I posted a review about this hotel on Google to my 10 million viewers and advised people not to stay here. There are photos and videos included in the review. There is mold, dust, rust, cobwebs, lumpy / squeaky beds, and so much more that I don't have enough characters to describe it all. I wish I could get a full refund.

We have been going to larkspur for over a year. We went to check in and they said we weren’t welcome there. They said we destroyed the room. We’re in our 50s and take care of our elderly parents. I asked for pics of the destroyed however they never sent them. I used the whirlpool and it had soap scum. So I went and bought scrubbing bubbles. They said the room was destroyed.
It has always be clean when we left. I know they’ll be a response from the mgr. and it’s their word against mine.
I’ve already contacted my attorney if there are any issues.

Some of the staff are really nice. There was an issue with not having hot water to take a shower. They stopped putting out cookies several days ago. Sometimes the halls smell like smoking. None of it is that serious but you could definitely pay less.

Everyone was super friendly- give that breakfast hostess a raise- she was genuinely friendly and helpful with a smile. I walked in to register and saw my name above the message “Guest of the Day” and received a little snack goodie bag. Nice touch. Would stay again. No frills but comfy and you can tell they are trying to build good customer service.

Across the board, what a wonderful stay! We were traveling the turnpike and needed to make a stop during ice storm. Read reviews of Larkspur Landing and hotel did not disappoint! Was absolutely amazing! We got a family room, which was enormous! Two King beds and plenty of room. Everything was spotlessly clean from the public areas to our sleeping quarters and bathroom. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Not just a run of the mill hot breakfast but various options along with a hot chocolate bar! Admittedly, our stay was better than our planned destination at Camelback in the Poconos! Truly would try to find a reason to stay again! We go to Hershey quite a bit and even though it’s a bit of a drive, I would even consider staying at Larkspur Landing and driving to Hershey. Thank you for a wonderful comfortable amazing stay! Even some of the local dining options from the outside I thought would be sketchy, but found an absolutely amazing Indian restaurant called Royal Kitchen. Our first night was the best in our trip! What an unexpected surprise across the board!

Clean and beautifully decorated, the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, especially the breakfast buffet area had something for everyone, including bags of fresh baked cookies to go!

Everyone was extremely friendly and the room was perfect (and HUGE!) Breakfast was early and only 3 hrs, but we made it work. MAJOR plus that they are dog-friendly! One minor issue, the indoor pool was being renovated, so kids weren't able to burn energy in between scheduled vacation activities. Mostly a great experience!

Had a very clean but fall smell and I loved that. Checked out the bathroom and that was also very large and clean. Liked that they made sure you had many towels and wash cloths. Extra shower things, toilet paper and soaps. The bed was so comfortable and had that very clean linen smell. The room itself was very quiet and you didnt hear the person next door so I finally got the much needed rest qnd relaxing time I was looking for. The air was nice and just kept the fan on for me since the covers were so warm. The next morning I seen the cleaning staff as I came down very sweet and asked me if I needed anything told thank you I am more then good. Breakfast was honestly very awesome and Breakfast lady was more then helpful and sweet. I can say my stay was definitely over the top and will be coming back. They got all 10's here from me. I do definitely enjoy the view I had while eating breakfast with the deer and birds. This really just make me take a moment and be happy to get away from all the stress in life. So thank you all for your amazing service and just helping me relax.
