We had an amazing time here in Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos I couldn't ask for a better experience. Food was spot on, staff was unmatched, and couldn't be happier with the service here. We plan on staying at more Hyatt hotels in the future.

Title: An Unforgettable 5-Star Experience for Our Group of Friends I recently visited Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos with four of my best friends (all in our 60s), and it was truly one of the most comfortable and happy vacations we’ve ever had. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff treated us like royalty.
We want to give a special shout-out to the incredible team members who made our stay so special:
• Armando (Zumba & Aqua Zumba), Lizet (Pilates), and Moy (Yoga) were all so passionate and professional. They tailored the sessions perfectly for seniors, making every class fun and engaging.
• Our Art Class instructors (whose names we didn't catch, but they were amazing!) brought so much creativity and joy to our trip.
• Ingrit from the events team was also fantastic and made everything so organized and fun.
• Manager David at the front hall was incredibly kind and helpful, guiding us throughout our entire stay.
The dining was another highlight—French, Teppanyaki, Mexican, and the BBQ grill were all excellent. We highly recommend Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos for everyone, from young children to seniors. We felt like truly valued guests thanks to this wonderful, dedicated team!

This is a really nice place. The staff is over-the-top kind and wanting to help out with anything. Made us feel very special. I would have no problem recommending this place. They have quite a few kids on one side of the resort, but they also have an adult pool on the other side, which is good.
The food is delicious. We had a small issue with the French restaurant (service slow) so I wouldn’t recommend the beef tenderloin or coq au vin but everything else was great.
You cannot swim in the ocean though, but the waves are pretty spectacular to watch and listen to.

We were very happy with this resort, it was our 1st time staying in San Jose del Cabo. We wish we would have had a patio with our ocean view. The room description was not clear that there was not patio. Other than that we were very happy with resort, amenities and food.

We had the most amazing stay at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming. The property is stunning, the food was delicious, and the entire staff truly made us feel taken care of every step of the way.

A very special thank you to Margarita in the buffet. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and always greeted us with the warmest smile. Little moments like that make a stay feel extra special, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience each morning.

The pool was not enjoyable because they played very loud electronic music with an annoying announcer for 4 hours every midday. The room was otherwise excellent. The Italian and the Japanese restaurants had a poor selection of what turned out to be disappointing food. The Italian restaurant did however have a pleasant waterfront location

My husband and I came for our 1 year wedding anniversary and immediately as we arrived were treated like VIP’s. We were ushered to a private check in area with food and drinks. Check in went smoothly and we were introduced to our concierge Adrian who was friendly and informative. Then Antonio brought us to our room with our bags and gave us a tour of the resort and gave us recommendations. We also had a server at the pool, Noe who was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel lobby always smelled amazing and the service was great throughout our 3 night stay.
I would have given 5 stars but there were a couple things that I were a little room was a little dated and didn’t have a lot of lighting. The bathroom was very dim especially in the shower and I felt like I didn’t know if I could see if it was clean or not. In addition, although there was a variety of food a lot of it was under seasoned.

Our butler, Edgar was wonderful! He attended to our every need and thought of everthing. I would return any time and would love to have Edgar help us again.
All of the staff was very nice and helpful. They made our stay that much more enjoyable and memorable.
The food was very good at all of the restaurants that we tried.

Pros: The resort is beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and most staff were polite and responsive.
Cons: Our room had a noticeable mildew odor during the stay, and the bedding smelled musty, which affected comfort. Housekeeping was inconsistent on one occasion. We also booked a romantic experience through the hotel that did not fully match the setup shown in the photos, although staff did attempt to make adjustments.
Overall: A nice property with great potential, but some details fell short of expectations.

The staff made the resort for us! Our room was always clean and restocked. Trinidad our personal butler booked everything we needed and more. He started to help us after Deisi the restaurant manager Casa Cortez noticed our breakfast took a long time and came out incorrect. We didn’t complain or say anything she just saw this and reached out to Trinidad to make sure the rest of our stay was exceptional. We 100% would rate all of the staff a 10/10!

On the kids club- don’t limit the time and age group. My son was 23 months and I wasn’t able to stay in the kids club with him for the time they were closed for drop-off hours. The only time the allow kids to play is from 9am-10am and 4pm-5pm.

Please try and be more flexible to parents to let their kid play supervised with parents if the staff cannot watch children below the age of 4yrs old.

Rooms -

The room cleaning wasn’t great. The first day they missed our room cleaning.

Food -
The desserts, donuts and cafe foods seem stale. Wish they were more fresh and soft.

Accessibility has much to be desired. The transfer chair for the pool is none existent and the ramp is not reachable to even hobble into the pool. The accessible room while okay, required having to gi to certain parts of the room to turn around. The walk in shower is beautiful but you cannot reach the water lever from the sest and the rain shower snd wand do not reach the bench. Only 2 of the womens rooms had accessible stalls. Further, the ramps from the car area for drop off to the sidwalk at the entrance are way too steep and unusable for my wheelchair. Nearly tipped. The staff and food are awesome though.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Upon check in, Poli was in constant communication with us and made sure all of our needs were met. Other staff that we really enjoyed Ivan at the pool, Ricardo at Hibachi, Jair at the buffet, David with activities, the staff at the coffee shop, spa, and the pool bar. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to come back!

