This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort, and my husband and I (in our late 30s and early 40s) really enjoyed the relaxing, adults-only atmosphere. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and stylish.

The Good:

Service: 5/5! The staff members were incredibly gracious and helpful. Having a WhatsApp chat available for anything we needed was a fantastic touch.

Vibe: The pool was very lively with great music and activities throughout the day.

Drinks: My favorite bar for a well-made drink was the one in the lobby.

Dining Tip: Make all your dining reservations on your first day. This was a lifesaver for us, as we heard other guests complaining about wait times (though they may have been in larger groups).

Things to Know/Improve:

The Rooms: They are showing some wear and tear. Our shower leaked after every use, leaving the bathroom floor constantly wet.

Food & Pool Drinks: While the food was plentiful with a nice variety, the quality was fairly mediocre. Also, the drinks at the pool were far too sweet for my taste.

Cabanas: Reserve your cabana ahead of time! If you wait until the day of, you will find them all taken.

The Beach: The beach is not very swimmable; even the pool staff warned us to be careful if we tried to go in. However, Playa Chileno is an 8-minute drive away and is a great spot for snorkeling.

Summary: Despite a few areas for improvement, we had a wonderful time and I would definitely come back.

Paradisus los cabos is a wonderful hotel. The entire staff is fantastic, everyone is so friendly and helpful.
The outdoor pool with swim up bar is so fun, with daily activities hosted in the pool. There are lots of sun beds and pool towels, so you will always find a space to sit.
The food is delicious and each of the restaurants provides a wide range of tasty options.

This property is absolutely amazing! It is huge! The resort is so clean. Staff always bustling around cleaning, lawn work, etc. the staff go out of their way to check on you and make sure you are enjoying your stay. The food was fantastic, Asian, Mexican, breakfast buffet, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and room service!!!! The pool is very big. A bar you can swim up to. The resort is on the beach. Just gorgeous. I highly recommend!!!!

you can only eat at restaurants if you have a reservation one night we went to 3 different places not full not even half full at all 3 we even went to the place to pay to eat and was turned away just seems crazy that they have only one place that you don't need a reservation but it serves same food each night.

We had an amazing experience at Paradisus Los Cabos! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The resort is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere made our vacation truly special.

A special thank you to Katrina for her outstanding hospitality and kindness throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference in our experience.

We also want to recognize Francisco, the bartender, for making some of the best drinks we had during our trip. Every cocktail was crafted perfectly, and his friendly personality made every visit to the bar enjoyable.

A heartfelt thank you to the lovely lady at the Asian restaurant, whose warm service and welcoming smile made our dining experience even more memorable.

Recommend for adults seeking a quieter location but there still is some fun entertainment on resort if you want that as well. One of the biggest draws for us was the swimmable beach which is hard to find in Cabo. Highly recommend this resort!

The room was super comfortable and clean. Quality mattress. The pool is huge and has sun and shade. The beach is swimmable and gorgeous. The staff were phenomenal. Really went above and beyond to make your stay as good as it can be. Fernando and Diego were extremely helpful and so kind. Carlos ensured we had a cabana every day at the pool and was always offering to help with anything we might need. The hotel also helps you with excursions. The best sunset cruise to Los Arcos/Lovers Beach (Albatross) and horseback riding right along the Pacific Ocean (Cactus Tours) experience you could ever have!!!! The guys in the office were able to answer any questions we had about the various excursions. By far the best trip we’ve been on and we’ll never stay at another resort in Cabo!

The hotel amenities are far more than what we expected. From the 5 different restaurants onsite to the massive pool overlooking the ocean, there is no reason to leave the resort. The resort also provides daily activities such as cooking classes or a mixology class for those who want to make that perfect cocktail! Overall our experience has been memorable. We really enjoyed our stay for the most part, they really do an amazing job at cleaning the rooms, the breakfast and lunch was the better options for us as far as the taste of foods, we did not enjoy the Mexican restaurant for dinner but the Italian and Asian were pretty good. The only problem we had was the service at the pool bar, we sat there for 40 minutes and were only served once so we had to walk up to another bar. I was so excited for the pool bar too, other than that we had a great time

Came here once in 2025(July). So decided to come back and invite friends (May).
This second time the staff wasn’t on top of everything like my prior. Food service seem to take a bit longer, poolside or restaurants.
The amazing restaurant by the pool is now Buffet style for lunch and the menu was smaller. The prior trip in 2025 that restaurant was on of the reasons we came back.
The music choice at the pool NEEDS TO CHANGE. The play list is cerca 2006. Play
some good Spanish music. Yes most people are American here but we can only take so much early 2000’s pop and house music.
Definitely recommend the Reserve status at the hotel.
So kind of disappointed second go around. Debatable if we will return or try something new. We come to Cabo about 2 times a year.

