lovely stay! wish we were there longer!
wonderful, spacious room with a balcony overlooking the most gorgeous view of the water. we had a sauna in our bathroom & also a half bath which was great for our family of 4. wifi was spotty, so that was a challenge, but loved the convenience store in the lobby and the breakfast options were incredible.

Reception person was friendly and welcoming. Room was not spotless, window had lots of finger marks, drinking classes were not clean. Some one was smoking in their room or balcony so we got some smell in our roon. Pahe shouls also inform vlearly that you have to pay parking and use of spa.

Sijainti on kävelyetäisyydellä keskusta. Kylpylä on aika vaatimaton kooltaan. Kuntosali maksoi erikseen - kun huoneen hinta lähenee 200 euroa, sen olisi odottanut kuuluvan hintaan. Aamupala aika standardi, plussaa mustasta makkarasta.

Nakit, mustamakkara ja pekonit oli hieman kuivahtaneita, puuro haaleaa. Vaihtoehtoja aamiaisella oli aivan hyvin.

Huone oli hieno ja siisti. Vastaanotossa ystävällinen henkilökunta. Vierailusta jäi kuitenkin ontto fiilis, kaikessa tunnuttiin säästävän ja kokemus jäi kaupallisen koneiston alle. Kylpylässä (eritoten porealtaat) oli kylmää vettä, ilmasto myös kylmä, joten tästä harmitti maksaa ja no, jäätyä. Aamiainen oli myös huono; kaikki kasvikset jäätyneet/ nahistuneet, epäsiistiä siellä täällä ja astiat likaisia.

Romanimies huusi pihalla lapsilleen täysillä. Perääni myös huudettiin näytät muulilta kun kiirehdin nopeasti ohi. La iltana olisi hyvä olla paikalla erityinen järjestysmies jos erikoisia asiakkaita tiedossa.

Huoneen ovenkarmit täysin syöty ja karmit raavittu lemmikkien toimesta. Antaa huonostihoidetun vaikutelman. Hiemankin allergisten pitää muistaa pyytää allergiahuone, joka ehkä käytäntönä poikkeaa muista hotelleista.

Perus hotelli, huone siisti. Pieni kylpylä. Miinusta allasbaarista, josta ostaminen hankalaa henkilökunnan puutteen takia; myös palvelu nyrpeää kun sitä vihdoin sai. Maksulliset kylpytakit ja -tossut; tossut hajosivat jo ensimmäisenä päivänä. Huoneessa ei valmiina shampoo/hoitoaine/suihkugeeli komboa. Sellainen kasin kokemus.

Tämä hotelli oli yksinkertaisesti pettymys. Sisustus kaipaa päivitystä, ilmastointi on äänekäs ja liian voimakas, kylpylä karunpuoleinen ja aamupalassakin toivomisen varaa varsinkin gluteenitonta ruokavaliota noudattavan näkökulmasta.

Huone oli siisti ja asiallinen, rakennus itsessään kuitenkin liian laitosmainen. Se toi mieleen Viron terveyskylpylät. Palvelu oli kehnoa ja epäystävällista. Esimerkiksi aamiaiselta loppuivat haarukat ja kahvikupit. Kun tiedustelin niitä, tarjoilija vastasi tylysti, että hän ei voi auttaa, koska kaikki ovat tiskissä.

Lasten kanssa Särkkis-reissulla. Hotellin sijainti ja helppo saavutettavuus plussaa. Runsas aamiainen oli kaikkien mieleen. Huone tilava, rauhallinen ja siisti. Ajanpuutteen vuoksi jouduttiin jättämään kylpylä väliin, mutta aiemman kokemuksen perusteella myös se ajaa hyvin asiansa.

Yleisesti kokemus oli mukava. Vain toinen ravintoloista oli auki illalla, joten pizzalla mentiin. Syrjäisen sijainnin takia emme jaksaneet lähteä muualle. Aulabaaria ei ollut, missä istua hetki ennen nukkumaan menoa. Toisaalta sijainti oli myös rauhallinen. Aamiainen oli ihan hyvä.

Huoneeseen saapuessa eteisessä pöllähti pölypallot edestä. Kakkosvuode oli levitettävä vuodesohva jonka natinalla sai mukavasti herätettyä muutkin matkakumppanit kun vaihtoi kylkeä. Aamupalalla lasit ja lusikat loppu, kuulemma kaikki oli jo käytössä muilla.

Yövyin kahtena peräkkäisenä viikonloppuna ja kokemukset saman hintatason huoneista olivat erilaiset. Toisessa huoneessa minibaari täynnä, vedenkeitin ja kahvi-/tee-/kaakaovalikoima. Toisessa ei mitään ylimääräistä, tv:ssäkin vain peruskanavat. Huoneiden kunto ja vanhahtava sisustus ovat ehdottomasti hotellin heikot kohdat. Plussaa siitä, että toisessa huoneessa oli kaapissa tuuletin.
Hotellin sijainti on upea. 24/7 R-kioskista ISO plussa lasten kanssa matkustaessa. Ravintoloiden palvelu hyvää, samoin respassa. Kylpylässä ihan hyvä varustelu, mutta kylmäaltaan rappuväli todella korkea. Polvivaivaisen ei kannata sinne yrittää tai saattaa jäädä loppupäiväksi.

Huoneet eri rakennuksessa kuin respa ja ravintolat. Kaikesta nyhdettiin lisähintaa, räikeätä ylihintaa. Kylpylässä altaissa kylmähkö vesi, shampoita eikä peflettäjä ollut ja pukukopissa entisen asiakkaan häpykarvat. Palvelu tylyhköä. Sijainti syrjässä. Aamupala oli yllättävän hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ausstattung ziemlich veraltet. Frühstück ist allerdings super, Service ist nicht gut. Innerhalb einer Woche kein einziges Mal aufgeräumt oder Müll entsorgt, auch nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage nicht!

Yöpyminen sujui mukavissa merkeissä, ei mitään suurempia puutteita jos ei luksustakaan. Joitain pieniä puutteita kuten kylpylässä huollossa sekä höyrysauna että yksi porealtaista. Ihmetystä aiheutti se, ettei kylpylähotellin sviittiin sisälly ilmaiset kylpytakki ja tohvelit. Kaiken kaikkiaan kuitenkin nautimme vierailustamme ja palvelu kautta linjan hyvin ystävällistä.
