The hotel serves an excellent breakfast and is a short walk to public transport. The game in the lobby was a fun bonus. Quality Hotel 33 worked out well for us and we'd gladly stay there again.

Fantastic hotel with a stellar breakfast. Gorgeous rooms too. It's located a bit out of the way but the closest metro stop is a 7-10 minute walk away, so it's feasible for many folks. I'd stay here again.

Top notch

First and foremost, Andreas met us to chexk in and he was wonderful. He was friendly and heloful. Everytime he saw us he would greet us.
The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and our sleep was peaceful. The location was excellent. The subway was within walking distance and took us every plalce we wanted to go. I recommend this Hotel. You will not be disappointed

The hotel should be a 3 star, the building is very old and ugly and the rules are super small, no service, no telephone, however you could get some food during the night if you went down to Reception, like pizza and Panini. Special things to Mr Singh, he was so wonderful that made me forget about the Hotel shortcomings. Mr. Singh provided us with an excellet service, very professional and efficient and you can say he is a very kind person.

The staff were the most friendless hotel staff I’ve met and I’ve said at over a hundred hotels. A very very big shout out to the night reception lady! My only complaint was that the room wasn’t insulated well and the heat didn’t work properly.

Where to start with this hotel! Located in a semi-industrial area with nothing in walkable distance around. Noisy alarms outside at frequent intervals. Morose and very unfriendly staff. 9am attempted entrance to my room by who knows whom!! Shower was flat with the surface of the rest of the bathroom so flooded within a minute, not helped by a 1970's-style showerhead. Had at least one fly in my room on arriving, but window only opened about an inch so they were there for my entire stay. Decor outdated, and green carpet is almost indescribable, but was similarly in keeping with the rest of this dive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Nice hotel. Room is kind of small but a great deal for the price. Very accessible to the metro and bus from the airport. Love the breakfast especially the freshly baked bread. Andreas (front desk staff) is very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended.

Good hotel with easy access to city and airport

We stayed for 2 nights during a family weekend trip (4 adults / 2 children) in June.

Room was clean and with a reasonable size, breakfast is great, hotel has good transport links to/from airport (you can ask the hotel for a discount code before travelling there so you can use for the coach) and city centre.

Staff was very helpful when we needed, and the person who checked us in was lovely (she took us to our room late in the night, and gave a little game/candy for our kids).

There is nothing to do (and apparently eat) nearby the hotel, so we did everything in the city centre before returning to the hotel. This was not an issue as we planned to do that anyway. The hotel has a restaurant at least for evening meals which we haven't used, and snacks/drinks at the reception.

I thought the room slightly cold (for my wife was ok), not sure if the heating was working or not (apparently not, as it was showing 24oC when clearly it wasn't). As we only used the room for sleeping it was not an issue.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again for a short stay trip.

Good stay if eventful

We stayed in a suite on the 8th floor, to get a walk-in shower; the room was spacious and comfortable
Although it faced onto the adjacent motorway it was quiet being high up. The other side would be quiet on every floor.
The breakfast was excellent, served in a spacious ground floor room with well separated tables.
Access is not straight forward unless you come by car. If you arrive by bus from the airport or by metro you only have an eight to ten minute walk - but it is over a footbridge which climbs high over the motorway with quite steep gradients on either side. The metro ran every ten to 15 minutes and took about 12 minutes to get to the centre.
Another surprise was a large dinner party in the ground floor one night followed by a party till 3am in the bar on the ninth floor. This disturbed several people in the group we were with, and one chnaged her room in the middle of the night to a lower floor. Strangely although we were on the floor below the bar we heard nothing.
We were impacted though because the bar has an adjacent restaurant which closed early. The hotel had warned our group leader but she had not passed this on to us. Happily the staff rustled up some food for us from the downstairs kitchen which was much appreciated.
We did eat a couple of times in the restaurant and the food was adequate. The staff there seemed a bit shorthanded; one night our order took an hour to arrive.
On balance we had a good if eventful stay. Oslo is fantastic!

