Seriously don’t bother staying anywhere else. I have traveled all over and this hotel was so clean, helpful, kind service, magazine photo shoot quality breakfast buffet layout (breakfast included), sauna on 8th floor, whole place was fantastic. Parking cost extra but was right under the hotel. Paid a little extra by choice for late checkout. Walked to dinner at great Nepali place, walked to the Metso library, had a great time. Even saw a long eared long legged wild rabbit run through town.

Love this hotel!

Beautiful room and common areas. Dinner was excellent, great breakfast. Staff were very attentive. The rooftop sauna with city views was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Sami music playing in my room really when I arrived set the tone as did the pine scented soaps.

Drinking classes in the room were dirty. There was something sticky on the other and other had marks on the brim. There was some dripping stains in the wall under the window, maybe from washing windows, but still. Overall condition and look didn't quite match the pictures on the hotels site. Customer service was really good and breakfast was amazing.

Pretty much what I expected

Very friendly and service oriented personnel, a good breakfast. The building itself is a bit ugly, although recently renovated from the inside. Pillows could be more comfortable (common problem in the hotels), the views from the rooms are mostly quite ugly, especially if the room is towards the yard.

Change the bathroom doors.

Good stay, got the room earlier than we thought, always a plus. Nice breakfast, clean rooms. Will recommend.
Room however had a sliding milkglass type of door to the bathroom. Did not stay closed, uncomfortable as the other person can see you in the bathroom. Change the doors or get a lock to them.

Great staycation

Great Staycation with a couple friends for one night. Everything was clean and organized, the breakfast was great. The only thing we though is a little uncomfortable is the fact that in the toilets in the Rooma the door is just a slide-in-door without any noice cancelling and it even has a huge hole for where to open and close it. We just agreed that we shall play music when ever the other person goes to the toilet. 😁

It seems very cosy and welcoming, some of the other Tampere hotels are impersonal and mediocre. A stylish and clever refurbishment of a 1990s? hotel. Breakfast has been designed to look unusual and appetising but selection is short, especially of fruit and speciality coffee and pastries. Can be crowded and the egg station is not properly ventilated and on busy morning smells like a greasy spoon. The saunas are lovely, on the top floors with windows, but not open till early evening.

Every person we encountered were great, very nice and knowledgable. The breakfast meal is better than most Marriotts we have stayed. Great local focus of menu options. Poor Ac but understand this was an exceptional year for heat. Suggestion: add grab bars in tub/shower area. Getting into & out of that tub is challenging. Thanks for a great experience.

Hotel is excellent ... themed but very classily done. Excellent restaurant and fabulous breakfast buffet with Lapp-inspired treats. Beware of the lower level parking ... it is EXTREMELY tight and easy to misjudge the entrance/exit ramp (as evidenced by the marks on the walls). That aside, an excellent location, within 150m of the Muumi museum, and a very comfortable stay.

Sijainti on loistava, katutason aulabaarissa elävät kynttilät tunnelmaa luomassa, lappilainen miljöö. Ainakin 2 hh 403 oli tosi pieni eikä näkymä sisäpihallekaan ollut erikoinen. Jääkaappia ei ollut vaikka sille oli paikka vaatekaapissa. Kylppäri oli tosi kiva sadesuihkuineen, ihanantuoksuisine hygieniatuotteineen ja valaistusvaihtoehtoineen ( 3 erilaista ). Mattalasinen, jotenkin löysä, huonosti sulkeutuva liukuovi ihan sängyn vieressä ei ollut hyvä ratkaisu. Aamiainen oli erinomainen eikä ihan tavanomainen. Kaikki tarjottavat oli tehty hyvistä tuoreista raaka- aineista vähän lappilaisella twistillä kauniisti esillepantuina. Kokki teki omeletteja pyynnöstä ja tarjoilija toi meille kahvikannun tykötarpeineen heti istuuduttuamme pöytään. Hyväntuulista ja kohteliasta salihenkilökuntaa näytti olevan riittävästi pitämään pöydät siistinä. Tunnelma aamiaishuoneessa oli rauhallinen vaikka hotelli oli loppuunmyyty.

Mukava hotelli keskeisellä mutta silti rauhallisella sijainnilla. Aamiainen taattua Lapland-laatua. Huoneet siistit. Saunaosasto hieman kulunut ja pieni, mutta toimiva. Mukava asiakaspalvelu. Hinnaltaan hieman kallis verrattuna enemmän keskustassa oleviin mutta yhtä tasokkaisiin hotelleihin.

1 parhaimmista hotelli ketjuista jossa olen ollut. Aamiainen pieni mutta riittävä ja hyvistä raaka aineista tehty. Huoneet siistejä ja sängyt mukavia. Aamupalalla aina tervehditään ja kysytään haluatko kahvia vai teetä, sitten tuodaan pöytään.

