I arrived at the hotel on a last minute reservation as I had changed hotels. I was given a tiny room that was on the top floor and only had a balcony door to open for air, no window. I was really ok with the size but it bothered me that the balcony also communicated with 4 other rooms meaning if I wanted to leave the door open for some air (no AC) then anyone in the connecting rooms could come in my room from the balcony. Once I mentionned my concern to Samir, the agent at the front desk, he promptly changed my room with one that has a normal window and on a less higher floor, so less warm. The room was great and really confortable.

The hotel is super clean, renovated and has 2 amazing Asian restaurants like almost right downstairs, so very convenient.

Staff very helpful. No kettle in the room but reception would give you a large pot of boiling water, tea and a cup to take to the room. I woukd stsy again if they improved the wifi. Could not book train or airline tickets as connection would spin and time out. Oddly netflix buffering could mostly handle the poor connection

Used as a base for football in Duisburg & Düsseldorf & Koln. 20min walk to main station. Bars, Restaurants & Cafes all around great for socialising. If you're a light sleeper, bring your ear plugs . . . streets busy until 3/4am. Continental breakfast was good, need bigger glasses tho. Staff were great especially reception. Reasonably priced, great location, oozing social life and breakfast thrown in, you'd be a fool bit to try it out!

The place is renovated and clean. For business good, they offer a desk for 2 laptops and good WiFi in the room. Hotelparking seems safe, for 15€ your vehicle won't be left in the very busy streets.

The hotel was very convenient to get the all attractions in Cologne. The tram stop was just at the top of the road. Breakfast was good but not enough food put out for the amount of people staying. The reception staff were very friendly.

The bed is quite big and comfy. However, the wall decorations in my room are quite creepy. There are about 9 pieces of eye print hanging on the wall and the the head of the bed is facing those eye prints directly.

Breakfast- amazing and all what you need;the Staff was excellent and friendly.Hotel has 5 Floors-the Elevator only going to the 4th Floor and is stopping between two Stairs-so you must go everytime 9 Stair Steps; we came with heavy Packages for 20 Days and no Help. The Toilette in the Rooms are good for Kids ; not high enough for Adults and no help to hold your Balance and pulling up for disability Guests. No Rooms for Peoples in Wheelchairs; Windows no secure; no locked up and if a Child are climbing to the open Window- it can fall down. The Inlets of the Bed with Feaders - so not hot cleaning possible- I guess; no Aircondition- it was so hot inside- in Summertimes maybe not so good; very noisy on the Streets; the first Night free Bottle of Water; if you need more you must charge Euro :4,---; Garagespace :Euro:12.- per Night!!! We loved the Breakfast - but a lot of little Things are not so good for a perfect Stay. But from this Hotel you can go or drive everywhere; if you like Partys this Area is good- if you like it clean and a little bit more quiet- not so good; I lived 23 Years in this Area - but it's changed a lot from Positiv to negativ. The Price from the Hotel was okay- we booked Flight; Train and Hotel -Breakfast is includ.- for a good Price

Tiny rooms, tiniest bathroom, unprofessional service and so-so breakfast. There is no wifi in any rooms although they claim they have one. Upon requesting the wifi service the front desk person rudely said if you want wifi you can stay and work in lobby. So if you are planning to stay here for any business trip then totally avoid it.
The hotel is in central location of the city but has lots of bar and restaurants surround the area. This area gets really noisy with lots of drunk people on weekends. So totally not recommended for weekend stay or for family. I booked the standard double room for myself only but there is not enough space for one person.

The biggest issue with the hotel was the poor Internet service. The connection was spotty and slow. Completely unacceptable if you are in the city for business as I was. The front desk staff is quaint, but the wait time to check in, check out, ask a question was very slow and inefficient. Breakfast was the bare minimum. No hot food.

