Room safety should be updated as you can literally push some doors open and can see where other doors have been kicked in at. I had to sleep with heavy items and luggage against the door and even then could barely sleep thinking anyone could just come in. Could also use more tv/movie channels

The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. Messy, stinky, cobwebs on the walls, looks like nobody cleaned or dusted in there ever. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning products just to feel somewhat okay with staying there. The door wouldn’t shut unless you used all your body weight to slam it shut. The door also wouldn’t lock cause the lock was broke and you’d have to smash your hand into the side of the lock just for the door to shut/lock. The door also was held together by tape. The shower was yellow and black from stains and mold. We reserved a room specifically for pets and they didn’t have one ready for us. My room key would just randomly stop working and i’d have to take it back to the front desk multiple times just to get it to work again. I recommend not staying here.

The free breakfast was pitiful. They only offer waffles, bread and coffee. No juice, fruit or yogurt.
Cleaning service was the worst. Stayed for a week and was told cleaning service wasn’t everyday unless you requested it. I did only service one day the week. Had to buy wash cloths and towels for the week. They didn’t refresh them on a daily basis. Never again at this location.

The maintenance guy is extremely rude. This is white trash land. A pickup truck under repairs right by the pool. Continental Breakfast equals: cardboard waffles with high fructose syrup and water coffee.rooms aren't clean. The toilet seats was detached.

Got injured in the broken ladder because it didn't have a sign.

Horrible place looks nothing like the pictures either rooms or the pool pictures must be from when they first opened years ago, they guy next to us in the room literally played loud banging music and runs a tattoo shop out the room 228 smh! the rooms are old ,peeling paint, and smell horrible like old basement smell , breakfast was included and may e was the only half decent thing about this place!!

The two female staff members I saw were friendly, the 2 males were mute. The room had an undesirable odor, not just musty. The toilet as well as the bathroom floor felt as though it was going to cave in. The A/C unit was very loud. This was an inexpensive motel which needs some basic improvements.

I was in the area to attend the ford nationals. I chose this establishment for the proximity to the fairgrounds . just a few minutes drive away .its not the cleanest or nicest motel to stay in . just a place to sleep .

The room was obviously a smokers unit, very musty smelling, fruit flys all around the bathroom area. Looked like they rarely wet mopped the floors. Let alone cleaned the mirrors, dusty cobwebs on the nitestand lamp shades. Sink was cracked across the basin, sealed with silicone. Towel hanger was broken, scuffs and cracking paint all around the room, smoke detector was missing. Only good thing was the breakfast bar. It was a last minute reservation for Carlisle.

The man at the front desk was pleasant and he did try. But the overall environment was horrible. You could easily tell the house keeping staff never change more than sheets and pillow cases. And two of them were stained. The door when shut you could easily see outside thru the crack. The second room they moved us to the TV did not work which I fixed myself. The mini fridge was frozen over. And the last straw was the toilet would not flush. The man at the desk had no more rooms so he did get us one at the nearby Quality inn. No complaints about that one. Now hopefully they did actually not charge me for the two nights for the three horrible hours we were there.

There were 2 dead mosquitos on the bathroom sink fixture that I could tell had been there a long time, along with lime and calcium deposits. The shower has no shelves to put soap or shampoo or to set your washcloth down. The door had a chain lock as week as a bolt lock but you could tell the chain lock had been busted down multiple times bc it was bent and rescrewed in new places. The screws on the chain lock were loose; I hand tightened two of them and one screw was missing. I will say the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was nothing but carbs. Waffle and syrup. Two choices for cereal. Bread. Packaged muffin. Thats it. No protein. No eggs. No bacon or sausage. No yogurt. No fresh fruit. No juice. Very lame and limited. Bottled water from a vending machine was $5. Ridiculous. So I didn’t buy it. The bed was very very firm, which is great if you like that. Sheets had some stains and lots of black fuzz balls on them. They must have been washed and dried with some black towel or something.

I wasted money period. The room was horrible. It looked like a set room from Bates Motel. Light switch didnt work so had to find my way to the lamp anditt was a horrible yellowish hue. The floor creaked and was warped. You could feel it beneath you. The bedspread looked like it was from.the 70s.
Smelled atrocious too. Old funk, cigarettes, armpits and an abandoned house closet all rolled together.
The \"guests\" were very suspect like i wouldn't want to park my car within a camera.
Very munsters vibe. I immediately walked out.

People live here. It’s like a homeless shelter. It’s really sad. Our bed had cigarette burns and the wall looked like someone was masturbating on it from the bed ant 10” times. We were supposed to stay 2 night d d we just went home. Got refunded for one night.

There is a few squatter families who seem to be living at the motel and hanging out in the parking lot making an uncomfortable environment. For the most part they minded their own business though. The location of the motel on busy Route 11 is where truckers tend to revv the engines loud or where theyre using the J brakes since it's close to a traffic light. Although I did thoroughly enjoy the accommodations and helpfulness of the head desk staff to make sure my dad felt safe and put him close to the front desk. Thank you for doing that

Room was clean and not bugs. Price was higher than some in the area. Towels had an odd smell to them so I had to go to the front desk and ask for some different ones. Very little toilet paper so I had to go to front desk and ask for another roll. Ac worked and it was quiet for the most part. Easy to carry bag into room with parking in front of your door.

