We just needed a clean, comfortable room for the night as we were traveling home, and we found this lovely place. It was very clean, with disinfecting wipes available throughout the common spaces for anyone who wanted that extra assurance of cleanliness. The room was small but also very clean. It had everything we needed for our quick overnight stay. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with lots of options and friendly ladies making sure we had whatever we needed. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Honestly, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with no regrets. However, I had an important issue with the receptionist who worked that day. Her attitude was unbearable towards me. She wasn’t professional upon my arrival. She didn’t greet or say anything at all. Even though I said hi, she only asked me how she could help me. I said that I’m to check in. She asked me for my credit card and my ID. Subsequently, when I presented my identification and payment card, after I had respectfully handed them to her, these documents were returned by being placed directly on the counter rather than being handed back to me. This interaction, characterized by a lack of professional engagement and impersonal demeanor, significantly impacted my initial impression.

I felt like the level of professionalism displayed during this encounter fell short of the high standards I associate with the hotel. I’m sharing this information in the hope that they will review this matter internally and consider measures to ensure that all guests consistently experience the warmth, courtesy, and attentiveness that are vital to a positive hotel stay.

Super polite staff. I have stayed in many places and I cannot think of one that was better. For example, asking what floor we would like to be on (as there were options), the willingness to make sure our room was up kept daily and would come back when we were in the room late into the morning. Also very helpful with service at breakfast. Rooms and the hotel over was quite clean. Maybe the addition of a waffle maker at the breakfast bar? We travel to this area for three nights every year in December. We intend to make this our place of lodging moving forward.

The bed was very comfortable, the room and the bathroom were clean and conveniently set up with a big desk and two desk chairs. The whole entrance area looked very inviting, the staff was friendly and there were many breakfast choices. Also coffee and fruit was offered during the day. The hotel was overwhelmed by a group of families attending a nearby sports activity. At check-in there was a party with pizza and drinks being held in the small lobby. We could not even hear the poor man at the desk as he welcomed us. We didn't even unload our bags before leaving again to find dinner, hoping it would calm down by the time we returned. Unfortunately it was even louder two hours later. Children were running in the halls and parking area screaming, unattended by their parents. We thought one child was actually in trouble, he was screaming so loudly. We found another boy sitting on top of him on the lawn as we entered the hotel. At one point a stunned elderly man checked into the room next to us and advised us to avoid the lobby. The thumping, banging, and yelling continued well after 10 pm, and started again early in the morning. This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, but clearly overwhelmed. I have stayed in hotels with sports groups before, and not even known they were there. The hotel should enforce a limit to the number of guests gathering in the check-in area, at least some level of acceptable noise in common areas, and some rules about unattended children. A child could have easily been hit by a car in the parking lot or taken by someone.
