Really attentive staff at the bar a big thank you to Jack for serving us on Friday.
Mixed reviews on the room, one couple moved because of noisy guests my upgrade given to another member of our group so that was annoying and only one charger working so not able to charge our car.
Other guests being disrespectful to the adjoining property smoking out of the window !
Bed really comfy abc a fabulous shower and lovely toiletries.
Bill needs to be a bit clearer as it’s not obvious what you have purchased.
Most of my issues was other guests which isn’t the hotels fault - just my upgrade should be given to me.
We will stay again but prefer the main house as long as the window isn’t left open as I can’t reach it to close.

Very Beautiful property, well-maintained on the outside with minor issues inside but for the price we paid there's nothing to complain much. Only issues were - we had dinner in the restaurant first night and it was not good , very average, I ordered the chefs special chicken main and it wss really very bad that I hardly ate it, the desserts were very average too. Breakfast next day was decent, but some of the staff at breakfast were a bit unfriendly and rather rude however the staff at reception especially the lady who checked us in was extremely nice and courteus as well as very efficient.

The room was very well presented, quite compact and very warm, which was a shame. We opted for the breakfast and unfortunately the avocado was not ripe enough to eat, which spoiled my breakfast experience.

Very impressive hotel with spectacular details - I would definitely stay there again, but choose an alternative breakfast.

Some attention to details required

The hotel rooms are very overheated with no thermostat to control the radiator. Made for a very uncomfortable sleep and we had to open the window to remove as much heat as possible. This is also ridiculous for a hotel which claims environmental credentials!

We were also very aware of cost cutting measures. Only one loo roll provided and no tissues. Highlighted by them hiding the tissue box cover in a wardrobe!

Our shower flooded the bathroom and we felt that the paintwork etc was just a bit grubby.

We were also disappointed that when we went to check out that reception was not staffed. We waited over five mins and went to look for staff but found none! This really doesn’t present as professional standards.

The stay was seamless from arriving to checking out. I had dinner both evening at the bar and restaurant, and both were lovely. The grounds to the hotel are just stunning and the gym is well equipped. It would have been good to have had information in the room about the services and the hotel. The QR code didn’t work in my room. Great stay and would come back.

The staff were amazing, helpful, polite and professional, I would suggest changing the pillows, as they were far too big and uncomfortable.The breakfast is great value for money, which was lovely, sadly our evening meal I felt was overpriced for the amount we received, compared to the bar meal we had the following day, which was amazing. The cleanliness was rather lacking in places, with cobwebs hanging in the corners and over the actual bed of room 217, there were dead flies on skirting boards behind the curtains and rubbish on top of the wardrobe, infact 5 empty champagne bottles and dusty coat hangers to be precise. Fantastic setting for weddings and events I feel, but not for weekends away.

This was a return visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I have to say all of the staff were so attentive and welcoming with professionalism added.

We were greeted in our room by a special little touch with a card and mini cakes…lovely.

Our only disappointment was the time it took from ordering our main to receiving it was 55 minutes. The breakfast was wonderful also and served promptly with a smile.

Grand , delightful, perfect wedding venue or short stay . I had a mansion room , paid extra , was smaller than expected . Very warm at night need the fan provided . Fairly clean and updated . Room was freshened up in a fashion for the 2nd night , after a very sweaty first night could have refreshed pillow covers but didn’t . Food was expensive and very limited at the hotel . Opted to eat elsewhere the 2nd night . Grounds are gorgeous . Sunny days sat out . Gym is large and very well equipped . Cooked breakfast good , continental limited .

Excellent check in and welcome from Helena on reception. Room was hot because of the weather but there is a fan. Hotel and grounds beautiful. There were 2 weddings going on. Gym great. The ladies at breakfast looking after everyone were fantastic! Hot breakfast ordered, didn’t have to wait long. Had noticed previous review where someone mentioned waiting. The ladies were attentive despite people being in the wrong place. The hotel clearly had signs and asked if you were wedding guests. Wedding guests had a separate room. Breakfast choices were good and food delicious. The staff here are brilliant in spite of guests causing confusion. Seriously the staff were fantastic and we would definitely return. Many thanks. Helena was there in the morning. Efficient and lovely smile. Rate A***

Wonderful grounds, including plentiful green space to walk round. Hepburn house does not have air conditioning and windows with very limited opening function, which made it a pretty hot and sticky stay in 30 degree heat. Furthermore, the East Park Gym is directly beneath the rooms, as a result, we were woken up at 8AM by people flipping tractor tyres and having an outside exercise class.