i’ve stayed at bad all-inclusives before and almost never did it again due to bad food and cleanliness issues at other resorts in the past. THIS PLACE RESTORED MY FAITH. I 100% would come back. I’m writing this for other people who are like me who heavily rely on real reviews and are also extra cautious when it comes to food and cleanliness while on vacation. This place was amazing! Cleanliness was 10/10 the smallest details inside and outside the room were so clean it felt comfortable to actually sleep in the sheets and usually I’m weird and lay my own blankets over bed covers to sleep in hotels. I actually felt comfortable enough to enjoy the bed and it was also so comfy! Food was good for an all inclusive too- the coffee shop made great coffee! I can’t recommend this place enough. I will only come back here when in Cabo

The staff tried to sell us a timeshare/membership type of program as soon as we checked in. It was a confusing experience with services and items shown we would get with the room but did not. The restaurants and service are amazing. The buffet has flies landing on the food. The room we had for the first two days did not have a bathroom door, the shower leaked water in a large pool that used most of our towels and the tiles in the room were old and in disrepair. The second room we had for two days did have a bathroom door with the same leaking shower and chipped tiles throughout. The reason for two different rooms is because the room we booked was not existent, although it was shown on Expedia. We had to pay more and upgrade to the room we booked. It is a beautiful property but I would not return.

I had high expectations for the hotel. Upon arrival it was a beautiful looking hotel. After checking in we were greeted by our concierge Oswaldo who said he would make out dinner reservations for the night but in actuality he was trying to sell us a time share. When he knew were we not interested and just wanted to start out vacations he was visibly annoyed. After getting settled in our “Ocean view” room we quickly realized it wasn’t Ocean view at all. We decided that wasn’t a deal breaker so we got ready for dinner and upon arrival we were told that they didn’t have a reservation for us. Our lovely concierge must have either canceled or is make one to begin with. Not impressed The pool closes at 8 and with a lack of entertainment that is a little disappointing to say the least. Breakfast was good and the Italian restaurant was good as well. I will not be returning or recommending this hotel.

Amazing resort. From the minute you entered the gorgeous open air lobby the staff was very welcoming. Your wish was their command. From the 7 restaurants, to every bar/lounge, and the two pools the service was overwhelming. The best we have ever experienced. We reserved a room with a swim up feature. My first ever experience. The staff are second to none. I wish I could have taken the time to record the name of every person I interacted with, but a few standouts: Roberto, my Reserve concierge; Carlos, the pool concierge; and another pool attendant, I believe his name was Enrique. Roberto brought me to my room, provided me with his personal cell number, maintained contact with me throughout my stay, and ensured my group and I had cabanas reserved at the pool. The staff made my stay five-star.
My Reserve swim-up was clean, and I liked the private pool. I do wish the deck area of the swim-up suites were a little more private. The rooms are quiet, and I was never disturbed by other guests. The turndown service was something else I enjoyed, after a long day, coming back to my room having been tidied. I LOVED the beach cabanas - nothing like swimming in the Sea of Cortez. The concierge staff at the beach was also amazing.
Some things that could have been better: I didn't care for most of the food. I came prepared to try new things, but I found 98% of the food lacking flavor and it appeared dry and mostly unappealing. I'm sure it's difficult to prepare the amount of food required for the resort, and it was not a deal breaker. The beach should be combed better - there are small strips of plastic everywhere, I assume from weddings, etc. held on the beach and the wildlife suffers because humans don't pick up their trash.
Overall, my stay was wonderful and I would return to this resort.

I have stayed at several other Paradisus hotels and adore them. This one might have been the best, in large part due to the incredible staff. They were warm, helpful, and gracious. I would specifically mention several folks: Diego and Fernando at the front desk, waiters Juan Antonio and Emiliano, Kevin at the pool, Freddy the bellman, and Alan and Jesus in Activities.

The resort is beautiful and the food excellent and wonderfully diverse. Cielo and Sante were my favorites for unique and well-prepared meals. Very well maintained grounds. What a treat to have the Nespresso cafe on site as well for grab-and-go! The only area of improvement might be the in-room Nespresso maker, which didn't work very well. But otherwise, the week I spent there exceeded my expectations!

This was our first time at this property. We had an oceanfront room in the Reserve section (Building #3). It was a rocky start due to the fact that they tried to put us in building #4 which is not oceanfront or Reserve. However, when we explained our frustration, they found a room in the right building. The resort is beautiful and the service was great. We loved the multiple options for dining and the food was good. The restaurant in the Reserve section was terrific! Best breakfast! We also loved that it had a small swimmable beach. I would definitely return.

TL;DR: Chill, low-energy resort with good food but notable issues. Only one main pool (second is paid “Reserve”). Nights are quiet—most guests are in by 10:30. Activities fill quickly, so arrive early or risk being turned away. Resort even ran out of tequila one day.

Biggest concern: money was stolen from our room by staff, and management was dismissive and failed to honor compensation.

Highlights: Beautiful, well-maintained lobby and beach area. Great daytime activities (tequila/wine tastings, water aerobics, bocce).
Food overall was strong—Santé was the standout, plus great guac, snacks, and pool burritos. Fire dance show was a highlight.

