This hotel was DISGUSTING!!! I would not even shower because the bathroom was soooo dirty I just wouldn’t feel clean. The toilet was dirty, the faucet was broken no knob, the shower just gross. Bedding stained and smelly. We put our shirts on the pillow cases because they were so dirty and stained.

Extending my stay was nowhere near as simple as it should be. ✨complimentary✨ Breakfast is listed on their website but literally not one day did they serve anything sort of breakfast whatsoever… well except for the 3 quarter filled cereal dispensers sitting out 24/7 with no bowls, spoons, or milk to go with it. When I alerted customer service on here, they contacted the motel, which is resulted in them flat out lying saying that breakfast was served every day. Absolutely absurd.

The interior hallway smells like smoke and the beds make an unnerving metallic/iron creak if you so much as look at them. I can look past all that. I've stayed in worse. But my room was less of a hotel room and more of a... previous crime scene.

The price is close to others in the area. The bed was uncomfy. Extremely thin sheets. Shower was okay. Tv is small. The outside is an abandoned banquet hall boarded up with broken windows and grafitti. Staff was pleasant. Check in and checkout was a breeze.

While it is understood that this is an 'economy' location, it does not excuse the following: 1) No hot water, 2) fire/smoke alarm not present, 3) obvious mold on the wall near the bathroom, 4) toilet not properly secured & rocked back and forth, 5) dirty towels, dirty shower curtain, 6) not all lamps worked, 7) no tissues provided, 8) no spare roll of TP provided. While we all want to save money, this location is simply not worth it, at any price.

Major complaint: Hard to find motel, even with GPS. Coming down Route 11, \"Harrisburg Pike\", from Interstate 81 I failed to identify their driveway with too-small sign for the motel. The motel is set 500 feet back from the highway, perhaps more.
From I-81, you need to make left turn against traffic to enter a poorly marked driveway. First time I missed driveway, GPS led me around past a derelict building next door. Nearby are defunct businesses , not lit, apparently vacant. \"Harrisburg Pike\" is poorly lit and has a steady stream of semi-trucks going both directions.
The floor was hard surfaced faux linoleum but clean. My room was very large. Furniture was shopworn but entirely adequate for the price. The wheeled desk chair was good on the linoleum.
Minor complaint: My window opening to front parking lot was actually unlocked the whole time. I only noticed the next morning when packing up.
I would not want to be staying there without access to a car. Harrisburg Turnpike is dark, full of semi-trucks, no sidewalk, hostile to pedestrians.
The area did not seem unsafe or \"ghetto,\" just old worn down strip development. The abandoned structure (dead motel awaiting teardown?) next door seemed erie and ominous to me, a grown man. I wondered if it had squatters inside. You get what you pay for.

A no frills hotel with a giant room, fridge and microwave (bring your own cup). The front desk made me my own pot of coffee in the morning; and helping others with extra towels. Friendly staff and great value. The bed was comfortable too!

Hallways stank of weed. Also, checked out early. Was supposed to be billed for 3 days only. I was going to pay cash. Told the manager that I would be right back after putting luggage in car to settle bill. Returned and was told he was away for 1/2 hour. After arguing with whomever I was talking to to get him back to the desk, all of a sudden he didn't speak English. Left and of course, now I have to deal with expedia for overbilling. Definitely should never have been on the list of recommended motels. Expedia is to blame as well for endoursing this dump.

This hotel should be taken off Hotel.com. very old establishment. Driving up to it horrifying when u see the vacant run down Hotel and banquet in front. Hotel sits back off road at night no lights to entrance of hotel only see lights pass the vacant hotel. Entrance has no indication a hotel is back there no Plyon Sign . Have to drive pass vacant building down a hill which had big pot holes.

For the pricing it is pretty decent, It is pretty quiet and the staff is kind. When I got to the hotel, the first thing I noticed when arriving to my room was the spiders. Being as though I was roomed near the door I assumed it was just through some people leaving it open as they left. Inside the hotel room, I had noticed more spiders inside the bathroom and in the room itself, as well as the tub was dirty. The main issue I had was there was black mold on the ceiling in the hall, again for the price a decent place to stay but cleanliness could be better.

The place was a dump. It was back a little ways away from stuff. Everything was grown up around it the two places in front where boarded up. Smelled of weed and smoke terrible. It was dirty we didn’t even stay just left and went somewhere else.

This property is not kept up. It’s old, and is in very bad need of renovation. The door is VERY loose and the safety lock didn’t work, the lamp fixture was rusted, the bathroom could have been cleaner. I do NOT recommend staying there.

The entire building was in disrepair and smelled horrible. I walked in to the front desk staff emptying an entire can of Glade up and down the hallway, like it would help. The room smelled like it had been smoked in everyday for decades even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. And there were mold stains on the ceiling tiles. The one bed in our room was broken so the entire one side tilted down. We were in the room for half an hour and my eyes were burning, our skin itches and my kids started to cough and wheeze. So we booked a room somewhere else and left. I talked to the front desk who claimed they would give us a full refund and to give them 24 hours for it to go through. It's been 5 days and attempts to contact them have not been returned. I disputed the transaction with my bank. DONT BOOK HERE.

Entering onto the property was very scary with deteriorated builds, piles of Construction demolition waste months old in the drive going into the hotel. Piles of garbage and rotted wooden fencing outside hotel room window. While staff was accommodating the ceilings in the hallway had black mold like sections in patches of 12 inches in diameter. The doors to the rooms had large gaps of light and although the sheets appeared clean found one bug (not a bed bug or tick) the towels were stained with yellowish spots in the bathroom.