The reading light in room 108 stays on so this could do with sorting - I used my initiative and wrapped a sock and flannel over it.

All staff on reception bar and restaurant super nice and helpful

Wil book directly next time as definitely cheaper and it’s such a lovely hotel perfect for Ascot !

Would be ideal if a swimming pool and jacuzzi was available I might book a longer stay.

The main building is very impressive along with the grounds.
We had a nice room in the Hepburn Building.
Bit disappointing when one of us was woken up early in the morning with the loudness of the music coming from gym.

Breakfast was a bit unorganised as well, after ordering our drinks and hot breakfast it to a lot longer than you’d expect for the food to arrive, to the point that a member of staff came over to ask if we had ordered.
No butter came for the toast which I’ve never had before and when we asked for some it felt like it had just come out of the freezer.
For the status of this hotel and the cost of the room, it was disappointing that these things happened. We travel a lot and have had much better experiences at many places of lower standard and cost.

Lovely staff but overpriced for what you get.

Staff were amazing. But when you’re paying £260 per night for a room, I would’ve expected far more than what we receive. It was quite small and the temperature was way too high. It was a summers evening, and the hotel did provide a fan; But the temperature was still unacceptable and the fan had a little or no effect. You couldn’t even open the windows very much to let air in.

Wonderful stay with friends visiting Ascot - room was small but comfy - but did nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom as no cabinet or sink top ! Top window was wide open too so room was freezing on the first night.

Lots of positives, all staff were kind and helpful - electric charging point on site albeit we moved our car once charged a cheeky Tesla owner just left their car there even when not charging

Bedding was really comfy and the toiletries were a nice touch - breakfast was delicious and served quickly

Highly recommend - Shame no on site jacuzzi or pool attached to the gym even if chargeable I would have paid

Overall will stay again and recommend to others

I had very little sleep because room 103 was located above the courtyard where all the noisy electrical plant for the kitchen, bulk freezer etc are sited. Even with the windows shut, the constant hum was unbearable, and I had a miserable night.
Also, the main ceiling light didn't work, and the cold basin tap only delivered warm water.

The long drive and grounds are beautiful. The lift was broken and no attempt to ask anyone to help me with cases and bags . The shower was great but the angle of spray kept flooding the floor so we used 3 towels permanently to soak up the water so we could use the bathroom and the fan was very noisy

We have stayed at this hotel once before in a superior room and found the room to be great. On this occasion we stayed in a classic room which would have been good except for a few small things.

There was no way to control the temperature in the room as we found it a bit chilli and wanted to warm the room up for a while but the only method was a radiator with the thermostat at max but the radiator was just lukewarm.

There are no grab handles for when you get in and out of the bath which is a safety issue as someone can easily slip and injure themselves when getting out of a wet bath.

We found the staff were always very friendly and helpful during our stays.

never did i get a \"good morning\" just ROOM NUMBER.. not even room number please!
one of the mornings at breakfast there was rapper music blaring out which looking around the room at the average age group of 50 was inappropriate.. also in the room i was in for the 3 nights i was there was constant loud snoring from the next room which kept me awake..

What a beautiful hotel.
I was away with my son for the weekend and needed a twin room. These are hard to find. We had originally booked in another hotel that had a pool, only to find that hotel was truly awful. After one night we left and went to Easthampstead Park, which was on my short list of properties to begin with for the weekend. I should have listened to my gut and come here instead of the other place.
On walking in, you can see it's been very tastefully and elegantly re-decorated. Colours and tones are wam and soothing.
Check in was a breeze, the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming.
The room, of which I attached a photo was lovely. Ignore the beds not being perfect, we'd put our bags on them before taking the photo.
We had lunch in the bar and breakfast in the morning, all of which was great. There's a lovely bar area, a very cosy lounge room to read or take tea (I did), and very nice breakfast/tea room and a full restaurant (we didn't eat in the restaurant).
I travel a lot for work, so I notice when things are done well and they are here. Things that stood out to me were:
- Decoration. Lovely, maybe more plants to soften rooms?
- Warmth, despite original windows the hotel is warm. The room was maybe a bit too warm, but we opened the windows. I don't recall seeing AC for the summer though.
- Staff were super friendly, very professional, stopping when you pass.
It's just missing a spa, that would make it amazing.
I'll return in the summer for afternoon tea.

Booked for a special Christmas Day evening dinner,checked and double checked to ensure a traditional Christmas menu would be available and was assured it would be.7.30pm dinner in a beautiful dining,very nice bottle of wine and then !