Great little hotel!
We traveled to Cologne to catch a concert at The Luxor and were just staying for one night. Great little room (small for Americans, about average for Europe) with very basic ameneties. If you're looking for a nice, inexpensive, clean, and convenient place to stay, the Conti's the ticket. Don't expect a lot and you won't be disappointed, if you want to spend a lot of time in the room, you may want to look elsewhere. And a hot and varied breakfast is included, too! Enjoy!

We kregen een kleine kamer waar toilet stuk was en er werd heel moeilijk gedaan over een andere kamer. Receptioniste gaf bijna ons de schuld. Uiteindelijk kregen we een nieuwe kamer maar niet van harte. De douche van de nieuwe kamer werd ook niet echt warm. De ervaring vonden wij jammer.

Als wir ankamen sind wir in eine Tiefgagefahren,welche zum Hotel gehört. Wir sind mit einem BMW coupe gefahren und es war sehr eng. Mit großen breiten Autos nicht zu empfehlen. Der Empfang war nett und höflich. Für die Tiefgarage haben wir 15 Euro bezahlt,von ca. 14.00 uhr bis 11.00 Uhr das Auto durfte auch nicht länger stehen bleiben, höchstens eins zwei Stunden oder erneute 15 Euro werden fällig.
Das Zimmer haben wir dann bezogen, es waren zwei Einzellbetten,reserviert war aber ein Doppelbett. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns angeboten die beiden Einzellbetten zusammen zu schieben,das sei dan ein Doppelbett und wäre überall in dem Hotel so.wir lehnten dankend ab. Im Zimmer beim einräumen,ist in dem Nachtschrank Müll gewesen, von einem Flughafen Etikett,welcher schon älter war. Beim zusammenschieben ist uns viel Dreck entgegen gekommen. Der Fernsehr leuchtet auch dauerhaft,obwohl er ausgeschaltet ist.Es gibt keine Minibar,lediglich zwei kleine Wasserflaschen. Ein Getränkeautomat im Hotel ist auch nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer lässt sich nicht richtig verdunkeln mit den Gardinen,in dem Hof leuchtet dauerhaft Licht. Das Frühstück war mit in Begriffen und war Inordnung nichts aufwendiges, nichts besonderes.

El hotel está bien, ubicado un poco lejos de la zona turística, pero en una buena zona con bares y restaurantes... y al lado de la zona gay, que para cierto público target eso está muy bien. Lo único que me extrañó un poco es que el ascensor no te deja directamente arriba, sino que al salir del ascensor tenía que subir aún unas escaleras, al menos en mi piso, que creo que era el 4 o 5.

I stayed at Trip Inn Hotel Conti for a family trip in the end of december. The hotel was well located and the rooms were comfortable. The shower and breakfast were very good. Only thing that needed to improve was the pillow, very uncomfortable. I would recommend the hotel.

Das Zimmer war gerade einmal gefühlte 6 qm groß und in keinem guten Renovierungszustand. Das \"Badezimmer\" war ebenfalls sehr klein. Das Wasser in der Dusche hatte kaum Druck und musste ca. 5 min laufen, bis warmes Wasser kam. Zuvor bekam ich ein Zimmer, dessen Toilettenspülung nicht funktionierte. Hier werden Geschäftsreisende und Touristen abgezogen.

Das ist das schlechteste Hotel, was wir je gehabt haben, die teils guten Bewertungen können wir nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Wir reisen sehr viel und sind auch sonst nicht kleinlich, aber in diesem Hotel haben wir uns geekelt. Das einzige was gut war, war das Frühstück und die Lage. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist eine reinste Katastrophe. Alles verdreckt, alt und kaputt. Die Parkplätze sind auch viel zu eng und viel zu wenige (das Auto wurde uns auch noch kaputt gefahren) Wir werden diese Hotelkette in Zukunft meiden.

Preis - Leistung gut. Wir hatten ein relativ warmes Wochende erwischt da war es sehr warm im Zimmer ohne Klimanlage. Beim Frühstück kam das Personal teilweise nicht mit dem Nachlegen hinterher, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Preis / Leistung passt und man ist sehr zentral untergebracht.
