Very welcoming to pets. Our room had not had the trash removed so we asked at the front desk and they never came to remove it. Also we could not get clean towels delivered because we did not have the laundry basket that was supposed to be in the room. We had to take them to the front desk.

Woke up in the middle of the night with a bad headache took some Tylenol and tried to sleep. Woke up again at 2:00a with my head pounding! The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and patient. I asked for an ice pack, he made me one. Much appreciated and it helped.

Actually the stay at the hotel was fine. Dealing with Expedia really sucked. The AC was a bit noisy. It made a banging noise every time it came on. Other than that, the staff were great, friendly, and helpful.

I accidentally booked the hotel that morning of our stay but booked it on the wrong date. I called Expedia, and they contacted the hotel to get permission to give us a refund. The guy I spoke with said we should get an email confirming our refund later that day. We never got an email and never got a refund. We basically had to pay twice to stay for one night. It really sucks paying twice when living on a tight, limited budget as a senior citizen. We often used Epedia for our travel plans, but never again.

The room was very clean and large but I didn’t like that in order to have the light on in the bathroom, the noisy fan had to be going. However, I was pleased that there was a nightlight in the bathroom!
Also, the tub drain was sluggish and there was no coffee maker which was odd. The continental breakfast was pretty depleted - no waffle batter, very few bagels - my husband and I got the last 2. It was a very skimpy continental breakfast and looked as though there was no one refilling what was there. The coffee was better than most hotel coffee!

Facility was in excellent condition. Room was spacious. There were end tables on both sides of the comfotable king bed, with plenty of outlets for charging. It had a comfortable recliner and 2 chairs at the desk/counter. Full size refrigerator with an ice maker was not quiet, nor was passing highway traffic. Lots of breakfast options, but waffles, oatmeal, and toasted items were the only hot items (no eggs or meat). We were only here one night, but I would come back for a longer stay as it was a very comfortable room.

The receptionist was great when checking in at 9:30 pm, however in the room the dishes were dirty as well there were some trashes at the back of drawers. Moreover, we realized in the morning that the door can be opened without a key. Besides, the breakfast was not really rich.

First time staying here and I'll definitely be back, very clean rooms and area. Breakfast was by far excellent. Location is easy off, easy on the hwy.

One bug was the noise from other rooms. I would recommend the front desk place a sign staying to lower all noise by 10p.m. as we were traveling and losing sleep is not fun.

I had a very nice stay however I witnessed a family traveling with small children being turned away because their room that was reserved months in advance be turn away. It was very sad. I would suggest calling the day before to insure they still have rooms available even if your room is reserved in advance.

The room I was in was amazing. It was a very pleasant surprise.
The location is convenient to the nearest highway and a convenience store with gas is only 2 miles away.
The breakfast I thought was very lacking. You better like bagels cereal and that's about it. Nothing nutritional and nothing hot was offered.
But, I would not hesitate to stay there again knowing I will go out for breakfast.

I booked a room in this hotel four months ago and paid in full for it, but at the reception they told me that they can't give me the room I requested because they are fully booked and there are no rooms available. Our room was supposed to be accessible with two queen beds. Instead, they gave me a room on the third floor with one king size bed. The request for another room or rollaway bed was declined. Later there were three unauthorized charges on my credit card made by this hotel. My husband is now on the phone with the bank discussing those charges trying reverse them. So much negative experience with only one night stay in the hotel!

Hotel was an EXCELLENT value at about $75 for our one night stay. So, I understand that the breakfast offerings were limited to coffee and carbs as advertised. Room was quiet, clean, modern, and roomy in the less busy outskirts of town. Good access to Interstate 81 to visit Carlisle or other locations up and down the Interstate.

Parking was very easy although it was a bit dark. Checking in was a breeze and staff was extremely polite and helpful. I could not rate the food I did not have breakfast, but it was offered the only disadvantage that I found was I had a handicap room and the lights would go on and off without anybody walking around or doing anything I rolled over in bed one time the lights came on, but I can see where that would be extremely helpful. It just was not for me and I did not know if there was a switch that I could’ve adjusted it.

I would have given 5 for everything but unfortunately the room wasn’t cleaned properly . There was no attention to detail at all . The room was nice & the beds were comfortable but it was as if the cleaner had done the bare minimum to turn the room around . There were the hairs from the previous occupants in the bath , sink and toilet seat . The back of the sink had toothpaste splatters. The taps had water marks . The sink looked smeary as opposed to thoroughly clean .
The headboards were thick with dust and one had splatters on it . The tv was covered in dust . The wardrobe doors were covered in fingerprints and the floor had bits all over it .
We went to reception to try to speak to someone but no one was immediately available . We were tired after a long journey so just decided to clean up the bathroom ourselves .
It’s a shame this happened and my suggestion is that some retraining of staff is needed with spot checks to ensure that high standards are maintained . What we experienced did not match the “ gold award “ certificate behind the reception desk !

Despite having a reservation, the hotel did not have a room for me when I arrived from an 8 hour drive. Front desk stated that there was an email sent about the cancelation of my reservation. I never received any email regarding a cancelation. The only assistance the front desk provided, was suggesting that I check at the hotels around for a room. Very agitated and upset about this.

We had a prepaid reservation with the hotel and arrived at 10pm to try to get the children in bed.
Upon check-in I was told that they cancelled our reservation because they overbooked the hotel that night.
They handed me a curt letter from the manager saying that I would be refunded.
We were not notified of the cancellation until we were in the lobby.
It seems as those from the escort service were readily given rooms, and we suspect that we were bumped due to higher rate payout than what we had paid.

Reserved a room online. When I went to check in there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign say they would be back in 10 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and no one showed. Now they won’t respond to emails or calls. Unable to get a refund. Very disappointed and do not recommend this hotel. Awful experience.

Hotel looks like new. Spacious room. Have microwave, refrigerator, very convenient. Lot of parking. I didn’t like that that rooms are cleaned only once a week. Great size of the room - A pet-friendly/non-smoking double queen.
Good price.
The location of the room we stayed in is very close to where folks gather outside to smoke/lounge. There is a small seating area very close to the window of this room. It makes me feel uncomfortable.
The deal breaker however is the cleanliness (or lack thereof). Everyone has different standards for clean, but I feel like at a hotel it is fair to have a minimum standard of cleanliness. This room far from meets that, and is very unfortunately the least clean hotel I've stayed in to date. Dirty floors, a partially scrubbed toilet bowl, plops of animal fur, dead bugs, one crusty appearing sock, and a used mouth guard to boot. This will be my first and last visit to this hotel.
