Great value for money

Great hotel from the inside
The room was clean and comfortable
The hotel entrance let’s it down and the reception is only 15,00-20,00
Once you can overcome these then it’s an excellent apartment and great value for money

Nothing was even average about this place. there was a constant toilet smell in the room, you have to open the window in Jan!!there was a bar under the hotel and noise doesn't let you sleep for hours. strange people always were in front of the entrance in the line. kitchenette doesn't have any thing!!, we asked for basic things and we got a dirty plastic box of some. forget about using their towel, it seems they belong to last century. TV didn't have remote we asked for it we got 5 but none worked, on second day finally they gave us the right one. the shower is so small you can barely move in there. WiFi didn't work at all. we got 3 password none of them worked. I attached some pictures of fridge.

Worst place we've ever stayed at!

The standard of this hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The first room they wanted to give us had two separate single beds in opposite sides of the room, though we requested a double bed. It also had a massive window with no curtains! We requested a change and they gave us one that was so small you could barely walk around the bed. It was not only very small but it wasn't really a flat, it was a student room which had been fitted with cupboards. There was absolutely nothing in the \"kitchen\" area, and we had to pay €2 per day for kitchenware, which was very basic ( we only got one spoon!). I also had to ask for a hairdryer, which they provided but it was something form the 60s and it had peeled cables, so I had to buy one in a shop the next day. The flat had no microwave. The bathroom was really old and dirty and the shower head didnt stay in the handle so you couldn't actually let go of it to shower. The furniture was all really old an tatty and some was broken. There was no closet, only a metal structure with three hangers. The door of the \"apart-hotel\" was full of people from outside drinking and smoking all the time. They looked homeless and aggressive. On top of that, there was nobody at reception most of the time and it was very noisy a night, with people coming in and out shouting in the middle of the night and music blasting out of their ground floor cafe. I would not recommend at all and it shouldnt be on this site.

We only spent a few hours in the hotel due to our arrival/departure flights. We couldn't check in til 3 but there was no one there until at least 3.30 so we were left waiting outside on the pavement. The apartment seemed nice enough to start, but there was a very dubious stain on the bathroom wall which I didn't fancy investigating further. Sadly no kettle in room (us Brits need a brew) and no one to ask regarding the hiring of one so that was disappointing. The bed was clean and comfortable but the bathroom was tiny.

Average stay

I came to Cologne around 22:00, and I had called the hotel prior to my arrival to let them know that I was coming in late. However, once I got there, there was no one at the reception, as they \"didn't realize anyone was coming in late.\" The room was comfortable and the bathroom was decent. However, I stayed there for 3 nights and not once did I see anyone at the reception or interacted with any of the employees at the hotel.

The hotel is difficult to check into so difficult that we had to book another hotel on the first night, there is no staff there to help with anything and no one to check you out, however the rooms have nice views and comfortable beds, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you want a lot of hassle and stress

Charging 5% city tax from Business travellers

As per the city law, as a hotel you cannot charge 5% tax from a business traveler. I visited on Business Visa and it was 100% business trip with all the documents.
However, you still charged 5% from me. This is ridiculous, kindly return my money back.

Otherwise, I will complain about your hotel.

Great area. We got what we paid for with this hotel but it was definitely not the best in the area. A bit dirty and a bit worn. But still good if you are staying for a night or 2. Heating worked and good view of a park opposite.

The public area of reception was filthy. No glass in door to the stairs. just a doorframe. You could not sit up in bed due to sloping roof. Beds very old and uncomfortable. Dirty walls. Good view from room

In general, it was very nice for the price I paid. Two things. (1) There was a TV and a controller but I could not work out how to tune into channels. There was no manual of the controller. (2) the music from the next door was loud. But I could sleep.

Unangenehmer Gestank im Zimmer und zwei Kakerlaken Sehr viel Krach von der Straße. Die Küche ist nicht ausgestattet Es gibt noch nicht einmal einen Zahnputzbecher. Die Lage ist gut und wenigstens die Bettwäsche war sauber.