The 1st room I checked in to had vomit on the walk, a black ring around the toilet, it smelt like urine. There was blood and feces on the bedding. The door wouldn’t stay closed and the deadbolt would not engage due to the misaligned door frame.

They offered me a 2nd room and promised that it would be much better. The 2nd room also was dirty but not as dirty as the 1st room and the bedding looked cleaner until I pulled back up he coverlet and top sheet. On the bottom sheet there was dried mucus and drool. At that point I went back. They tried to offer me a 3rd room. There was no way I was trying a 3rd room. This place was beyond horrible. I don’t know how they stay in business

Best motel in Carlisle for the money. The front desk staff is VERY helpful and professional. They take pride in the property and it shows. Safe, convenient and very reasonable prices make this the best choice in the area. Rooms are cozy and comfortable and there is a guest laundry area which is very clean and inexpensive and there is always a hot cup of coffee available in the lobby. No need to look any further.... This hotel has everything you need!!!!

Bud &insects are in thr beds and smell smoking so much. Management stated that it was \"Normal\" absolutely bizzare, booked non smoking rooms just to be greeded with smoke filled rooms, when complaing to management essentially said what do you want me to do terrible place terrible everything stay away from this place at all cost! I won’t stay there again.

The first key they gave someone else was already there. Second room reeked of cigarette smoke. Third room after a couple of in and it’s the key didn’t work. That happened three times by morning. And the breakfast wasn’t what they showed in pictures. Also, they were rooming out like apartments, and the tenants had all kind of junk outside their rooms which made it look slummy.

The girl was very nice. But they didn't have a double bed room non-smoking that was dog friendly. I went down to see if the smoking room was tolerable and it wasn't. The girl did offer $15 off for the dog if I took the smoking room but we still got charged $45. We had to take a king room that we didn't want so does that $15 off not apply? Doesn't seem fair, we were very patient and kind and took the king room. Room was clean and comfortable but I did spend 3 days sleeping with someone who was supposed to have their own bed and $15 a night for a dog is really steep. It makes it not worth the price, especially if you don't get the room you ordered.

This hotel was filthy and the non smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes. Bathroom door did not close, the carpet was dirty, no soap, the parking lot had potholes, people were barbecuing in the middle of the parking lot at night with music blaring. I asked for 2 extra towels to cover our pillows and received only one. Had it not been after 10 pm when we checked in we would have left to find a different place.

BED BUGS AND ROACHES GALORE

I got there in the afternoon and started to relax, I noticed cockroaches right away and a few bed bugs. I was shocked. I was considering leaving, but waited a few hours. I continued to see more unidentifiable bugs, some even looked like lice, but the bed bugs were so severe, I left in a hurry.

I went to the front desk in a hurry and waited patiently for assistance. I know I should have thrown a fit since I have never stayed in a hotel with so many cockroaches, bed 🐛🐞bugs, so many different bugs I literally was sick. I told the front desk clerk about it and wanted a FULL REFUND, he REFUSED. I can not recommend staying here for any reason. Next time I see anything at a hotel, I will take pictures and video as proof. It's a disgusting establishment.

I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but this place was super sketchy and dirty. The room cleaners tried to accommodate us when the first \"non-smoking\" room we were put in smelled so thickly of smoke it made our eyes water. Once we got into our rooms that didn't smell so strongly of smoke (only faintly), we found wadded up tissues in the sheets and someone else's hair stuck to the shower walls. The guy at the front desk was grumpy and rude, until we checked out and he finally smiled for the first time. We should have left immediately but we were only there for a short stay and didn't have time to shop for a new place to stay. Would not recommend.

The pictures on the site were a bit miss leading, when I pulled in I really questioned my booking it doesn’t have curb appeal. My booking confirmed breakfast but was told that there was none. The carpet was very worn and the room was dark and unappealing no decoration. The price was my first reason to stay thought it would have been a bit nicer but guess I got what I paid for.

Pros: I had a place to sleep and shower while my home was being repaired.

Cons:
First room smelled like sewage, got a new room.
The floor was sticky and dirty.
Non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes and beds had burn holes on the comforters.
TV didn't work.
Tall lamp didn't work.
There was no breakfast as advertised.

I booked through Expedia for 3 days. When I arrived I asked if I could shorten my stay to 2 days, and a receptionist told me no, that I had to pay the full amount and contact Expedia for a refund. So I told her never mind, that I would see if I could get the 3 days to work. I didn't think much of it.

We packed up and drove to the front desk early on day two, and I turned in my key cards. A receptionist took them from my hands, and I said \"I would like to check out please.\" He looked at me confused and said \"I'm sorry?\" and I said it again. He said \"You can leave any time.\" That's it? So I said \"Okay...\" and I said \"I am going to go then... thank you..\" and he told me to have a good night.

I drove home and here I am now, on the chat with Expedia as they explain to me that they called the Inn, and the employee told them that I did not inform them I was leaving, at all. The receptionist had, as you remember, told me to contact Expedia. And now Expedia is informing me that the motel must refund me. I was made out to be a liar when I did nothing, and treated poorly for no reason. They continue to say I never told them I left even after finally refund

The room was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. No complaints here. Needed a place to shower and sleep that was clean. Got exactly what I needed. Definitely will stay there again.