Yön sai nukkua rauhassa.Hotellihuone siisti. Kylpyhuoneseen jätetty likainen siivousöliina joka oli ihan ruskea. Ja epäsiisti. Tämä vähän mietitytti siisteystasoa.

Hyvää totuttua laadukkuutta tältä ketjulta. Aamiainen kohokohta, löytyy spesiaalimpaa ja perinteisempää valikoimaa.
Tilat ja huone tyyliikkään pohjoismaiset. Tumma teema sopii hyvin ja on miellyttävä visuaalisesti.

Pienenä huonona puolena voisi sanoa lakanat. Kangas jotenkin hiostavaa ja karkeaa. Yleisesti kuitenkin riittävän mukavat.

Mahtava aamupala

Yövyin äitini kanssa yhden yön tässä hotellissa. Kävimme hotellissa vain nukkumassa ja jatkoimme aamulla matkaa, mutta pidimme erityisesti aamupalasta. Aamupalalla sai valita 4 täytteestä mitä halusi omeletin sisään ja kahvi/tee tarjoiltiin pöytiin.😊

Nothing to complain about. A decent place to stay overnight. The hotel room was modest. I would have appreciated at least a minibar and a safe, but the room was clean and a good enough place to sleep, though nothing more than just a place to sleep. However, the customer service was really nice—perhaps smoother, friendlier, and better than the average Finnish service, so big points for that. The lobby area, small restaurant, and bar were pleasant in design, and the food was fine, not luxurious, but good and cozy for a hotel restaurant. The breakfast was clearly above Finnish average. The hotel's location is good and really close to the city center, though a bit tucked away. I can recommend it if you're on a business trip or want something relatively affordable and peaceful in Tampere near the center, and the nightlife spots aren’t far either. The hotel itself isn't luxurious, but there's really nothing to complain about.

Tosi tyylikäs huone, viimeisen päälle siisti. Erityisen kiitoksen ansaitsee mukava tilava vuode ja sen mainio patja, jolla nukkui paremmin kuin kotona. Palvelu vastaanotossa ja aamiaisella oli todella ystävällistä ja sujuvaa. Aamiainen oli ihanan monipuolinen ja maistuva ja runsas.
Aulatilat viihtyisät. Seuraavan Tampereella käynnin hotellivalinta on Lapland.

Pretty looks over practicality

Overall a very pleasant stay, as I've had in other Lapland Hotels. The theme is included everywhere which I like.

But. I paid extra for a room with a separate tub and it was the smallest and most inconveniently located tubs I've ever had in a hotel. Could not place stuff on the sides (like a wine class) and a bigger person would not fit in it. Ended up not using it. Also, the sliding, glass bathroom doors are there only to block the view. No soundproofing at all, and thus no privacy either. For this reason alone, would not stay here again unless sure I'll be alone. You also could not control the temperature in the room, only the effectiveness of the AC.

Olematon äänieristys

Erittäin huono äänieristys. Katumelu ja toisten huoneiden asukit pitivät meitä hereillä aamu neljään asti.
Yöpyminen oli iso pettymys ottaen huomioon yön hinnan ja odotukset.
Huoneesta puutui esim perusmukavuutena minijääkaappi ja rakennus oli muutenkin nuhjuisen oloinen
Aamupalan tarjoilut olivat hyvät, mutta valitettavasti se ei yksistään riitä tasaamaan kaikkia hotellin huonoja puolia.

Meidän lempihotelleja kaikki Lapland hotellit Suomessa, niin myös tämä. Aamiaisella on erinomaisia tuotteita, ei mitään mättöä vaan kunnollisia leipiä, lappiteemalla mustikoita, rieskaa, kohta, oikeita sieniä saa munakkaisiin. Annokset ovat oieniä joita saa hakea buffasta eikä hävikkiä tule sen vuoksi, että mätetään lautaset täyteen. Erinomainen linjaus tältä ketjulta. Kahvin saa kannussa pöytään joka rauhoittaa aamiaistilan, kun ei ole jatkuvaati kahvin jonottajia automaatilla. Kaiken kaikkiaan pidämme tästä loistavista hotelleista. Heillä on aina alakerrassa hyvät persoonalliset ravintolat myös. Palvelu on ensiluokkaista, henkilökunta aidosti kohtaa asiakkaansa.

Mukava yhden yön majoitus

Meillä oli tosi kiva yhden yön vierailu hotelliin, käytimme myös ravintolan palveluita. Hotelli ja ravintola saakin lähes täydet pisteet meiltä. Vuoteet olivat erittäin mukavat, huoneen koko riittävän suuri, sisustus miellyttävä ja aamiainen oli huippuluokkaa: valinnanvaraa paljon ja tosi maukasta yleensäkin.
