The room is decent and clean. Given the low cost, this place is a good place for a quick evening rest. Otherwise, the hallway is very outdated, moist and smells moldy. It's surprising complimentary breakfast is even provided given the low cost. But beware of the quality. The waffle tasted sour.

This place was horrible. All the carpet and walls are torn up. The body odor from the counter staff filled the hallways. Made you want to throw up. What is worse the breakfast area was right beside him. All they offer is cereal and waffles, but you cannot eat it because of the odor. What's worse is when you do go in to eat the breakfast. That smelly man will go into the breakfast area to keep an eye on you. Very disturbing.

The room had multiple issues. Front desk claimed no other rooms available. Problems include no hot water upon arrival, stain on floor, stain on side of bed, toilet dirty from previous guest, and the TV had \"no signal\". The next morning, hot water worked but the control knob fell off as I turned on the water. We did like that the bed was comfortable and the floor was not carpeted.

I did not stay. I looked at the room, which was filthy, and walked back out to check out.

The floor was dirty, there were stains on the bath towel, there was no soap, no shampoo, no lotion. I did not stay long enough to check anything else. Disgusting.

I will give another star for service IF they return my money as promised.

Horrible smell in room. As soon as we opened the door it was a horrible musty urine smell. The wall had holes and paint peeling. Even the faucet smelled when I turned it on. After a 15 hour car ride, we couldn’t get another hotel room in the area so we slept there for several hours and left ASAP. We didn’t even want to try the coffee or breakfast after the terrible smell we endured

This was the worst check experience I’ve ever had. They give me a room and when I go up there, it’s locked on the inside from the bolt. I go back to the front desk. I explain it and she gives me a second room. I go up to that room and it is not made up at all. I go back down again. I get a third room and this room is on the other side of the hotel have to walk a mile with my stuff. Worst experience in my life. I couldn’t even stay at the hotel. Everything was so dirty and ended up leaving without even sleeping there. 0 out of 10

When the regular restaurant was open the food smells were very strong though out the building. (Didnt use the restaurant/bar or pool)

Security- we had to keep testing that the room entry door was locked upon going out it opened if you didnt pull hard. Most hotels have locked general public entry doors but this hotel are unlocked 24/7. We couldnt get the balcony sliding door to lock but after some observation found the push pin at the back of the door. Halls had cameras

Room and bath area were very clean and ok for 2 adults Four would be a little tight unless going right to sleep. Desk/chair and additional cushioned chair. Area to put luggage and hangars. Hand soap provided by sink and bath area had 2 types. Hair dryer and iron provided.

3 foot freezer/fridge, medium microwave and 43 inch tv. Coffee, soda machine and ice in front lobby only. We walked to 3 different ice machines which werent working
There were washers and dryer $1.85US per wash (didnt use) at rear

i would recommend bringing a sound machine or setting the ac heat fan to drown out noise during the night if u are a light sleeper. OTR trucks and commercial vehicles on site so people coming and going all hours highway 83+76 very close as well.

Free breakfast bland and basic. (was advertised as such) Coffee/juice/bread/waffle/cereal
Do not expect to get eggs meat or potatoes

This was the absolute worst hotel we’ve ever seen! Visible dirt on multiple surfaces, dirty bedding, exposed wood and botched fix on the door frame, along with something wet and sticky on the carpet, drop ceiling with multiple holes and holes in the walls. Side door wasn’t locked, anyone could access the rooms. We left after an hour..front desk didn’t seem surprised and said “it happens “.

This was the single worst hotel experience I have ever had. The conditions of the room and facility did not meet acceptable standards of cleanliness, safety, or public health. Upon entering the room, I was met with an extremely foul odor described as a combination of stale body odor and wet dog. The room itself was visibly unsanitary. These conditions made the accommodation uninhabitable. I contacted the front desk to address these serious issues, but management failed to provide an adequate solution or resolution during my stay

The place is run down, not clean. Mold and dirt around ice machine on 2nd floor. Stained sheets. Rooms dirty. Sliding glass was dirty with dog prints finger prints etc. A smell in hallway. Garbage cans overfull. We were a group of six and waited 20-30 minutes just to gave a front desk person help us check in and that took 10 minutes per person to check in. Toilets backed up. Bugs in bathrooms. Need I go on? Don’t stay there!! It’s needs to be bulldozed down and start over.

Check-in was easy and smooth when we got to our room the air conditioning was barely working. We called to have it repaired. Nobody ever came. We left for dinner when we came back. Air-conditioning was still not fixed when we called the office again we were told sorry there’s nobody here to fix it. Then the refrigerator decided to go into defrost mode so when we woke up, the floor was all wet from all of the ice melting in the freezer. Would never stay here again.

