Unity Tampere Trikootehdas offers an easy and flexible studio hotel living concept where you live greater, smarter, and better. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, we're here to provide you with a home away from home that suits your exact needs.

Live privately in a fully furnished studio with with on-site access to our 24/7 gym, sauna, and much more. The property features 148 studios, each thoughtfully designed with a sleeping area, lounge area, and kitchenette.

Pets are welcome in selected amount of studios for an additional fee. Garage parking underneath the building.

Unity Tampere Trikootehdas draws inspiration and energy from its cozy “village like” neighborhood and location surrounded by the nature. There is a bus stop right outside the building, from which you can easily get to city centre.

We are also located within a short walking distance from Tampere city centre and while walking you can admire beautiful lake scenery. On site we have Aitoleipä café, MadFinn brewery-pizzeria and a day spa.

Glad to have stayed here. The hotel is modern, fresh and clean. Our room was large and had a kitchenette. The windows provided good sound proofing though the room was next to the road.

The surroundings around the hotel is tranquil and close to nature. Although there are limited restaurants, Mad Finn Tampere Distillery & Pizza was an amazing dining option.

Lovely spot in a gorgeous setting

Fantastic location in the Pyynikki lakeside and national park area, just a short trip from Tampere city centre. We were warmly welcomed with our dogs. The room was very clean with a fully functioning kitchen, a washing machine and a nice balcony.

Breakfast was good, better on the weekend than weekday morning.

The only minus was the beds - one thin pillow per person didn't provide enough comfort. And there were no bin bags in the kitchen.

Very clean and quiet. Accomodations are very modest and utilitarian. I didnt like having to pay for new towels or extra pillows but maybe thats my lack of experience with these types of accommodations. Front desk staff and cafe staff were friendly and helpful. Super easy location to get on and off the bus to travel downtown. Dont sleep on going to the Pispala neighborhood or climb the hill to the tower.

Staff were extremely helpful to me and addressed any issues or troubles I had especially with parking because I wasn’t sure where to go but the night shift guided me through everything on checkin and pointed areas out that I would like I didn’t try the breakfast or lunch so not sure how it is but everything else is great at their hotel I plan on staying again

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The rooms are nice, the staff is great, parking is convenient, and the hotel is next to the shore and the woods, with access to beautiful walks, and also on the bus line, with easy transit into town.

Fantastic concept. Great hotel, staff and room. Delivered on every scale. Very happy I stayed at Unity and will definitely stay with them again. Breakfast was £14 but worth it.
Facilities in room great. Super comfy bed and lovely linen. Perfection would have been underfloor heating in bathroom….but I can live without that.
No view of lake but so close. Gym great. Sauna great.
Only pizza available on site so recommend shop before you arrive.
I will potentially look for a longer stay next summer.

Stunning renovation

Stunning renovation that just needs a little fine tuning to be excellent... Onsite gym is phenomenal (body builders gym but has minimal cardio equipment).
Cafe is basic but food and service excellent. Rooms were clean, functional and well styled just needed a few minor pleasantries for travellers e.g. drinking glass in room, ironing board/iron.
The UNITY Tampere would really benefit from afresh coffee bar and alcohol bar on the rooftop terrace to put the icing on the cake!

We spent two nights at Unity. It is right on the Bus 10 line, so about 10 minutes from downtown and 18 minutes from the train station. Very convenient. The area is really nice with lovely paths and views along the lake. The room was a small apartment and very comfortable. Great having a refrigerator. The gym (other than oppressively loud music) was very well-appointed. The sauna was also quite enjoyable. The on site Market was a plus. Breakfast was extremely tasty and satisfying. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Be aware that the room comes with only two modest pillows. Extra pillows are 5 euros each. Overall, we were delighted with our stay, and the reasonable price.

This was a quiet, comfy place with a good breakfast included, parking available, access to a bus to downtown, and a short walk to a lake in one direction and a forest in the other. What more could one ask?

We really liked the location. Only 20 minures from the airport and walking distance to the city centre and tourist attractions. The breakfast had a great selection to choose from and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel was exceptionally clean. Everything was new and shiny. Extra points for the beautiful large drinking glasses in the room which added an extra sense of luxury to the stay.

Exceeded all expectations.

Exceeded all expectations. From the walk through the woods to the hotel, the excellent reception staff, the over sized super comfortable and well equipped room, the quality of the breakfast, the on-site mini supermarket and the sauna with roof terrace the UNITY Tampere exceeded every expectation.

Cool building in a beautiful location

Super cool studio apartment - very spacious and with own kitchen. Beautiful roof terrace and lounge with stunning views of the lake. Staff was also very friendly and service minded.
Coming back soon for a long weekend to try the sauna club and micro brewery restaurant.

Huone oli ihanan tilava kylpyhuonetta myöden. Sänky oli omaan makuun liian kova ja olisimme tyttären kanssa myös kaivanneet toista peittoa.
Aamupalalle joutui jonottamaan, koska ei ollut riittävästi pöytiä. Moni asia myös oli loppu vaikka sali työntekijä yritti parhaansa mukaan täydentää aamupalaa, mutta asiakkkaita oli yhtä työntekijää kohden paljon samaan aikaan. Muutoin aamupala oli hyvä ja erityisesti oli mukava saada hyvää kahvia.
Kokonaisuudeltaan kuitenkin miellyttävä hotelli ja tulisin uudestaan.

