The staff was courteous. The room was okay. The bathroom tub had a broken plug, and the coating was peeling off the inside of the tub, which did not look renovated. I guess you get what you pay for. The price was good.

My stay started with a room next to the laundry. I could hear workers talking. I asked to be moved to another room and told none was available and they would call me when a room was clean. I never received a call. You could hear people coming and going at all hours of the night. An alarm of some sort woke me up at 6 am after no sleep from the noise. The photos online are deceiving. The bathroom is disgusting and not updated. The outside of the property is no better. Weeds and trash. Will not stay here again

Room was considerably damp, even with the AC set at 65, getting into bed the bedding felt damp as well. Lamp shades had what looked like mold on them, the bathroom wall was deteriorating and appeared to have been caused by water damage.

It was all good , except a fire door on left side of building, facing it. Was always being pushed open a little to let anybody in. Which means security was low. Right beside door,a sign said, KEEP FIRE DOOR CLOSED. but every time I went by it, it was pushed open a little bit. And I would slam it SHUT. I'm thinking, workers, letting someone in to swim or free room. Needs to be checked so door stay SHUT.
Anyone stays here, and go by a fire door, shut it tight for more security.

The staff was professional and friendly at check in. The bathroom has mold spots on the walls and ceiling. Certain areas in the common area have bug splatter on the walls. I loved that the mattress was encased! That’s huge considering the easy spread of bugs when mattresses do not receive preventative measures. Although, it was not the most comfortable mattress to sleep on. The shampoo and conditioner were crappy and cheap. The body soap left our skin feeling really dry and sticky. I would highly suggest an upgrade. The room smelled great and was clean when we arrived. WiFi and tv worked. No issues with keycards. Cleanliness of the entrance to the hotel itself was clean and look good as well. But the rooms definitely needs some extra attention and additional renovations/ upgrades

I checked in, took all my bags to my room. IMMEDIATELY I noticed the room smelled awful, I looked past it and moved on. I then noticed the tub had grey sludge in it around the drain??? Once again....moved on. Finally I noticed my one night Stand was completely broken and replaced with a foot rest? At this point I called the front desk politely explaining the situation and requesting a new room..my room was changed to a room where the only improvement was I had two nightstands . The room still smelled awful and the shower was stained brown INCLUDING stains on the shower curtain. In addition to being wildly uncomfortable my entire stay given the condition of both rooms give ...my key stopped working half way through my trip so I had to walk through the rain to the front desk and get a replacement.

I think it might just be a Pennsylvania thing though as the whole state is pretty outdated. Was everything functional, yes, and I think they mean well but it’s no Holiday inn. Not a great place. But doable in a pinch.

He checked in late (10:15). Receptionist was on the couch and was interrupted. Checked in, she gave me 1 key, no instructions on parking. Turns out parking is 95% in the rear of the building. I gave the key to the family helped offload luggage then went to park the car. Drove around the building found a spot on the rear and discovered you need a key to enter. It’s about 50 feet from the reception I knocked but she wouldn’t come. I had to call my daughter to come and slip the key through the door crack to open the door from the outside otherwise it is a few hundred yards to walk around back to the front door. The room, mostly clean a few hairs in the bathroom but no shower curtain. I assume it was by design. There was a lot of water that soaked. We used a lot of towels trying g to dry the floors. Not a great place. But doable in a pinch.

Maybe they spray for bugs but forget to clean up... The worst part was I paid nearly double for the room as the auto show was taking place that weekend.Will never stay here again. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very small and could have afforded to be cleaner, the bathroom was kinda gross, I had to go buy cleaner and clean it myself. The bed in my room was on a 2x4 because the frame was broken. Although the sheets were clean and had a very generous sized TV and a decent Direct tv package. They were under some renovations to update the property, so hopefully after those the property will improve!

Staff was great. Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Area around hotel somewhat noisy due to the roadway, but not detrimental to the stay at all. Room was spacious, surprisingly quiet, despite first floor near entrance,and comfortable (excellent mattress) with microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, iron/board,hairdryer---all quite adequate. However the closet bar for hangers was too low to accomodate a dress. Only a sheet and light coverlet were on the bed with no additional blanket in the room. The bathroom floor was not very clean and the room smelled strongly of febreeze when we arrived. Breakfast was satisfactory with the exception of the really terrible, weak coffee and only \"milk\" (no clue if skim, whole, etc) to put in it.

The hotel is adjacent to an interstate highway with lots of traffic noise, and my request to have a room away from the highway was not honored by the desk attendant

The bathroom was very out dated. The shower curtain smelled like mildew which created a smell throughout the entire room . The wall behind bed had a large dark stain on it .. not sure if it was soda , coffee or something worse . The personal hygiene products that they offered were very small amounts and not impressed with the brand. And - we could not get onto the WiFi the entire stay. We were very unsatisfied with our stay here.
