Middle of taking a shower the water stopped and when I told the hotel they just brushed it off by saying someone is working on it and you’ll have water in another hour or so. I had to try to wash shampoo off my hair with some bottled water I bought to drink.

I accidentally didn’t book for our last night at the hotel and the front desk was amazing at fixing my mistake and we were able to stay in the same room and deal with it whenever we got back to the hotel! Huge help from Junior at the desk including a personal phone call, especially as we have kids and a ton of stuff!

Wonderful responsive staff. Clean room. Nice location for the project I was working on. I’m taking down a star because 1- the fridge temp control was broken and set at the coldest temp, freezing all my drinks and food, which I found out when i woke up in the morning, and 2- the seal at the bottom of the shower door leaked terribly and I had to mop up the shower water each time. I have notified management of these issues so I trust they will be fixed. Otherwise I highly recommend this location.

The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk to Times Square, the Empire State Building etc. It's also near a subway. The family we had was very spacious for a family of four. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection of foods.

We traveled with our four children and had two rooms. Comfortable beds. The king large enough for me and seven year old twins who insisted on being together. Breakfast had options we all enjoyed. Renovated rooms, very clean and modern, no issues whatsoever. Kitchenette was very useful. Free breakfast was pretty decent. It was extremely crowded because you know, the hotel is right in the midst of Midtown touristy whirlwind during Christmas time, but overall it was manageable. But what you get is a walking distance to the Hudson Yards/The Vessel/TheEdge, Times Square and Broadway which is great. The only downside was a folding sofa bed: it is more suitable for a kid/teenager than for an adult. You can definitely feel that foldable metal frame through that relatively thin mattress if you're an adult and it's squeaky too. But it's doable and you still can sleep on it, so it wasn't big deal.