The spacious room was clean and new looking, not fancy, minimal furniture, no dresser drawers, but a few hangers and place for suitcase. Comfortable beds and pillows, fridge, microwave, TV, internet.

I didn't like that the outside door locks into the hallways were in disrepair which gave a bad impression, made the place look somewhat unsafe. Despite that, I slept well.

Good for a night stay if your on a long road trip. Building is very dated, and upgrades were done very poorly. Door didn't close on it's once had to close door every time. Bathroom faucet was about to fall apart. Drywall repair in bathroom not finished.

No secured wifi. Used my phone hotspot data for 3 days. Tried to check out early due to the lack of secure wifi. Management refused to refund my last day stay that I was unable to use. Expedia also tried to get a refund without success.

This was one of the most disappointing and unsettling hotel stays I've experienced, especially as a parent traveling with children.
Safety Concerns: The exterior door to our section of the hotel was never locked, and the outdoor areas — including stairs and hallways — were poorly lit. Even more disturbing, we repeatedly saw suspicious individuals loitering around the property. Two particular men appeared each time my fiancée and children went to the car, watching us and then walking behind nearby tractor trailers while talking on their phones. This behavior made us feel extremely unsafe and unprotected.

Cleanliness Issues: The room was far below acceptable cleanliness standards. The bathroom appeared untouched, with a heavy buildup of dirt and grime. The beds were worse — it was obvious the sheets hadn’t been changed. They were gritty, dirty, and filled with small stones and debris, as if someone had slept in them with muddy shoes. It was absolutely unacceptable

Staff Behavior: The front desk and hotel staff were rude and completely unhelpful.

Family-Friendly? Absolutely Not.
Between the suspicious activity, unclean rooms, and dismissive service, this hotel is not a safe or appropriate environment for families. I cannot recommend it to anyone, especially those traveling with kids.
Until this hotel addresses its major security,cleanliness,and customer service problems, I suggest looking elsewhere for accommodations.this stay made us feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and unsafe

Check in was fast. Other than that this place is terrible!
We got the key, and went in to the property with no key at all! Not safe, all the doors are open, one of them maybe worked but somebody put a rock to stop it from closing, so… lots of bugs going around, we found so so many in the room, YUCK! (Earwigs) and we found a dirty towel on the bathroom. We were so afraid of sleeping because those insect were everywhere.
The smoke went to our room, theres a bar here so on the weekend here was loud.
We will NEVER stay here again, no matter how cheap. OH And the breakfast was NO NO good. I thought at least that, but there was nothing hot, just bread, coffee and a few cereal.

The service was terrible. They would not give us towels. We had no shower curtain in our room until asking over four times to get one the room said it slept five it only slept four. The bathrooms look like they had just been mudded and sheet rocked because there was drywall dust everywhere when my boys came in from the pool. I used a towel to wipe up the floor from the water dripping from their shorts and the towel was black after wiping up about a 5 x 5‘ area. It was absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend staying here

Convenient location, in Hotel Bar, no worries about driving after drinking.
New owner…NOW No Smoking in Bar…bar crowd has deserted. Restaurant next door no longer delivers bar food, Disappointing for after show relaxation.

This place is DISGUSTING. The smell of cigarettes in the halls, in the supposedly \"non-smoking\" rooms all smell like smoke. I asked for another room they had nothing available. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, I had no choice but to check out at 5am next morning after 1st night because I couldnt breathe all night because the smell of smoke in our room. I had to cut my trip short because I was unable to get another room at a different hotel. This hotel is disgusting!!!!!!!

I had a reservation for a handicap accessible room. When I showed up the manager on duty said that there are no handicap rooms available. I was outraged since my husband is in a wheelchair and we booked the room well in advance. He did refund my money which was the right thing to do. We couldn't find another hotel room in the vicinity so we ended up going home.

On the positive the staff we interacted with were polite. Property was dated and rooms had various half done patch work to cover old holes in the walls. Bathroom had mold/mildew on the ceiling and the shower head wasn’t even centered so you had to lean against the wall to shower. Talking to locals they said that the hotel is normally much cheaper and price was inflated due to the car events taking place this weekend. For the price I paid I would have expected a much nicer, cleaner facility I would definitely spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice.
The room was very outdated, the light fixtures were broken, the outlets were not working, the patio door didn't lock I had to go downstairs about this, and I guess it has a switch at the bottom that you have to hook it on. The rugs in the property had a bad odor. The bathroom faucet was leaking, the safe was on top of a box, it just was not a great experience.