Negative moments: The room was quite dirty when we entered. There was a constant noise from the ventilation. The door of the bathroom/toilet was a sort of nonexistent. I asked from the personnel a toilet paper and a recycle bin, within the 4 days I stayed they were never delivered.
Positive moments: There were books for kids available in the restaurant. The food was ok. Otherwise, there was nothing particularly likable.

Not a pretty hotel or a charming neighborhood. Don’t stay here if that’s what you’re looking for.
But public transportation from airport and into town is good.
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Excellent breakfast.
Relatively quick and easy transportation into Oslo on the metro.
Would definitely stay here again.

About 10 minutes walk from metro on a pedestrian path next to a dual carriageway. Room was abit small but fair enough for the price, was clean and had an amazing view. Only issue was no lock on the bathroom door if you mind that and the shower gel and conditioner were empty. However the buffet breakfast was brilliant with lots of options and really nice area to eat with candles at breakfast :)

I have been here from the 15th of October till the 21st of October . I complained to Gretta about room number 511 that the ceiling above our heads were black and pealed off , the door of our bathroom was not being closed till the end so when my son was having a shower we had to go to the lobby and when we were having a shower my son had to go to the lobby , the partition of the tub was in the middle and did not stay in one place which was difficult to take a shower that way , there is no handle to catch and get up while we are in the tub and the room was not clean everyday .The room was made clean only once in our 6 nights stay . We had to put the rubbish out ourselves as it was smelling .This hotel does not seem to be a 3.5 star hotel . If I went to an apartment hotel I would pay less and get the same treatment . We have to take the towels everyday and no telephone in the room . There is no kettle and tea bags or coffee .

The minibar was empty
No sparkling wine available. And since the hotel is situated outside of everything else we were not able to go and get it ourselves.
The sofa was dirty, old and not comfortable.
Service desk didn't help much. We had to call for a taxi our self since we needed a car for more than 4 ppl.

Nice modern hotel, unfortunatley located next to busy road so not very quiet at night. It is close to walk to the metro station (<5mins) an dyou have free parking at the hotel. So just leave your car and take the public transport :)

The room was nice but the breakfast solution under covid rules was not optimal. Every day a big line because you needed to get served at the buffet.
Other hotels on our trip solved the issue a little better and at the time we where there the restrictions on the buffet should have been lifted (at least that is what we were told at previous hotel, maybe not applicable to Oslo?).
Anyway all the staff was very nice and that made up for the unconfortable situation.

Corona a cause or an excuse?

It is corona time, so we understand things are more difficult. The Kids were looking Forward to the hotel breakfast which was the biggest disappointment this time. We normally love this aspect, but there was very little choice. We are going to another hotel today, so we will then see if corona causes the situation to be like this or if the hotel is using it as an “excuse”. Apart from that, all has been well. Quiet, nice and comfortable.

Rommet opplevdes imidlertid som noe mørkt. En utfordring var designet med et glassvindu mellom badet og sovedelen. Dette førte til at nattlig bruk av badelyset forstyrret søvnen, da det lyste opp resten av hotellrommet.

God frokost - elendig roomservice.

Fint rom, og nydelig frokost med mye godt. Renholdet var ikke-eksisterende. Om man ikke ber om annet, så rengjøres rommet hver 4.dag. Det er litt kjipt, men kjipere blir det jo etter 4.dagen, når det eneste som er gjort er at dyna er ristet og lagt pent. Ikke påfylt håndsåpe på badet, ikke tømt avfallsbeholderen. Om rompersonalet har brukt 1 minutt på mitt rom, så er det max.

Hotel situé en banlieue d'Oslo, mais accessible facilement en métro (à peine 10 minutes de marche de la station).
Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle.
Attention, l'hotel est a proximité d'une 4 voies, ce qui peut etre bruyant si votre chambre donne sur la route.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent et tres varié.

Ok hotel, men mange støjende unge mennesker.

Fint hotel i et industrikvarter, venligt personale, god restaurant på øverste etage og god morgenmads buffet.
Desværre var der en del unge gæster fra nogle fodbold hold, og de larmede helt vildt på gangene, smækkede med dørene og bankede på vores dør mange gange, til trods for at vi rettede henvendelse til de unge mennesker og til receptionen, var der først ro efter midnat.
