We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were welcoming. The apartment is in a perfect central location, making everything easily accessible. It was especially convenient for our family, as we could cook our own meals and feel at home. The apartment was comfortable and offered great value for the price. Recommended for families looking for a stay in the city center!

No chair or table from which to eat- which is odd considering there is a kitchen area. So I had to eat sitting on the bed. No bedside lamp and the only light switch across the room.

Room was nothing like the photographs. Noise coming from somewhere and the smell was quite bad in corridor and the room. The management moved me to a better apartment. Again there was a bad smell but no noise this time. The knobs for the cooker and hobs were missing or broke and I left the property itching at bites from staying there.

The worst hotel I have ever been too.

Rooms were dirty and stank of stale cigarettes, had the smell of weed coming under my door from my neighbours, beds were rock solid and stank of fags, neighbours were loud throughout the night, sick in the hallway in the night, not cleaned until morning as no staff work here after 5pm. We booked for 4 nights only stayed 2 because we couldnt wait to get out of there. The hotel has been turned into a homless hostel with clientele that have absolutely no respect for the property or other tennants. I feel sorry for the owner in all honesty. Also 99% sure the cleaners are smoking in the rooms as they're cleaning them as the smell was so fresh in one of the rooms that was being cleaned when we arrived. Do not stay here, you will feel safer and cleaner on the street.

The plumbing work was poor and the sink kept making loud noises all night.

The best sheets were dirty.

The window was broken and would not close and it was freezing cold.

Good location for walking around central Leicester. The proprietor was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was clean with well equipped kitchen. Convenient for a two night stay. Utility rather than luxurious.

It’s about all the surrounding, it’s unsafe for a family or kids, please avoid unless your desperate. Lots of drug dealers and dodgy people there asking me where to find drugs. I trusted hotels.com but now I’m very not sure about your ratings and I genuinely don’t understand how this place can have a 7/10.

No towels, one set of cutlery for four people, fighting and yelling on the street every night, no laundry powder/liquid. Expensive parking which wasn’t even secure. Three paper thin pillows provided, only one toilet roll for a week stay.

Decent basic accommodation

Room as expected for the price, clean enough and everything in working order. Convenient location, easy to come and go as you please, staff were nice and helpful.
Would have liked spare loo roll, towels and toiletries as one of everything wasn't enough for 3/4 days. Walls were very thin, doors slammed loudly and mattress was thin and bumpy, so sleep quality was poor.

The stay overall was fine for what we needed but the cleanliness wasn’t great. The halls smelt like smoke and weed to the extent it was almost intoxicating. Our apartment was okay, but we found brown splodges on the bath, bath Matt, one of the pillows and sheet. We did try to clean these purely for our own comfort in the cleanliness but still not great. Slightly noisy due to being on main road but wasn’t too bad. Good location for the town as well.

AWFUL. Checked out early because the room was so bad and the ‘management’ promise a refund then when you chase it up they tell you they’ve not got time to deal with your query. Dirty rooms, poor communication, relocated when I arrived to check in to a different apartment block altogether - which they didn’t notify me about before arrival. AVOID!

There is no communication from the staff even though it is a serviced apartment they won't come for our need and also they charge for cleaning and the internet is very slow they providing. The other flatmates are very noisy and the fire alarms goes on many nights we are not able to sleep.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have never checked straight out of anywhere before but I was in this property for less than an hour before I cancelled my stay and booked another hotel.
On arrival the windows were wide open in the apartment and it was -1 outside so the room was freezing. The tiny little heater in the corner was not going to heat the room up enough to allow me to sleep in it. The place was very dirty, rubbish from previous people still in the bin, all cutlery and utensils dirty and the washing up equipment was all full of old food so wouldn't have helped clean.
There were also no towels in the apartment so I was unable to have a shower. When I tried to call to ask about towels there was no answer. And no answer when I tried to call about checking out. Luckily hotels.com were kind enough to honour a refund for me as I was told by them that they contacted the property a number f times over a few days ad still got no response from them to issue a refund.

The flat and facilities are very good, and good value. The check-in experience was terrible. I was given a number to ring and left standing in the street for 20 minutes on hold - never answered. I managed to tailgate my way into the building where there was a deserted reception area - now worried I might be Thomas Cooked. Searching through emails I found mention of buzzing flat six, so went upstairs and knocked on door of flat 6 but no answer. About to give up when door opened on what turned out to be the office, so eventually was given key to flat. Lucky I decided to check fob would allow re-entry to building - it didn't. In the morning the boiler wasn't working so no shower. Won't be risking this again - shame, because the apartment itself was good.

Kitchen had everything required (microwave / oven / utensils etc.)
No parking with apartments, could park a few mins walk away - £20 for 24 hours
Sofa bed had undersheet but no oversheet / quilt
Double bed was lumpy
Cooker had dirty / unwashed grill tray
Fridge freezer needed defrosting

Great studio flat with extra amenities that you wouldn’t usually get in a hotel room and added extras like tea and coffee in the room.
Little bit tricky getting into the apartments but once in the guy was very helpful!

Not a good place for a business visit

I had 2 issues, first there wasn't any WIFI in range (forget about connection issues), because of this I had use my mobile data for work and I ended up consuming all of it. Second the base of iron kept in the room was so dirty that it ruined my clothes.

After being let in by the gentleman who met us there who was very polite and helpfully, we had to walk up the stairs as the lift wasnt working, we were let in to the apartment which was nice but the floor didn't look like it had been brushed properly as there was hair on the floor and in the bathroom. The reason why we booked the apartment was so we could cook our own food but with limited utensils no sharp knife and 2 very small pans and no tin opener we did manage but with difficulty. There were signs up stating to respect others sleeping but some chose every night to ignore the fact! The apartment was warm so had to have the window open which faced on to the car park where on both night there were young adults smoking cannabis which I could smell nearly all night and were constantly shouting and fighting with each other! I was so disappointed with my stay and would not stay there again or recommend it which is a shame as it was in the perfect location for everything.

It does what it says on the tin, it’s a place to sleep. To be fair, the bed was comfortable and both hubby and I slept well. It’s was a bit noisy during the night with people returning from the city centre, but nothing unusual for a Saturday night after a university graduation celebration. It was clean, functional, if a bit tired around the edges. It was in the process of being updated, but all staff were friendly and fresh clean towels were brought to us with a greeting by the manager.

We had booked the apartment for two nights for a wedding we were attending. On both nights we hardly slept due to all the noise within the building from other residents.

The furnishings were nice but could have been much cleaner.

I had paid for 'cheap but cheerful', knowing that the room would be simple and small.
What I got was a building with an unsecured front door in a less-than-safe part of Leicester, a hallway that reeked of cigarettes like a 1970s working men's club and a room that - while perfectly adequate in most respects - also absolutely reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. I had to sleep with the window open on a freezing cold night, which then exacerbated the noise issues outside.
I emailed Easy Lets *that night* and two weeks later have yet to receive even a basic response.
NOT recommended.

This stay was atrocious, for a start there was no one to greet us to let us in the front door which meant I had to stay outside for around an 1hour, some woman finally came down and explained that there should be someone at the front desk but maybe has finished early, this made no sense and nor was acceptable, finally got taken to my room, and straight away there was a cigarette stench and a dirty food smell, the bed was broken in half as the metal inside was on the floor, i asked to be moved and the woman said shes going to get new keys, she went away and didnt come back, i rang over 30 times until she blocked my number and i also tried looking for her in the apartments, in the end i booked a marriot down the road. Please remove this from here