Nostalgiamatka Tampereelle

Huone oli siisti ja löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Tavallinen kahvinkeitin olisi ollut hyvä. TV kuvassa välillä häiriöitä huonon signaalin takia. Huoneisto oli laadukas, visuaalisesti miellyttävä kaikkineen. Sänky oli hyvä nukkua.

Kompakti hotelli

Hotelli oli siisti ja hiljainen. Helppo tulla myös bussilla keskustasta, pysäkit heti hotellin vieressä. Sisään- ja uloskirjautumiset tehty sujuviksi sovelluksen avulla mutta asiat hoituvat myös respan kautta. Ihanat järvimaisemat ja ulkoilu reitit hotellin takana. Tulemme tänne toistekin.

Kauniilla paikalla Pyynikinharjun kupeessa, Pyhäjärven vieressä, tyylikkäässä vanhassa tehdaskiinteistössä tilava ja siisti huone kylpyhuoneella, parvekkeella ja keittiöllä astioineen. Jääkaappi, tiski- ja pyykinpesukone myös. Sopii pidempään oleiluun. Etäällä ydinkeskustasta ja ravintoloista mutta bussi menee vierestä eikä kävellenkään matka ole pitkä. Hotelliin yhteydessä/vieressä kyllä yksi kahvila, josta saa aamupalaa ja iltaisin pihapiirissä pizzeria ja olutravintola. Plussaa upea luonto ja tamperelainen kulttuurimaisema. Pyynikin näkötorni ja kesäteatteri myös vieressä. Säädettävä ilmastointi ja lämpötila huoneessa. Äänieristys hotellin käytävälle ei kovin hyvä eli jonkin verran kuuluu melua. Ei esteetön huone (executive studio).

Hyvä sijainti ja mainiota, että huoneessa oli pesukone! Kuntosalista myös plussaa, mutta käyttökokemus oli aika karu (vääränlainen musiikki liian kovalla, ei säätömahdollisuutta, vaikka olin salilla yksin). Pysäköinti voisi myös kuulua hintaan mielestäni, se perustelisi vielä paremmin sijainnin valintaa.

Saneerattu vanhaan tehdasmiljööseen. Ajoittain kuului ääniä muista huoneista.

Huoneessa tehokas konvektori ja sisäilma oli todella miellyttävä helteestä huolimatta.

Yleinen saunavuoro oli mukava lisä ja yleinen sauna oli siisti.

Kellarikerroksessa siisti pysäköintihalli erillishintaan (15e). Hallissa lapeat ajoväylät ja tolppia, mutta toimiva.

Keskustaan pääsi kätevästi kävellen tai bussilla.

Ok hotelli, mutta ei jatkoon

Hotelli ilman oikeastaan mitään palveluja. Aamupala oli hyvä, mutta keskellä sesonkia olisi odottanut esim ravintolan tai lobby baarin olevan auki. Huone oli erittäin lämmin kuumalla ilmalla, eikä lämpötilaa voinut säätää. Yllättävän hyvin kuuluivat askeleet ylemmästä kerroksesta. Ihan ok hotelli, mutta ei jatkoon!

連泊の人に、お勧めのホテル。
街の中心部から10番のバスで10分程の郊外にある(バス停名Trikookujaで下車)。
バスは、早朝から夜遅くまで、走ってました。歩くと35分程かかった。
ペットOKで、犬連れの人も多かった。
部屋は、簡易キッチン、食洗機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機があり、清潔で快適だった。
近くのスーパーまで歩くと片道20分程なので、バス利用がお勧めです。
朝食や夕食がとれるレストランバーも併設されています。
サウナは、時間帯で男女入れ替え制でした。ワークスペースも完備されている様でした。
近くにビーチがありました。
ドーナツで有名な、Pyynikki Observation Towerも徒歩10分程でした。
観光クルーズのシルバーライン、最初の寄港地(小さな船着場Rosendahl )も徒歩7分程でした。
フロントの対応は、23時まで、と案内あったが、23時少し過ぎに相談があって行ってみたら、親切に対応していただきました。
部屋の鍵は、アプリで開錠するシステムなので、ダウンロードする様に事前に連絡あったが、チェックイン時にカードキーももらえたので、アプリ無くても大丈夫だった。
また機会があれば、ぜひ利用したいです。

Huoneet ja hotelli kovasti sisustettu. Kaikkialla oli siistiä. Huoneeseen kuului jonkin verran ääniä käytävältä. Keittiö oli huoneessa ja siihen tarvittavat välineet löytyi. Myös kunnon jääkaappi ja pakastelokero. Aamupala oli hyvä. Kaikki maistui hyvältä. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja avuliasta.

Yhden yön yöpyminen

Varauksessa ongelmaa, pyydettiin maksua uudelleen hotellissa. Asia selvisi kuitenkin nopeasti.
Todella hyvä aamiainen, monipuolinen.

Mukava ja viihtyisä majoituspaikka lähellä luontoa ja hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Iompi huoneisto 5 hlö:lle oli super hyvä varustettu pienellä keittiö. Kokonaisuutena huone oli tilava ja valoisa.

Sänky oli loistava ja muutenkin tilava huone. Äänieristys ei mitään priimaa mutta menettelee. Siivouksesta ei voi antaa 3/5 korkeampaa ja perustarvikkeet mm.talouspaperi puuttuivat. Pientä pelisilmää lisää ja tästä saa loistavan kohteen. Aamupalalla sama homma, korkeintaan 3/5 tasoa. Ympäristö missä hotelli sijaitsee on 6/5 tasoa
