The hotel is centrally located near a beautiful park/playground.
It was a very busy weekend and the hotel was very full.
There was no onsite parking so we had to park in the city lot about a block away.
The room was clean and comfortable but it would have been nice to have a fan since it was quite warm.

The breakfast buffet was great! The sauna and pool is being remodeled so unfortunately I couldn't use them. The bed was comfortable but the rooms are very dated. Lots of wear and tear. The hairdryer is junk and would take a long hour to dry my hair. Staff in the restaurant for dinner was very inattentive, worst customer service..I had to go ask for a refill and ask for my check.

A nice hotel in a great location! As others have stated, the rooms could use some updating, but overall the place was clean, beds comfortable and in an excellent location. Our only small annoyances were the small bathroom (but how much time does one spend there anyway), the fact that the cleaning staff did not take out the trash when they made up the room while we were out and the amount of people at breakfast (We were provided trays when we asked to take food to our room, as trying to still stay covid safe, so points for that!). Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and quiet for an evening swim and quire relaxing. A nice to have for sure! We would stay here again.

Great Location - Mediocre Hotel

Paid for river view room (300/night) and the room was comparable to a cheap motor lodge. Windows were extremely dirty defeating the purpose of a room with a view. Floor was beat/scratched up really badly and the bedding was horrible; old beds and a single very old pillow on each bed. Buffet was the same buffet they have at every Scandic I've stayed at in Finland. Would not stay here again.

Well the check inn experience was horrible, the receptionist was not welcoming at all, and we felt that both of us, pretty rude encounter. So you can imagine the first encounter with the hotel that made us be feeling we have definitely made the wrong choice regarding the hotel. However we had a really nice experience with a Trainee person the next day at the reception, she should teach those some manners.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen, hotelli oli siisti vaikkakin jo kaipaa kovasti pintojen päivitystä. Aamiainen oli maukas ja monipuolinen.
Hinta marraskuussa ostettuna tammikuun matkalle oli alennuksineen turhan kallis, kun tammikuussa hintatarjoukset olivat liki 30% alhaisemmat. Parkkihalli suoerhintavs.
Huone oli perushuone ja siisti. Ylin kerros, jossa oli rauhallista ja hiljaista. Hyvät unet tuli nukuttua.

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Huone toimi hyvin kolmen aikuisen majoitukseen. Hotellin ravintolassa päivällinen oli heikko. Aamiaisella järjestön ruuhka, ruuat loppu ja ruuat aseteltu siten, että syntyi ruuhkia.

Sisäänkirjautuminen hidasta, kun piti täyttää vanhanaikaiset huonekortit. Huone tyylillisesti vanha, mutta siisti ja toimiva. WC-kalusteet vuosikymmeniä vanhat, esim wc vedetään 'vetämällä', ei painamalla nappia, eikä huuhtelun kokoa voi valita. Äänieristys heikko käytävältä ja kylpyhuoneiden välillä. Huone periaatteessa tilava, mutta seinään kiinnitetty televisio sängyn päädyssä oli sen verran alhaalla, että ohi piti pujottautua. Jos olisi ollut olkapääkorkeutta ylempänä, olisi voinut kävellä suorempana. TV:n johdot oli kiepillä näkyvillä, vaikka olisi ollut helposti piilotettavissa. Sängyt kaikkineen aivan superhyvät, pyyhkeet samoin. Huoneessa oli harvinaisesti lajitteluroskis ja ohje, tästä eikoispisteet, mutta lajittelu oli bio-paperi-seka, eikä esim muovia. Eli vuosikymmenpäivitystä kaipaisi tämäkin.
Näköala koskelle oli upea; hieno yllätys! Sijainti erittäin hyvä ja hyvät säilytystilat.

Hyvä sijainti aivan keskustassa: lyhyt kävelymatka joka paikkaan! Hieman vanhahtava huone/kylpyhuone, eikä yhtään ylimääräistä tilaa, mutta ihan toimiva. Huoneessa ei ilmastointia/viilennystä, joten 2025 heinäkuun helteellä 7. kerroksen huoneessa oli melko kuuma! Onneksi huone oli sisäpihan puolella, joten yöllä pystyi pitämään ikkunan auki ja hieman viileni. Runsas aamupala. Pysäköinti parkkiluolassa, josta lyhyt kävelymatka hotelliin. Sijainnin puolesta valitsisin uudestaan, mutta kesällä ilmastoinnin puutteen takia en olisi toiste.

Respassa erinomainen palvelu. Kerroimme että edellisen kerran huone oli aika rähjäinen. Nyt saimme siistin, erittäin hyvän huoneen. Aamupalalla pöytiä siivotaan kokoajan. Tarjonta on erittäin runsas. Jokaiselle löytyy varmasti mieleistä syötävää. Baarin henkilökunnan osaamisessa ja käytöksessä edelleen toivomisen varaa.

Huoneiden hinta liian korkea tasoon nähden, wc/suihkutila kulunut, löytyi myös siivouksen jäljiltä karvoja suihkun seiniästä. Yhteen huoneeseen huoneeseen tehtiin varmasti tarpeellista remonttia, olisi kuitenkin voitu huomioida hinnassa koska aamusta nukkuminen oli remonttimetelin vuoksi mahdotonta.

Perushotelli hyvällä sijainnilla

Kiva perushotelli loistavalla sijainnilla Tampereen pääkadun varrella. Bonuksena uima-allas ja sauna. Monipuolinen aamiainen, jossa tietysti tarjolla myös mustaa makkaraa. Huone oli siisti, mutta vanha, alkuperäinen kulunut parketti ja nupista vedettävä vessa! Huoneessa ei ollut minkäänlaista lämpötilan säätöä, mikä on todella outoa nykyään. Pelkkä vanha patteri
