The restaurant it says in Google its open till 11pm but they closed at 9:30. Very loud in the hotel as kids run everywhere and are very loud so if somone looking the quiet hitel this one is not for them. Family hotel ok as kids can play and use swimming pool.

Bed was wonderful. I think the rooms feel their age. I had ants in my bathroom. Not a big g deal, but maybe I got one of the older rooms.

Surrounding is absolutely beautiful!! Spa was under annual maintenance so I did not check them out. They told me about that beforehand, but I did not care for the spa anyways.

Looks like this might be wonderful place to bring kids. Few very nice play areas inside.

The indoor water area was great! Family room was comfortable for 4 (all adult size persons) with two beds and a sofa bed (double.) We only stayed one night, but all was as expected. Breakfast was good as well, and included. Staff was helpful too. The highlight was definitely the pool, with wave generator, two slides and a fun lazy river section, multiple hot and hotter pools and even a cold pool for dipping in after sauna. Sauna and shower area was very clean. There was an outdoor area that was not yet open for the season, but it looked fun too.

Room was recently renovated and also the lobby. Some services had limited opening hours and menu because of Covid, but didn't bother us. Beautiful lake view, but a bit pricy as some parts of the Hotel still need renovation to be honest.

Poor cleaning; the room was only cleaned well after a complaint several days into our stay. Some public areas were dirty. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
Poor communications; restaurant times were changed without notifying residents.

Good location

The hotel is quite central located near LDL and citymarket, the room was good size for 3 people but not enough place to dry the talls and swimwear. The water park is great with 3 types of sauna a few jacuzzi and 4 swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was ok, every day the same food. The overall is a good place to spend some time with family, but do not expect luxurious, the hotel has an outdated decoration in my opinion

Just like a deserted Centre Parc hotel

Very convenient location outside of Tampere, 10 minutes from Airport, I was using this hotel as a late night stay, prior to travelling south. The smell of Chlorine from the huge pool complex, greets you in the lobby, not a normal smell for a business hotel, but would be great if you were arriving with a family, anticipating a fun filled weekend.
Unfortunately due to my late arrival, all bars and restaurants were closed, but the room was clean and comforatable, with a well stocked mini bar.
The following morning, the huge selection at the breakfast buffet made up for lack of late night facilities. I must admit, it is a little strange to sit alone in a huge dining room, with great views into the pool area on one side, and of the lake on the other side, the packed trays of food lying waiting to be consumed, but by whom? Almost like sitting in a deserted Centre Parcs the morning after the Apocolypse.
A little expensive for a quick overnight stay, but pleasant and convenient. Hope next time to see a little more life.

Huone oli siisti ja henkilökunta kohteliasta. Ruoka oli ravintolassa hyvää. Vedessä oli ehkä liikaa klooria, tosin sitä varmaan tarvittiin, kun hiihtolomaviikolla paljon porukkaa liikkeellä. Parkki voisi kuulua hotellihuoneen hintaan.

Sängyn kunto oli jo enemmän kuin vaihdon tarpeessa. Samoten tyynyt. Huone itsessään siisti. Mutta sängyllä on iso tekijä mukavuuden suhteen, siihen pitäisi panostaa.
Kylpylä siisti, paljon tekemistä lasten kanssa.
Ehkä jotain voisi keksiä kylpylän ”ravintola” puolelle, ei kovin viihtyisä.

Aamupala monipuolinen, siitä plussaa.

Sisäänkirjautumisessa jono oli ulos asti, 45 minuuttia. Aamiaiselle piti varata aika, mutta sitten lopulta ei tarvinnutkaan, vaan saikin luvan \"tulla kun haluatte\". Perhehuoneessa akustiikka oli huono, naapurihuoneen lasten äänet kuului selkeästi.
Positiivista: erinomainen aamiainen, loistava valikoima välipaloja/iltapaloja respan kylmäkaapissa. Vastaanoton ja respan \"kioskin\" henkilökunta iloista ja palvelualtista.