Lowlights: Wi-Fi is weak, TVs outdated. Room had multiple maintenance issues (loose shower fixture, temp fluctuations, cracked mirror) and got uncomfortably hot at night. Bed was lumpy. Constant water noise in room.

Room service was poor (cold, bland, low quality), though the club sandwich was decent. Several restaurants underwhelmed—especially Mexican and Italian—while Asian and buffet were average.

Pool bar understaffed but manageable. Sky Bar was essentially non-operational when we visited.

Other concerns: Limited sustainability efforts and questionable animal welfare on the beach.

Major issue: Money was stolen from our room by staff. Management was dismissive, offered a credit, then refused to honor it—leaving a very negative final impression.

We got the reserve upgrade and had our own concierge. They were extremely accommodating. My partner wanted watermelon margaritas, and they went out out of the way to make them for her. The reserve pool was nice and quiet, while the larger pool had a lot of activities and a swim up bar. Left the phones in the room and had a great time relaxing, and being present for each other.

Beautiful resort. Most helpful and gracious staff. \"The Reserve\" section delightful. Pool afternoon activities could get a little loud/boisterous, if you just wanted to relax and be quiet.

I recently stayed at Paradisus Los Cabos and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations for a resort of this level.

We had no hot water for approximately 36 hours, with no prior communication. I only discovered this while in the shower, which was particularly frustrating as it happened on the day I had a spa booking and negatively affected the experience.

Housekeeping was kind and attentive with general tidying, and the staff overall were friendly. However, there was a lack of consistency with changing bed linens—it took over 24 hours and multiple requests (including concierge follow-ups) for the sheets to be changed.

There was also a lack of transparency around upgrades. Although availability appeared to exist, no upgrade was offered. Instead, I was told that the Expedia discounts and added services I received were due to upgrade unavailability, which is misleading as those are standard Expedia Platinum benefits.

Despite raising these concerns and having photo evidence, no compensation or meaningful resolution was offered.

While the staff were kind and the resort has positive aspects, the lack of communication, inconsistency in service, and limited accountability made the overall experience disappointing.

120% recommend Paradisus, the property is amazing, the staffing is on another level. The ocean view and the breeze amazing. The food options and the choices of the restaurants. Concierge Fernando was the best. He insured we had the most optimal stay not to mention he assured us we had a cabana every day and checked up on us. Our steak house waiter was the best wish I can name drop him but I were glasses lol and dinner party next to us we’re singing happy birthday as well. he ensured. My wife had the best birthday ever we are lactose intolerant. He made sure my wife had a birthday celebration cake, that he said he would make himself not to worried he delivered 5 start service exceeding my expectations. The Tamahawk was so juicy and tender and the sides were delicious. You have to experience it for yourself. Very mellow and just the write amount of music to have fun with your partner.

The welcome staff and the restaurant staff and housekeeping were top notch. I was disappointed in the pool staff who brought drinks. There were may times we were trying to get food or drinks and often got walked past. The drinks were not very good. Our room had banging sounds in the air conditioning and for three days we got cold water. We brought the problems to the front desk and the response was thanks. We are aware. Overall it has good food and restaurants. Loved the Sante one the most. I liked it was a small resort so never a problem with the chairs or to get food. Would like to have more options for evening activities.

Plenty lounge chairs, Cabanas at no cost, friendly staff.
Rooms were clean and serviced twice a day.
Either garden view or ocean view room a good choice as you're usually out and about.
Upgrade for the Reserve side well worth it, with access to a private lounge, pool, and restaurant, along with check in and concierge. (Shout out to Roberto, our bartender in the reserve lounge!)
Quite resort, shuts down by 10P.M. only drawback, Reserve lounge open until 11.
Several restaurants to choose from, all were good.

We had an excellent stay in our Reserve swim-up rooms! Special shoutout to Pedro, who came around to our swim-ups to take food and drink orders. It was such a nice touch and he really make our trip special. We also really loved the option to reserve cabanas for free. All of our meals were great, with the exception of the Italian restaurant (pizza wasn’t great and they’d benefit from a wood-fired oven). We loved El Cielo, Sal Steak Cave, and breakfast at Sante, the Reserve restaurant. Poolside food menu at the main pool was not very good, would recommend upping the quality there. Overall though, great experience! We’ll be back and would definitely book Reserve again.

We did the reserve and it was amazing. Fantastic food, beautiful property, lots of fun but felt like luxury (vs the more party focused vibe). Bonus for being able to see whales from the resort! We will be back!

This was the best all-inclusive resort I have stayed at. I was here for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make my trip special! Very clean resort and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend staying at Paradisus!!!

Where do I begin, everything was amazing the staff truly make it the best experience, so attentive and friendly always making sure you are well taking care off. We can’t wait to come back! The food at every restaurant was delicious so many options, and the pool and beach were the icing on top.
