The room was okay. Bed was the best part because it was comfortable. TV barely worked. Was almost impossible to use. Staff were okay as well. Not the most polite but at least somewhat helpful. Parking wasn’t ideal. I had to park somewhere else temporarily because I needed a code to get into the parking. Why not just have a ticket and validation system for guests. Breakfast was cheap (€13) but very basic. No sausages or anything warm. Coffee was tasty.

Good value, well located hotel, comfortable rooms

Stayed two nights. Comfortable room, decent night's sleep, on fifth floor. Check in was not as smooth as I would have hoped, staff member seemed rather grumpy and not all that helpful. Other staff encountered were complete opposite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was reasonably priced and good selection available. Hotel is located about 10 minutes ride from the centre of the city on the S-Bahn, which is about 10 minutes walk. I would say this is a good choice for a couple of nights stay, reasonable price for what it is and if you want a comfortable, no frills hotel, within easy reach of the city centre, then this is ideal.

Cheap and cheerful

Cham and basic accommodation. I had a terrible smell in the bathroom but despite reporting it never got attended too. The self check didn't work when it came to paying the local tax so had to wait for staff. You get what you pay for

What we needed for two nights

Roadworks outside meant we couldn’t access the car park. Had to ask the workman if we could enter and they made way. Would have been nice to be told beforehand. Lady on desk said we couldn’t get access.
Rooms are compact for 4 of us but clean and well equipped. Air con isn’t very strong but helped a bit.

Nice stay

Booked for visiting Cologne for the Euros to support Scotland. While expensive, giving it was during the Euros it was reasonably priced compared to other similar hotels and suited us. Good for transport options to the City centre. Modern, clean room with comfy bed and hot shower. Staff friendly on booking in. Made for an enjoyable stay.

Der wirklich sehr kleine Fernseher hat leider keinerlei Smart-Funktionalitäten und hat sich bei uns häufig aufgehangen, sodass wir keinerlei Streaming-Dienste in Anspruch nehmen konnten. Das Zimmer hat leider keinen Mülleimer gehabt, so musste man alles im Bad sammeln, da dort ein kleiner stand. Auch die Wände schienen sehr dünn, da man teilweise \"normale\" Gespräche nachvollziehen konnte von neben an.
Rezeption super freundlich, Check-In & Check-Out reibungslos, Sauberkeit okay, Klimaanlage im Zimmer ein großes Plus. Keinerlei Minibar oder Kühlschrank für eigene Dinge.

Ansich eine sehr gute Unterkunft für eine Nacht. Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten die ich zu bemängeln habe. Das Bett sehr laut geknatscht und die Kissen waren jetzt nicht die besten. Das Badezimmer war schön sauber, aber etwas mehr Licht in der Dusche wäre zum Vorteil gewesen. Was das für ein piepen im Badezimmer war, weiß ich nicht.

Prima verblijf voor deze prijs.

Met de Sbahn sta je binnen 10 minuten tegenover de Dom van Keulen. Genoeg parkeerplaatsen (€ 12,-- per nacht) en genoeg laadpalen om onze elektrische auto te laden op een afgesloten parkeerplaats. Gezellige straat (Venloer strasse) met restaurantjes, terrasjes ongeveer kwartiertje wandelen.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir sind nach einem Konzert eingetroffen und zu unserer Freude wurden wir vom Rezeptionisten in Empfang genommen.
Einen Parkplatz haben wir nicht mehr bekommen ä, jedoch in der Nähe parken können.
Ich erwähne es so, da lt. Hotelbeschreibung der Check-Inn ab 21:00 an Automaten durchgeführt wird.

Vorab: die Zimmer sind wirklich in Ordnung und für 1-2 Nächte absolut fein. Sauberkeit ist auch gut.
Nun aber zum Service, der wirklich katastrophal ist. Wir sind von weiter weg angereist und wollten daher einen Parkplatz beim Check In dazubuchen. Gesagt getan zahlten wir 12€ extra für einen Parkplatz und eine Nacht. Uns wurde versichert, dass wir nun beliebig oft raus und rein fahren können und an der Schranke einfach klingeln müssen, damit uns aufgemacht wird.
Nachdem wir abends unterwegs waren und gegen 01:00 nachts wieder auf den Parkplatz fahren wollten, wurde uns und allen nach uns nicht mehr aufgemacht, weil der Parkplatz voll war. Es wurden also mehr Parktickets „verkauft“ als Parkplätze verfügbar waren. Wir mussten unseren Mietwagen dann ungeschützt an der Straße parken. Noch in der Nacht bestanden wir dann darauf unsere 12€ wieder zu bekommen, was uns zum Check Out auch versichert wurde.

Beim Check Out hat allerdings gar nichts geklappt. Der Mitarbeiter war sichtlich überfordert und nannte mir diverse Kreditkartennummern, die angeblich bei meinem Zimmer gespeichert waren und auf die das Geld zurücküberwiesen werden sollte, nur leider stimmte keine einzige davon. Nachdem ich dem Mitarbeiter dann meine richtige Nummer nannte, wurde mir gesagt, dass auf diese das Geld geschickt wird. Auf der Rechnung steht nun wieder eine vollkommen andere Nummer und mein Geld ist auch noch nicht wieder angekommen.

Wir haben das Zimmer für 125,-€ im Internet gebucht, gut plus Kulturfürderabgabe. Aber da wir schon 2 Std vorher eingecheckt haben, mussten wir nochmals 20,-€ Aufschlag bezahlen, was wir nicht in Ordnung finden, da das Zimmer ja anscheinend frei und sauber war. Finden wir total überzogen, kannten wir busher noch nicht und macht dieses Hotel für uns nicht mehr intetessant. plus den Parkplatz 10,-€, ok ist bei abderen Hitels teilweise auch, aber oft ist ein Hotelparkplatz kostenlos dabei.. Wir haben früher einchecken müssen, da wir ins Stadion gehen wollten, da blieb uns nix anderes übrig. Für eine Nacht 155,-€ ist nicht akzeptabel für uns. Unsere Tochter hat ein Hotel in der Innenstadt mit Parkplatzunter 100,-€ gehabt. Sorry