Aikansa elänyt ja nuhruinen

Olen tottunut moderniin, nopeaan sisäänkirjautumiseen, joten aloitus tuntui tahmealta, kun tiedot piti täyttää käsin ja kaivaa henkkarit esiin takakontin pohjalta. Vinkkinä henkilökunnalle: nykyisin tunnistautumiseen riittää pelkkä luottokortti, joten sisäänkirjautuminen on mahdollista hoitaa jopa ilman kontaktia henkilökuntaan. Huone oli nuhjuinen, eikä sitä ollut ilmeisesti uudistettu hotellin valmistumisen jälkeen. Aamupalalla monet tuotteet olivat jatkuvasti lopussa, mutta ne, mitä sai maistettua, olivat maukkaita. Kylpylä oli erinomainen, ja lapset viihtyivät erityisen hyvin. Aaltokone olikin koko hotellin paras asia. Altaalla syöminen oli tosin hidasta eikä menu tarjonnut oikein mitään fiksua jos haluaa syödä terveellisesti. Burgerit ja hodarit eivät myöskään onnistuneet kasvisversiona. Sekin olisi aika helppo muuttaa tähän päivään.

Ensimmäinen huone olikin jäänyt siivoamatta ja toinen huone saatiinkin 2 kerrosta alempaa ilman järvinäkymää mikä jäi vähän harmittamaan kun ekassa olisi ollut :D Muuten viihdyimme hyvin, aamupala oli todella monipuolinen ja herkullinen ja lapselle oli kivat leikkipaikat. Hieman oli outoa että hotellin asukkaille oli kylpylässä ahdas pieni pukukoppi pienillä lokeroilla.

On of the top family hotels in Finland. Repeating!

Beautiful location and pretty good facilities. A bit run down (it looks like they have started renovating some areas), but still in pretty good shape. You get decent AC in your room, which is a luxury in Finnish hotels in the summer. Compared to other hotels of the same type, such as Holiday Club Caribea in Turku, this one outperforms it by far, and in our case, it was even more affordable.

Myöhäinen saapuminen, huono lepo.

Olin laittanut viestiä vastaanottoon että saavun todella myöhään aamuyöstä, toiveena nukkua hyvin. Sain huoneen katutasolta erittäin meluisalta käytävältä yöunet jäivät erittäin vähäiseksi kun aamulla käytävältä kuului paljon meteliä. Huoneen ovi oli todella ohut ja huonosti äänieristetty. Huoneeni vieressä oli Coronaria lääkärikeskuksen huoneita ja toimistoja kuului paljon meteliä ja keskustelun ääniä huoneista ja käytäviltä. Aamupalan jälkeen yritin vielä levätä mutta käytävältä kuului tietysti siivoamisen ääniä, käytävän lattia oli kaakeli lattia joka kantoi äänet huoneeseen erittäin korkeasti.

Kylpylä oli ihan kiva, erilaisista saunoista plussaa. Huone siisti ja hotellin aulasta tehty vehreä tekokasveilla. Lapsiperheille varmasti mieluisa paikka, mutta pariskunnille jotka kaipaa rauhaa niin suosittelisin jotain muuta kohdetta. Aamupala hyvä!

Ei sovi rentoutumiseen

Huone katutasossa oli todella epämukava ja meluisa, lasten huuto kuului ensin koko illan leikkihuoneesta ja sen mentyä ilmeisesti kiinni illalla klo 22, mehka jatkui käytävällä. Huoneen seinät olivat aivan paperia ja jokainen askel käytävällä kuului huoneeseen, lasten huutamisesta nyt puhumattakaan. Kylpylä oli meluisa ja rauhaton ja kylpylän käytävillä oli lätäkköinä kylmää ja likaista vettä jota kukaan ei siivonnut pois. En voi suositella tätä kohdetta mikäli haluaa levätä tai rentoutua, mutta näköjään lapsiperheet viihtyivät. Uloskirjauksen yhteydessä saimme korvaukseksi tästä stressilomasta kivennäisvettä.

Helppoa perheaikaa lapsen kanssa

Erittäin helposti lähestyttävä paikka taaperon kanssa. Iso allasosasto, jossa niin paljon virikkeitä lapselle joka viihtyy vedessä, että riittää kun olet mukana ja vierellä, paikka itsessään hoitaa ohjelmatoimiston roolin. Vedessä menee tunteja kerrallaan. Olimme matkalla joulun huippusesongin aikaan ja paikka täynnä, ei silti tuntunut liian täydeltä. Palvelu ystävällistä, ravintoloissa ei tosin maailman nopeinta.

Ei paikka minne menisin ekana vaimon kanssa romanttiselle lomalle kaksin, mutta ehdottomasti paikka jonne menemme perheenä uudelleen.

