We stayed a few days there and the location was not the best but during makeup room, there is the occasion of no toilet paper top up, called the only reception number for like 30 times and nobody picked up, during checking out, didn't ask about the staying experience

Quite ok for a short family stay

Nicely located, surprisingly quiet hotel. In a rush hour check-in the personnel was not able to organize the crowd into covid-safe distances and did not request / remind guests to wear masks. Breakfast was not organized in time slots so it was crowded although we especially asked about the expected popular times to avoid crowd. People were confused about \"traffic\" in the buffet breakfast area, but personnel very friendly advised those who tried to swim against the current.
Most hotels do not clean the rooms nowadays if you stay a few days - here they did at least empty the bins and change towels put on the floor, which was really nice for a change.

The room was tidy and the staff was nice! The view outside the window (room 653) was a bit boring but i guess you can get better views with extra money. The air conditioning was initially set up to very high temperature (22°c) but luckily there was an option to alter it on the control panel. The barhroom was really nice, extra points for the floor heating! The breakfast was ok and i liked how they took into account the prevailing covid-situation. 4/5 stars, would stay again!

Very helpful staff, nice and quiet location. A part of the wall separating the bathroom and the room was glass, so when the lights are switched on in the bathroom, that disturbs those resting in the room.
Also, it would be fair to mention that although there's a gym in the hotel building, it's not a part of the hotel services, and one has to pay for that extra.

Huoneesssa sopiva lämpö ja hyvät pedit ja se oli rauhallinen!
WC:n peilistä näki että sisutuksen oli suunnitellut mies. Tavallinen suomalainen näkee juuri ja juuri kasvot. Suurennuspeilinki sijainti oli väärä koska vasen puoli kasvoista jäi varjoon. Missä yöpöytä? Sängyn päädyn valot killotti silmiin eikä niitä voinut suunnata.

Huone oli siisti ja sopivan kokoinen. Vaikka ikkunat ovat kadulle päin, niin liikenteen äänet eivät kuuluneet yhtään ja muutenkin oli rauhallista. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä. Sijainti on hyvä, lyhyt matka Tampereen Työväen teatteriin eikä kaupungin keskustakaan ole kaukana.

Superior-huone oli hyvin tavanomainen, ei kannata maksaa siitä ylimääräistä. Ainoa ero tavalliseen huoneeseen oli todennäköisesti kylpytakki mutta esim tohveleita ei ollut. Aamiaistarjoilu on hyvin ahtaassa huoneessa ja aamiainen oli kovin ruuhkainen.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiaistila pieni isänpäiväaamiaiselle. Asiakkaita joutui odottamaan köyden takana. Tarjoiluhuone ahdas, sekava, kapea liikkumistila. Ihmiset törmäilivät, hermostuivat kun kantoivat astioita ruokineen, juomineen kun törmäilivät. Jokaisen pitää hakea useaan kertaan syntyi suorastaan paikoin kaaos.

Respan jono oli kamalan pitkä ja hidas ja kun huone ei ollut valmiina, jouduimme jonottamaan kaksi kertaa pitkän jonon. Aluksi vain yksi respa paikalla. Porukkaa tuli koko ajan lisää. Olisimme menneet ravintolaan istumaan juomille ja odottamaan, mutta sekään ei ollut ennen klo 16 auki. Respasta sai ostaa juoman, mutta kauhean kiusallista siinä säheltää pullojen ja lasien kanssa kun pitkä jono perässä pyörittelee silmiään. Respan tytöt olivat ystävällisiä, siitä ei mitään pahaa sanottavaa, parhaansa varmaan tekivät.

Arkinen mutta mukava hotelli

Perushyvä hotelli. Huoneissa oli jo hiukan ajan patinaa, mutta ei ongelmia. Miljöö oli rauhallinen ja kaupungin keskusta kävelymatkan päässä. Aamiaisella ei ollut tarjolla luksusta, mutta suomalaisittain ihan asiallinen valikoima. Seurue antoi hotellikokemukselle kouluarvosanan 8.

Mukava yöpyminen Tampereella

Huone tuntui liian pieneltä. Ilmastointia kaipasin,,kunnon tuuletusta. No olishan voinut säätää lämpötilan viileälle tietty. Näköalaa ei ollut lainkaan,,talon kattoja näkyi.
Hyvä sänky, sai nukuttua, oli hiljaista.
Aamupala oli runsas, paljon vaihtoehtoja., todella hyvä. Helppo vaatteiden silitystila.

Hyvä ja huonoa

Aamiaisella oli todella kova ruuhka, vaikka sitä oli porrastettu. Tarjoilu oli todella ahtaissa tiloissa, joka teki stressaavan olon. Aterimet olivat huonosti pesty. Illalla ruokailimme samassa hotellin ravintolassa ja valitettavasti tilaamani gluteeniton pizza oli todellinen pohjanoteeraus!
Huone oli erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä!

Huoneessa oli hieman viileää, ilmastointia yritimme säätää pari astetta lämpimämmäksi, mutta ei tuntunut muuttuvan. Minibaari saisi olla huoneessa ja vedenkeitin sekä kahvia ja teetä. Loistava sijainti teatterimatkalle. Palvelu hyvää. Aamiainen maistui, oli riittävästi valikoimaa. Pysäköinti yksinkertaista, parkkihallista suora yhteys hotellin vastaanottoon.

Ystävällinen ja avulias palvelu

Todella ystävällinen ja avulias palvelu. Yövyimme mieheni kanssa kaksi yötä ja saimme tullessa huoneemme hieman aiemmi joka oli mahtava juttu. Hotellin ravintolassa hyvää ruokaa ja myös todellakin asiantuntevaa palvelua niin aamupalalla kuin illallisella.

Huoneessa käytiin siivoamassa päivittäin, mikä oli yllätys (Covidin jälkeen ei yleensä siivota oleskelun aikana). Hissiaula ainakin meidän kerroksessa oli roskainen. Aamupalalla ruokaa ei tuotu lisää, vaikka aikaa oli vielä puoli tuntia jäljellä.
