chamoriscan Grill Beer Garden, located a few minutes walk outside the east walkway (Patalavaca Beach side). We ate there twice!

Staff excellent, always smiling. Enjoyable stay after initial disappointment with slightly tired room, no upgrade (our 30th wedding anniversary). All rooms have beautiful sea views. Premium rooms have jacuzzi on balcony, worth the extra cost.

Good breakfast (lovely staff & egg station chef). Spa closed during our stay, which was disappointing. Buffet dinners variable, some nights excellent choices, others not so good. We had the buffet for 4 nights for convenience, dined elsewhere other nights.

The hotel needs live entertainment each evening, which all other large hotels nearby seem to offer. The current, short (variable quality) session of live music in the main restaurant during the buffet dinner would be hugely improved by providing better entertainment, and increase revenues through added sales of drinks from a pretty captive audience. Even the sister Radisson Blu at Mogan has a daily entertainment schedule (that’s pretty popular). Other 5* hotels in Maspalomas / Meloneras offer nightly entertainment.

Very nice pool area, plenty of sun beds - albeit not cushioned, so pretty uncomfortable. Pools spotlessly clean.

A few restaurants within walking distance, although definitely worthwhile driving / taking a cab about 15 minutes to Meloneras, where there is much more choice (and some excellent places to eat and drink) with a great atmosphere on the seafront boardwalk.

Not a true 5* hotel compared to elsewhere - but still a very pleasant stay.

A Great Hotel, loved it!

We stayed here as my wife was competing in the Challenge Gran Canaria triathlon in Anfi. It was beautifully positioned on the seafront a short walk into the centre of the resort. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The accommodation was superb, with a balcony overlooking the pools and sea. The food in the buffet was excellent. We loved it and will definitely be going back.

The view and location is excellent in this fairly quiet resort. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you want a change from the hotel and the walks and scenery are stunning. Overall very good hotel. Views from rooms, breakfast area or sunbathing area are superb. Breakfast had lot of choices even during covid time. Had a room with balcony and bubble bath. Worth to take it. Can refresh yourself while taking sun or have a relaxing outdoor bath in the evening. I think the hotel is not so new anymore and maybe bathroom area etc would need some refreshment soon, but nothing drastical. Service was excellent in reception as well as in breakfast area and pool bar. Strategically in a good position between port Mogan and Maspalomas. So we would stay again.

Overall the hotel is ok, we loved the pool, enjoyed the breakfast and the free parking. It was very nice to have the jacuzzi on the balcony but unfortunately, we couldn't use it the last day because it was not cleaned. In general, we've found the cleaning very superficial, and for the price we've paid staying there during the New Year time, I was expecting much better conditions and service.

Beautiful Resort

This resort is beautiful, well kept and provides impeccable service. Rooftop bar is a beautiful spot to have a drink after dinner. We loved our one bedroom suite. However, the king bed is actually two twin beds pushed together which wasn’t good for honeymooners or any couple wanting to cuddle at night as they separate easily which forces you to stay on your own side of the bed. Food was adequate, not great. Pool area was beautiful and the beach was next door which was really nice. While we’ve visited much nicer islands than the Canaries, this resort was beautiful. If you’re traveling to Gran Canaria, I highly recommend this hotel.

Back from a weeks stay at Radisson Blu from the moment we arrived you have excellent service . Accommodation was beautiful lovely views and couldn’t fault it.

Breakfast had a wide selection. The hotel is quiet no music or entertainment on site but we knew that before we came .

Only slight disadvantage was would have been nice to go back to a bar after meal out with some back ground music But overall a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning

The hotel is stunning and spotless. From entering the lift on the 11th floor reception and looking out over the pool and sea right through to the pool area which is meticulously cleaned every morning, you can’t fault much at this hotel. Third year running and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough

I spent nine days in the resort with my 9 year old daughter.

Overall our experience was positive with few exceptions which may be a deal breaker for some.

Positives:
* All areas of the resort (external and room) were maintained well and they were pleasant to stay or stroll around.
* All staff were genuinely polite and helpful. I have been in many resorts and irrespective of the class I consider the staff in this resort (concierge, maids, waiters, maintenance) to be top notch.
* The food was of good quality with several choices on the buffet.

Negatives:
* There were no events taking place. So apart from a solo or duet accompagning dinner with nice relaxing music (which was nice) there was nothing else from an entertainment point of view. I think one night event every other night would have been more appropriate.
* Our room (twin) was part of a larger split type of room which is separated by a simple door. This meant that we could hear everything that was taking place in the adjacent room. Our neighbours were a family with 2 little children and one baby and we were disturbed all the time from the baby crying and the TV which was on at a high volume. Fortunately we did not spend so much time in the room, but their presence was very evident. We did not complain because the family was very kind and we were speaking to them in breakfast (at the end of the day it was not their fault; if a proper wall was there instead of the door there would be no problem).

Liked the spacious, modern rooms. Fully equipped in-room kitchen. Comfortable beds. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Extensive choice of best quality food at breakfast and buffet dinners. Fabulous pools and ample sunbathing areas / loungers. Easy access to beach and promenade. Well equipped gym. Fast lifts.

Dislike - no organisation of pool area activities for kids. Overpriced use of tennis courts ! (Should be complimentary?).

The property is immaculate with beautiful pools and gardens, coupled with views of the sea. Priceless. The staff were all friendly and warm. The rooms were spacious, modern with balconies and hot tubs. The facilities generally were very good.