Viihtyisä paikka, mutta lemmikkimaksu korkea

Kolmas vierailumme perheenä, ja aina sujunut kaikki hyvin. Lemmikkimaksu ainoa, joka aina vähän kirpaisee, kun se täytyy maksaa joka yöltä ja on 20 euroa. Eli kaksi yötä on 40€ lisämaksu. Ymmärrän, että lemmikki tuottaa jonkin verran lisätyötä siivoojille, mutta 20€/yö tuntuu vähän ylihinnalta. Olen itse ollut hotellisiivooja eikä koiran yöpyminen yleensä aiheuttanut muuta kuin ylimääräisen pyyhkeen ja kupin viemisen huoneeseen, ja lisäksi hieman perusteellisemman imuroinnin. Mielestäni lisämaksun voisi laskuttaa jälkikäteen, mikäli kerroshuolto ilmoittaa huoneen olleen erityisen sotkuinen juuri lemmikin takia. ”Varmuuden vuoksi” kaikkien asiakkaiden laskutus ei ole ns. reilua. Mutta tää nyt on mun mielipide, kaikki on muuten siis tosi hyvin kyseisessä hotellissa ja nautimme aina vierailusta. Aamupala on myös tosi hyvä!

Heikko ilmastointi

Yövyimme perhehuoneessa yhden yön. Ilmastointi oli heikko ja tuli nukuttua huonosti helleyönä. Kuvauksen perusteella huoneessa piti olla jääkaappi, mutta sitä ei ollut. Sisustus jo kulahtanut. En yöpyisi uudelleen ainakaan kesähelteellä ja samanlaisessa huoneessa.

Pieni kesäloma

Paikka sinänsä ihan jees. Mutta perhehuone kolmelle aikuiselle; parhaat päivänsä nähnyt huone; lattia melkolailla naarmuilla, kuluneet pinnat. Sängyt oli oikeinki hyvät yleiseen tyyliin nähden, mutta kolmas aikuinen nojatuolisängyssä. Tosi kamala nukuttava peti; kaverilla selkä ihan jumissa aamulla.
Aamuapala oli hyvä ja runsas, sekä vesipuisto hyvä. Väkeä tosin liikaakin kun kesäloma-aika, mutta sillehän ei kukaan voi mitään.
Huoneen päivitys olisi kohdillaan hintaan nähden. Se ehkä isoin miinus.

Kiva ilta pikku lapsuksilla.

Ihan kiva ilta tuli vietettyä täällä. Mukava sänky ja puhtaat lakanat ja erinomaiset wc-tilat. Asiakaspalvelusta myös plussaa. Ravintolan pizza oli aivan uskomattoman hyvän makuinen. Kylpyläosasto oli nappuloiden mieleen. Sitten listaan muutaman kehityskelpoisen asian. Pölyä löytyi kyllä aika paljon suhteessa huoneen kokoon. Hotellin asukkaille varatut kaapit uimahalliin olivat kamalan pienet. Lasten kokoisia kylpytakkeja ei oltu varattu huoneeseen, vaikka kaksi lasta oli ilmoitettu. Aamupala oli muuten todella hyvä, mutta lihapullat maistuivat aivan älyttömän pahoilta ja mehut olivat pelkkää vettä. Ja pakko vielä alleviivata, että jätän kerran kahdessa vuodessa nielaisematta jotain, joka maistuu pahalta. 😄 Nämä lihapullat eivät menneet sisään.

Mukava perheloma

Hinta-laatusuhde ei ehkä ollut ihan kohdillaan, vaikkakin teimme varauksen viime tingassa ja huonehinta oli siksi korkea. Sisustus oli vähän vanhanaikainen, mutta yleisilme ok. Perheelle kivasti tekemistä ja ruuat hyviä.

Tosi kiva paikka perheen viettää yhteinen kesäloma Vkloppu kun läheltä löytyy kaikenlaista tekemistä. Ainoa huono puoli hotelli huoneissa on huonot äänieristeet, viereisen huoneen elämä kuului todella herkästi omaan huoneeseen. Yhdessä lapsen kylpytakeista oli liimautunut tikkarin tikku eli ei ollut peseytynyt kauhean hyvin. Muuten kaikin puolin siisti.. aamiais buffet perus settiä, summer buffet illempana pienoinen pettymys (kallis vaan ei erikoinen) mutta mahtava palvelu pelasti.
