I was just staying for 1 overnight,but the sfaff were very helpful and let me check in early. Also overnight person was helpful changing the time for my taxi as I had lost my voice - he was great and called for me and it worked out..

The hotel is fine. There is no fridge, which I didn’t need anyways, so it was alright. I was able to store my luggage early. My only problem, was my youngest daughter left behind her glasses after we checked-out. But it was difficult to reach a person

It would have been 0 star if it wasn't for the night representative who had to come in to makeup the bed and vacuum after our third straight unsuccessful request to have our room clean. Bed left unmade, floor remained dirty (debris on the floor looked as if they have there fore a while); the used glasses and spoons remained, with the ÿwe only got new towels for The checkin desk was never staffed, and the two kiosk for self checkin were downed for the four nights we were there. We had to ring the bell on the desk and WAIT, AND WAIT. Our room access key quit working after the first night and we had to get in line each time and waited in a line that could take up to 10 minute wait to get the problem resolved only to repeat day after day. Bad service.

The hotel isn't at the airport it's about 6 miles from the airport.It is situated right behind ikea at Braehead.I should have taken more note of the address.The hotel staff were pleasant.The lift was broken we arrived, but it was fixed the next day.It spoiled our stay as we were to meet people arriving at Glasgow airport.The good thing about this hotel is the car parking is free.

Not so good this visit!

Had to request a different room, as the room we were given had same stain on the mattress cover from a previous visit to same room, and a huge crack in bathroom sink. Second room was OK although tumblers in the bathroom were filthy and we had to wash them before using. Wasn't aware there would be no housekeeping during our stay, I understand Xmas day, but would have thought housekeeping would resume Boxing Day. But at least would have expected extra toilet tissue, and milk/ coffee to cover this period that rooms were not being replenished. Had to ask for toilet tissue!
We were on the top floor and the lift was broken, very annoying as every night we had to go back down as our room key would not work each night!!!! Stayed 27 nights at this hotel in the last year, but feel really let down this visit, and will be looking elsewhere in the future, such a pity things seem to be going downhill.

We booked a twin room as that was all left available. We were pleasantly surprised to find a double bed when we entered. I did find a hair in the bed and also the bathroom smelt of stale urine and dampness as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. Apart from the bathroom issue and noisy residents, which is not the hotels problem, we were happy with out stay.

Not the best when it comes to organisation

We arrived at the hotel at 4pm after a long drive up from the South. When we got there we were given our room key however when we got to our room, we found that it was still being cleaned. We initially waited outside the room whilst it got cleaned and then we allowed to wait inside the room whilst it was given the final parts of the clean.

I can understand that sometimes such things can occur, but we would not have been expecting to check into a room that was still not ready and where we had been, we would have appreciated a free breakfast token in the morning as a gesture of goodwill but NOTHING.

So not really too pleased with the start of our stay. All other things were fine and well but the start really began badly.

Too good to be called a budget hotel

Stayed for a week, front of house very modern, staff very friendly and professional, room very spacious, bathroom with large shower,
Local to all amenities, free car parking,and WiFi at a very low cost.
Only one issue, which the staff are happy to accommodate is,
If staying for more than 2 nights ask for a room on a higher level or not facing the carpark. Can be a bit noisy at the front of the hotel.

Ideal for what I needed but the location of this hotel is a little bit inconvenient for the motorway. That being said, it's perfect if shopping at nearby Braehead is what you're looking for. Friendly staff, clean room and good facilities.

The hotel has a great restaurant across the road. The Steam Wheeler. Witherspoons restaurant is also close by in Braehead shopping centre. Terrific variety of shops in the centre,also dry skiing and snowboarding. M8 extremely close by.

Took is a while to find it but room was clean and comfortable.The downside..They take pre authorisation of your credit card when you arrive then when you leave take your card again..We got charged twice for the one room and took us a week to get the money refunded from the hotel..With no apology

We were through in Glasgow to go snowboarding at Snowfactor which was 5 minutes drive from the hotel. Ikea was 5 minutes walk away and we went there for breakfast both days. Braehead shopping centre was also within walking distance or a 5 minute drive away.

We stayed here for a few nights while we were having building work done at home. The room was basic but clean and well maintained and had regular maid service. I had a couple of issues, wi-fi is an additional cost, which in this day and age is a disgrace and I had settled down in the bar one night with a beer to watch football only to find out there was no sports channels.
Overall, the staff make up for any failing the hotel may have, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Transit between flights

This was in an excellent location for shopping centre. Airport and in my case also the dentist. There was every amenity and large rooms albeit uninspiring. Bath towels were extra large and luxurious and shower had seat. The price was excellent and overall a very good place to stay. On this occasion I did not have dogs but thought 5.00 per dog a bargain.

This hotel is superb if visiting Braehead shopping centre / IKEA etc. The hotel itself is modern clean etc. Located in an industrial area. Staff very nice. Good value. Never had breakfast though - tip go to nearby IKEA store to eat if on a budget.

Stayed here the night prior to our flight home. Modern hotel, large rooms and bathroom. The immediate area has one restaurant near by, so so, but with a slightly longer walk or taxi ride there's a mall nearby, well stocked. The only thing I wish they had was an airport shuttle, otherwise we were pleased.