Als je de recensies doorleest weet je wat je kan verwachten: geen luxe, maar wel alle nodige voorzieningen. Anders dan ik daarin overigens las waren er wel gewoon schone handdoeken, was de WIFI gratis en kwam er dagelijks iemand langs om te vragen of alles in orde was. Heel vriendelijk.

Wir waren zu zweit wegen dem Metallica Konzert in Köln für eine Übernachtung im Apart Hotel. Bei unserer Ankunft nach 15 Uhr !!! War das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt, der Papierkorb voll Müll und über das Bad sage ich an dieser Stelle lieber nichts! Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der kurz vor seinem Feierabend stand, war wenig erfreut, dass er jetzt noch notdürftig das Zimmer in Ordnung bringen musste! Never again!!!

Checkin nach 20 Uhr nur per Telefon. Es wurde dann der Tür Code per SMS übermittelt. Türverriegelung funktioniert nicht. Es sah aus als ob die Tür schon mal gewaltsam geöffnet wurde. Konnte nur mittels Trick (Checkkarte) Türe öffnen. Balkontüre konnte man auch nicht verriegeln und es musste sicherheitshalber das Rollo geschlossen werden. Dusche/WC-Raum roch nach Kanalisation. Es waren nur zwei Kopfkissen bezogen, die Zudecken lagen unbezogen im \"Kleiderschrank\" (verbogenes Rohrgestell).

Sono arrivato alle 22:30 non c'era nessuno un biglietto con un numero da chiamare, fatto peccato che parlando solo italiano mi hanno attaccato il telefono ho chiamato una mia amica che parla inglese a chiamato oltre che è stato sgarbato chi a risposto gli ha detto che era tardi dunque dovevo rimanere fuori allora reclamano su una email che suppongo che risponda direttamente il proprietario gli ha dato codici per le 23 circa sono entrato ma letto non fatto pavimento appicicaticcio per il resto 52 euro x dormire non vale per niente la pena c'è molto meglio con cifre similari. E solito x me fare foto dei posti ma la delusione di accoglienza e appartamento mi ha fatto passare la fantasia di fare foto.

v hotelu jsme byli již podruhé. Plus je dobrá dostupnost veřejnou dopravou - U-Bahn a nádraží Koln-West. Pokoje jsou standardní, dobrá postel, studio s kuchyňkou, která ale není zařízená, nutno si půjčit nebo vzít vše potřebné. Vedle hotelu jsou tři supermarkety - Aldi, Rewe a Basic biomarkt.
Recepce obsazena pouze od 15 do 20 hodin, vše se vyřídí při příjezdu. Standardní ubytování, ale dostatečné.

Расположение хорошее,рядом супермаркет,за углом,напротив рождественская ярмарка ,вкуснейший
глинтвейн и разнообразный фаст фуд.просторный номер,большие окна,чисто,можно приготовить самому пищу,есть плита,раковина,холодильник,посуда за отдельную плату .могу отметить один минус,рецепшен работал только при заезде,далее ни разу не видел никого,хотел купить вай фай,но так никого и не нашёл.в принципе всё устроило

Das Zimmer war abgewohnt .Im Badezimmer funktionierte die Lüftung nicht , dafür roch es nach der Abluft vom unten befindlichen Imbiss.Ein Andorechpartner war nur über eine Handynummer erreichbar. Positiv : gute Lage !

Si tratta di un aparthotel situato nella zona ovest della città. Ben servito dai mezzi (metro e treno). La reception funziona solo nel pomeriggio fino alle 20. La sistemazione delle camere è dignitosa e in linea con l'importo (basso) che si paga. Non c'è possibilità di fare colazione o pranzo/cena nella struttura. Camera sufficientemente ampia per 2 persone. C'è una piccola cucina per prepararsi da mangiare, ma io non ho mai usato per cui non esprimo giudizio a riguardo. C'è il wi.fi ma si paga a parte.

チェックイン時間に間に合わなかった私達が悪いのですが、まずホテルに入れない→電話をしたら予約が入ってないと言われる→電話を切られる→着信拒否される→入れず困っていると近所の方に助けられました。料金も予約時より高く払い泊まることに。コードナンバーを入れても上手くドアが開かなく、近くの部屋の人に助けられる。と災難でした。
