Property is good but be careful cause they don’t allow you to leave your pet alone in the room and they don’t tell you this until after you’ve booked. I ended up not being able to take my dog because they wouldn’t allow me to cancel my booking even though we were within 24 hours of bookings.

Hotel is clean. Breakfast good selection but average. We didn’t have any hot water but to be fair they were straight up to fix. Then the next morning it was cold again. Very disappointed on this hotel considering the price point. Needs refurbished in certain areas. Wouldn’t stay again. No hot water put us off.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. We attended a concert in Oran Mor which is right across the road from the hotel. So the stay suited our needs. Our second stay I. The hotel and it won't be our last.

Very welcoming staff. Nice room with comfy bed, good size and lovely shampoos etc. devour a bit dated but doesn’t detract. Annoying constant type dripping noise through the night from the old heating system but room was warm. Great location eith the Great Western Road and Byers Road on the doorstep and the Botanics across the road. Would book again

Breakfast was very disappointing, in fact we had to stop at services for food on the way back. Parking was a nightmare eventually had to park on a side street as the hotel car park is shared with Waitrose reserved spaces and residents who live around the hotel.
Front of desk was very poor, communication skills were not the best, night time front of house was fantastic, friendly, happy to help.
Overall for the price wasn’t value for money.

Breakfast mediocre, only bread was sliced standard supermarket type loaf, no veggie option on the hot buffet. In fairness we stayed over New Year which may have had an impact.

Lovely hotel, I felt very welcomed by the staff despite arriving looking a bit dishevelled on arrival and feeling out of place. Old school vibes and definitely seems to be favoured by an older generation than me (40m) but very comfortable, great location next to the Botanical Gardens and Oran Mor.