Stayed here a number of times, unsure why on this stay in room the last orders for food stated 945pm, at the bar they said 930pm and when you want to order your meal at 920pm the kitchen is closed... Not great for an 'airport' hotel.

we did not stay in the hotel as it was double booked. we were transferred to another hotel which was not what or where we wanted. we arrived late at our hotel after a late flight and were informed at 3am in the morning that there was no room for us. the excuse was that our booking agent had double booked us. we find it hard to believe as we booked the hotel on 2/8/15 two months ago and received a hotel confirmation number as we arrived late we assume the hotel had given our room to a gymnastics team we are not happy with the hotel at all and will be seeking compensation for all the stress and anxiety caused

When we booked tickets for a show,my friend said \"book the Campanile\".I am unfamiliar with Glasgow and went on-line and booked the Campanile.Neither of us realised there were two,and when confirmation of the booking arrived in my in-box,we were both surprised to learn that it was the Glasgow airport Campanile we'd booked.Undaunted,we made our way to Glasgow by bus,and Campanile by bus.Found the hotel easily,and it was within walking distance of Braehead shopping centre and various other outlets.Hotel was ideal,staff were helpful,stay was lovely.

The hotel reception and bar staff were very helpful and friendly, Shower in the room was excellent. Only negative point was breakfast which was poor, mushrooms were completely nuked... they look almost like dried whole mushrooms which you needed to add water to! inedible and strange that a chef would serve them. Overall I would stay again as the staff were great, easy to park and good value (just avoid the cooked breakfast!).

Good value for money and friendly service

This is an excellent budget hotel, on a par with a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn. Check-in was efficient and very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable with am ample sized shower facility.

The hotel has a bar facility where you can relax and enjoy a bite to eat in the evening, or alternatively, like us, you can walk across the road to another restaurant for a wider selection of food.

Breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked to order and excellent value for money.

The only negative comment I have is that guests who wish to smoke tended to congregate outside of the main entrance. Our room was on the first floor, just above reception, and with the window open (it was a warm evening) the smell of cigarette smoke drifted upwards and into our room. Campanile Management - if you could do something about this your rating could be higher. Nevertheless, this is a good value hotel, not far from Glasgow Airport.

A good reasonably priced airport hotel

Stayed here for 3 days in the middle of Sept 2015. The hotel is only about 5-10 minutes from the airport. Taxi cost less then 10 pounds. Bus stops to take you to central Glasgow or the airport are about a 5 minute walk away. Took the bus to Glasgow, which took about 40 minutes, but did not take the bus to the airport. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There is a shopping center about a 5-10 minute walk away, including a big Sainsbury grocery store. There are a couple of restaurants very close to the hotel.

Great hotel, great restaurant, great service.

This hotel is a really great hotel. We stayed here for two nights and those were two great nights. The restaurant was delicious the food was fairly priced and very convenient. The hotel isn't too far from the airport and a short cab ride into the city center wasn't too bad. There are also bus stations about two minutes from the hotel. We got adventurous and walked from the city centre to the hotel and that was a very long walk but it didn't bother us much.

The staff was great and very helpful with everything. The restaurant staff was wonderful on Friday night. They were quick and very courteous which was great. On Saturday night however the staff was subpar. The waitresses were hitting on some guy at the bar and were quite slow with getting us food and actually making sure we were doing alright. This was just a minimal problem and really didn't spoil the trip or anything at all.

I truly enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel good in all respects, except location. Very difficult to find. The name \"Airport Hotel\" is grossly misleading. Expected it to be on the airport site; it isn't. Manager very helpful. Good pub opposite.
Spent 4 or 5 hours trying to find it in evening peak motorway traffic. Buses nearby operate Paisley/Glasgow and all local stops on the way.

Not the Best Location but Pleasant Stay

Not the best location if you are looking to explore the city centre. The bus stop is about five to ten minutes walk away depend on the speed, £4-£4.2 for a day trip ticket depending on the operator, and takes half an hour to get into town.

Nevertheless, the hotel staff was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. The facilities are pleasant, an not much noise source around, which promise a good night sleep. We feel it is quite good value for money when the city centre accommodations are fully booked or with ridiculously high price.

Room was good, hotel generally good, but avoid the restaurant! We tried to eat there before a concert, arriving on the dot when the restaurant opened and ordering from their limited \"Pre-Theatre menu\" - however, after waiting for an hour, and following a rather testy exchange with the waiter, when some food did finally arrive it was then both overcooked and (paradoxically) barely warm and not what we had ordered anyway - we abandoned at that point. They were good enough not to charge us for our drinks, and offered us more but by then we had very little time to find somewhere else to eat and get to our show. Really not good enough!

The rating says about other issues.
However, very strange that *these* days they charge for internet (only 20 mins free time). This is an *expected/required* facility not a luxury anymore .... -- time to wake up and smell the coffee ....
Taxi fare cost 10 GBP each way from the airport.

Room was very clean, confortable, bathroom clean

The hotel was very confortable, but next door where banging the door most of the night, keeping me awake most of the night. I will definately use the hotel when next i visit Glasgow and recommend to my friends.

A Hidden Gem

A very pleasant surprise.I thought I was in for a \"Travelodge\" experience but couldn't have been more wrong.

Handy for Glasgow airport

Hotel is perfect for a overnight stay before an early flight. However our room was next to the staircase & lift & heard every movement. Apart from that a decent place to stay for a night or two.....decent rates.

It's the worst hotel I've ever encountered,

Trying to reach out with you in regards with cancelation, but your ignoring me, then you charge me, I will be in Glasgow by September but definitely will not recommend you with my friends to stay over..
