Clean and spacious room, we have used this hotel for 10+ years straight, the rooms are old but it is clean and their hotel staff is very polite and will go out of their wat to make you feel welcome and appreciated. We will come back next year.

I’m speaking on the room itself. It was old, the shower smelled of sewer when it was on. Room was very basic, needs remodeling. Hotel is on a Main Street. I didn’t eat there or went inside the mall. I think most people would like the restaurant and mall attached. The food did smell delicious though. For my preference, I would not stay there again.

Gave only 4 stars because the water pressure was weird and we had to change rooms on the last night of our stay due to a water leak and in that second room the a/c unit was not working properly. The a/c was very old and doesn’t work well the room was hot it never reach a fresh or cool temperature and the wall was hot and we didn’t know why. We could sleep well every night. We spent 7 nights in total. We could enjoy the experience because of the heat.

I had thought the booking included breakfast, and one of the night staff assured us that it did, however when we went to check out in the morning the staff said we needed to pay. It was only 150 Pesos, so about AUD $15, for 2, so that was a bargain in itself.

Great hotel for the price but does have a huge elevator issue. There are only 2 and are programmed to stop at every one of the 21 floors. Each ride has about a 10 minute wait and then a 10 minute ride. Plan accordingly.

Went to this hotel and everything was okay except for the fact that I got scabies when I returned to the USA. My doctor diagnosed this saying that it was probably from my stay at the hotel. Never again will I book a stay in this place nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

Carpets are extremely dirty and smell. Terrible noises come out from the drainage into the bathroom areas. AC units loud and not working properly. Only one elevator working. The music in the restaurant is very loud (piano) and some other groups who come to entertain. They are very loud when they are supposed to play music as background to make your meals enjoyable.

First they put me in a dirty room. Also the room had two single beds instead of the King I had already paid for. I had to point both out to them. And it took them a while to move me. It was very late and I wasn't a happy campler.

Room is nice, but no door on shower so the bathroom gets very wet. Only one of the three elevators was working, and would arbitrarily clear out pushed buttons - very annoying. Everything else was goood. Good food at the cafe.

NO INTERNET IS INACCEPTABLE
I booked this hotel as it was close to the Plaza de Independencia and well connected to main traffic connections. When I checked in I asked for a quiet room in the higher floors and was assigned a room on floor 20. Great corner room and spectacular views of the city, however NO INTERNET connection. When complaining about that I was offered a room on floor 3, as I was told the internet only is working on floor 2 and 3!!!! Nowadays no Hotel can afford to have a lousy and/or not working internet connection, unless they let their customer know BEFORE BOOKING that this is the condition in their hotel. This is comparable to a hotel that has a shower where only drops come out of the shower head instead of sufficient water to take a decent shower. Another mayor problem during my stay: 2 of 3 elevators were out of order due to remodelling......so there was one elevator for 100s of guests on 21 floors. Waiting time was unacceptable. Cannot understand why Hotel management is not replacing one elevator after the next to have always 2 elevators working. Imagine the one working elevator has a defect...I would have to walk to the 20nd floor.

Pretty good hotel with surprisingly good room service food. Attached to the Galeria Plaza de las Estrellas, which is convenient for eating and shopping (but also means it's a bit of a walk to other shops/restaurants/banks). About a 20 minute walk to the Angel of Independence and 35 minute walk to Chapultepec Park. Rooms are big and comfortable but you can hear outside and hallway noise, the only major issue I had was how deathly slow the internet can be.

I went for a quick stay, I was there only four days. Hotel needs an update, the staff really makes an effort to make your stay comfortable, which compensates for hotel quality. Hotel is centrally located. For the price there may be other options.

We stayed in this hotel because I was looking for something affordable for my family that was not to far from the city's main attractions while I was out in the office working. The service provided and the cleanliness is really good, however this is a old hotel, so don't expect modern and elegant rooms. The main drawback is location and the surrounding neighbourhood, because public transportation (subway/taxi) is needed to reach the main attractions or the downtown and because around the hotel there are business and governmental offices, which are not pretty.

Beds are very, very hard. Internet went out for over 24 hours and was wonky occasionally. Rooms were clean and big. Elevators were horrible - slow and sometimes the doors were closed, but the elevator would not move. A/C was barely adequate and noisy. Conveniently adjacent to a mall. Staff was courteous. It was a nice hotel. Good value for your $. It is located in a shopping mall with many restaurant options to choose from. There is even a movie theater in the shopping mall. The personel was helpful. You can get a cab fairly easily and other forms of public transportation are close by.

They will make you pay the breakfast even if you booked this hotel because it supposedly included it. Well it doesn't. The rooms are from the 70s. The gym which is supposed to be a feature of this hotel doesn't exist and you will have to pay an external provider if you want to have access to one. Oh yes, Internet is for free but it is so slow that it doesn't make a difference.
