Hotel is located right in front of Tampere Rail Station. Very convenient. Eateries & grocery stores are near by. Hotel staff are very nice. I didn’t use, but there is a sauna too.

Great location across the train station and about 20min walk from the central
Buss station.
Comfortable if a bit dated room and bathroom with no view. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Aircon did not work very well (temp could not be lowered) and windows did not open (safety measure) so it would have been hot if the weather was hotter. Breakfast was good.
We could leave luggage in the locked storage room before the 4pm check in and again the next day after checking out.

Noise from busses rubbles through the room constantly if on the Main Street side (take ear plugs). Excellent breakfast selection. Room heating didn’t seem to respond to being altered (was warm enough though).

Very good and convenient option in Tampere!

Scandic Tampere is a good option to stay in Tampere. It is in front of the central station and it is quite convinient. There is a COVID test lab also in front of the hotel. The main Tampere street Hämeenkatu starts on the hotel corner, so it is very convenient. Stockmann store is also some meters distance. There are lot caffets, restaurantes (pizza, mexican, fast food, etc) close to the hotel. Taxi stop just in front. The hotel is clean. The gym room is not good. Too small. Hotel need to build a new one. Breakfest is very good and complete. Restaurante is quite full in the morning.

A nice city stay

Huone tosiaan oli siisti. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Sijainti aivan erinomainen! Aamiaisen tarjonta hieno. Aamiaistila tosin oli kuin koulun ruokala - meluisa, kylmä ja epäviihtyisä.
Huone taasen oli jopa meikäläiselle todella kuuma. Lämpötila pysyi 24-asteessa, vaikka miten yritimme säätää lämpötilaa…

Henkilökunta oli erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen. Valitettavasti muuten vierailu ei ollut kovinkaan onnistunut. Huoneessa oli pieniä puutteita kuten minibaari oli unohdettu täyttää ja oven pumppu pamahti rikki ovea avaessa. Lisäksi hotellin ravintola oli remontissa josta kuulimme vasta hotellilla. Kuntosali oli myös poissa käytöstä josta ei tiedotettu etukäteen mitään joten treenit jäivät väliin. Aamiaisali oli todella kylmä, ei pärjännyt ilman takkia. Aamiainen oli kohtuullinen mutta myöskin pettymys moniin muihin Scandicin aamiaisiin verrattuna.

Ihana ja joustava henkilökunta. Erinomainen aamiainen. Ilmastointi juuri sopivalla, ei kuuma, ei liian kylmä! Ulkopuolelta kadun melu ei kuulunut juuri lainkaan, ainoa pieni miinus oli,että yläkerran huoneesta kuului suht hyvin äänet ja pomppiminen huoneeseemme.

繁華街に歩いて行けて、VRの駅の真向かいで、チェックアウト後他の都市に移動するのに便が良かった。ロウリュができる男女別のサウナでは地元の方と交流することもできて楽しい時間だった。館内の設備は、清潔で、部屋も広く落ち着いた雰囲気だった。バゲッジルームがあり、スーツケースを預けることができるが、番号札があるわけでなく、フロントスタッフが自動ドアを開けて自分で入れるタイプ。お部屋に電気ポットはなく、冷蔵庫はあった。タンペレに来たらまた利用したいし、他都市に行く機会があれば、スカンディックグループのホテルに泊まりたいと思った。

Ihan hyvä hotelli!

Vietimme hotellissa kaksi yötä ja viihdyimme ihan hyvin. Jouduimme toiseksi yöksi vaihtamaan huonetta, koska ensimmäisestä huoneesta loppui lämpimän veden tulo, mutta tämä hoidettiin respasta erinomaisesti ja saimme heti uuden huoneen tilalle. Molemmissa huoneissa oli kuitenkin todella kylmä eikä huoneessa ollut lämpötilan säädin, jolla olisi pitänyt saada säädettyä +2 astetta toiminut ollenkaan. Välillä huoneen lämpötila laski jostain syystä jopa vakiolämpötilaa alemmaksikin. Vaatteiden vaihtaminen oli inhottavaa, koska heti piti täristä kylmyydestä. Emme kuitenkaan jaksaneet valittaa tästä vaan pysyttelimme lämpimät vaatteet päällä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja muutenkin siisti hotelli ja mukava henkilökunta.

Ruuhkainen viikonloppu, ja siihen nähden kaikki sujui jouhevasti. Aamiaisravintola oli todella meluisa korkean tilan vuoksi. Pienillä akustiikkaratkaisuilla tilasta saisi hiljaisemman ja miellyttävämmän.