Resort was nice. People were friendly. However, check in seemed a bit unorganized. There are no bracelets given when you check in so anyone in a taxi, or uber can come even if they are not staying at the resort as long as they give someone’s last name and room number of someone who is currently at the resort. It’s not safe. Snacks or drinks were never restocked daily. It was an okay resort overall but I’ve definitely been to better

Gorgeous property, luxurious rooms and sits on fabulous location. The hospitality was unmatched. Every where we went on the property everyone was welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel totally pampered. From having delicious dinners at the hotel, to getting assistance planning fun excursions in Cabo, or listening to wonderful live music while sipping a tasty cocktail or Mexican hot chocolate- the Ziva surpassed all of our expectations. We loved opening our patio door and listening to waves crashing against the beach and then going to an exciting teppanyaki meal where the food was as delicious as it was entertaining. We all loved the Hyatt Ziva.

The food was okay for an all-inclusive resort—nothing extraordinary, but decent with enough variety. A big bonus was the location: it’s very close to Cabo Dolphin, which made it easy to walk there. The pool was just okay, and there wasn’t much of a view from that area, but overall it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

We really loved our stay here overall.
The staff were genuinely kind, gentle, and thoughtful, which made the whole experience very relaxing. The weather was perfect, it never felt crowded, and it was truly an easy, enjoyable vacation.
We tried every restaurant on property, and each one had its own unique flavors — all very good. We truly enjoyed it and would definitely come back.

One important thing to note is the Kids Club (indoor childcare area).
We were there for only about 30 minutes, but during that short time, one younger, heavier-set staff member was already noticeably impatient with the children. She was very unprofessional, showed little patience, and even used the word “loser” toward a 6-year-old child, which is completely unacceptable. When a parent asked about it, her attitude was also rude and dismissive. We were told her name might be Kayla. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and addresses it.

Aside from that issue, everything else was excellent:
•Pools were clean and well maintained
•Restaurant staff were all incredibly nice
•Front desk staff were friendly and professional
•Housekeeping staff were wonderful as well

Overall, it was a great trip. With better oversight and staff training at the Kids Club, this place would be close to perfect.

Pool was too cold, the room phone did not work. Tried asking for help but did not get fixed. The shower gel was close to empty and no one filled it. Asked to fill and only conditioner got filled. Shower gel remained empty. Asked for pool service and was told that the reserved seats pay very high price so they need to be served first and we will need to wait.

We travelled as a family with seniors, parents and young children. We came at a less busy time (mid December) and it was very peaceful. We had no trouble finding seats by the pool. There were activities for both children and adults. We appreciated the children's pool and play area. The restaurants and buffet offered a variety of choices with excellent food. I am celiac and staff were very helpful in accommodating with gluten free options. All staff we encountered were friendly, efficient and helpful. Thanks for a great vacation!

The staff are amazing! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We had a good view in room 1521 of the ocean and all of the pools/lagoon. Food was actually pretty good for an all-inclusive! I was impressed. Drinks weren’t as impressive, but I don’t usually have high expectations when going to resorts. The older rooms are sort of outdated, but we didn’t spend much time in there so it didn't really bother us that much. The one thing we didn’t like was how loud the hallways were and how you could hear almost everything through the door. We had a big gap between the door and the floor I was worried a lizard would crawl in lol. And unfortunately we had a neighbor down the hall with a screaming infant who they seemed to just let scream cry in the hallway for several minutes at several different points of the day, throughout the entire week we were there. Sometimes even at 4 AM. You could also hear the room service carts being wheeled by as they are very noisy. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would consider going back or staying at another location of this brand.

We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and this location was beyond perfect. The staff was amazing from bell boy Christian, Roberto. Ivan at the pool was super attentive he made sure we were taking care of. Gigi from the entertainment was excellent keeping the atmosphere percfect. Monserrat checking with us to make sure everything was okay with our stay. I didn't get to visit all of the restaurants but the ones that we did were amazing. The French restaurants had some lamb chops that were delicious i tried to go back the next day but it was closed on Saturday. The Italian Restaurant atmosphere was so romantic and Roberto was so thoughtful at the end of the dinner with the anniversary dessert, just perfect. The plaza for breakfasts was delicious, and their entire staff was extraordinary from the moment we arrive till we left. I wish i could remembered everyones name to give them all the credit they deserve. The ladies at the coffe shop so sweet as well. We received an bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our upgraded room that had the million dollar view to the ocean I even got to see a whale from the room. Everything about this place was excellent . Cant wait to go back with my entire family in the summer.

Todos de check in a check out muy amables. Sorprendentemente la comida en los restaurantes muy rica. Muy tipica, nada white wash. Todos siempre muy buena onda con disponibilidad a ayudar. Mi unica queja fue que nos tomo un dia encontrar el kids zone.
