Great internet, excellent bathroom, nice room...! Staff has been welcoming and helpful.
Restaurant at the hotel is also very good, the bar has a lot of happenings, and there is a pool available, with sauna and steam bath. Fitness is also great, so overall it is a great place to stay!

Absolutely outstanding! We came on a busy Valentine's weekend, but all the staff were super-helpful and the whole place buzzed with efficient excitement! We had a speedy check-in and enjoyed a scrumptious afternoon tea (very highly recommended.) Then we had drinks by the fire-pit. Romantic! Our room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. And breakfast in the morning was great, with more brilliant service. A truly memorable stay!

Room was in good condition for the price. But it was so loud as there was a party on downstairs and guests were shouting for hours in the corridor outside the room. I would recommend the hotel put up some signs to ask for guests to be considerate of others when in the corridors. I should imagine Coppid Beech have lots of events and this would be a common problem.
Additional I did have some animal welfare concerns about the size of the tanks for the fish. The fish are too big for the tanks and don't appear to have much space to turn and thrive. I have reported this to the RSPCA for inspection.

Check in was great then got to the room that was like an ice box ! Put the heating on but it kept returning it to a lower than set temperature . It got slightly warmer later that evening but certainly wasn’t 24 ad the gauge was saying. Woke up this morning to again an ice box and the heating completely off.

Very nice hotel, and good value for money. Room was large, bright, very comfortable and clean. Food was good, and service excellent (although my colleague was asked to pay extra at breakfast for a decaf. cappuccino, which I thought was a bit stingy).

The bar was very noisy as it was a Saturday night. I’m not sure if there’s a quieter bar anywhere to enjoy a relaxing night cap. Breakfast was extremely busy and we had to join a queue of guests waiting for tables to be free. I could see empty tables but were told they’d been booked. We hadn’t been given an option to book a breakfast table so requested they release some of them to prevent people having to take their breakfast into the reception area. Thankfully they did this and we were able to sit in the dining room. There was a queue for food but the serving platters were filled regularly with fresh, hot food. Milk and juices had run out but on request were refilled quickly.
All in all, a comfy nights sleep other than noisy guests returning to their rooms. It was convenient to the location where we’d enjoyed a birthday celebration. I don’t think we’d go there for a weekend break though unless we were much younger and wanted the ‘party scene’

We stayed in a family suite at Coppid beech and it was very spacious, with a separate room with a King-sized bed. The aquarium feature was lovely to see. We had an issue with the shower and the receptionist dealt with it professionally. We were given the double room beside our room, so we could use the shower whilst the shower in our room was being repaired. One star down for the noise from an annual dance event in the hotel, thankfully it stopped around 1am or 2am. There was a lovely balcony attached to our suite but unfortunately, it was dirty, so we couldn't sit out there. The cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms could do with some improvement. Breakfast was lovely but there was a very long queue on our final day. We still had all options available at Breakfast despite the number of guests that morning. Free parking was a bonus, as most hotels now annoyingly charge for parking.

Great hotel, but lots of children/families which seemed odd for a business-style hotel. My room was great but having screaming kids running up and down the corridor outside after 10pm was unfortunate. It's not the hotels fault but not what I had expected at a business conference in Bracknell.

the hotel and staff were excellent modern & clean as well as great parking its only let down for me was the breakfast at £15 pp there was no little cakes no continental ie ham cheese etc as for the cooked breakfast fried eggs hard and plastic looking as for bacon was fatty and cold as was the rest of the cooked it was just cold orange juice was just so diluted you get a lot more for a lot less at other restaurants.I wouldn't have the breakfast there again but would be more than happy to stay

We have stayed at the Coppid Beech previously. We really like it. Not only is the overall hotel experience very good, but the restaurants that are part of the same complex provide excellent evening meals; and the breakfast is always plentiful with a wide choice. So why haven't we given it 5 stars across the board? For one simple (and minor, but important!) reason - the pillows. One might expect uncomfortable pillows at hotels with less star-ratings, but of the 4 pillows we had, 3 were really poor, hard and, unsurprisingly, uncomfortable to the point of being unusable. This will not dissuade us from coming to the Coppid Beech, but please, please can the pillows be such that they give customers a realistic chance of a decent night's sleep? It was particularly frustrating as everything else about the experience was absolutely great - particular praise goes to the chef who prepared the Rump of Lamb!

However, the hotel is hugely let down by the restaurant. Whilst the waiting staff are great, the food really is not! The evening before the event, my husband and I ordered a starter and main for our meal and both were brought to the table at the same time. We sent the main meal back as we wanted to eat our starter first and didn't want the main to get cold. We ordered cheese fondue for the starter but it was not a fondue. Instead it was a baked camembert style cheese which had been left too long to bring to the table so it was cold, we had to use a knife to get the cheese out. We also had to return this and ask for it to be cooked properly so it was runny for our bread and meats to be dipped into. When it was brought back, it felt as though it had been microwaved, it was warmer and we could dip for a short while but it went cold again quickly. This should not be advertised as a fondue, it was nothing like a fondue, no flame to keep the cheese warm. Our main meal was just pizza with onion rings which was okay.
