Good value for money. Delighted that they accommodate a family of 5 in one room (3 young children). Staff were absolutely fantastic, so polite and kind. One female member of staff noticed my child has autism when we went for breakfast, she was so kind and offered us a quieter booth to help us, we were incredibly grateful. Breakfast was delicious! Those hash browns! There was plenty of great options.
The room was clean, very spacious, quiet and warm. Slept really well. After a long flight, this place was perfect.

We booked the deluxe family room. I contacted the hotel to let them know we would be arriving later in the evening and asked for a cot to be ready for a baby as we were travelling all day. I did not recieve a response but could see it on the booking that a cot would be included. We arrived approx 8.30pm with 3 small kids, had our online check in done so collected our key from the reception desk and went to our room. We got in to the room and were unpacking and just settled when we noticed another guests clothes out on a chair and an open suitcase. We immediately repacked and reported it to reception. We went back and were then told our actual room was ready. Back up again with all the bags to find a room with no cot and 3 pillows for 5 people. The bed was rock hard, the fold out sofa was shocking even for a small child but at that stage we just needed to get to bed. Room was very draughty overnight and we got no sleep really. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. Unfortunate about the rest. I think the fact that these are labelled ‘deluxe’ family rooms is quite misleading. I usually never leave feedback but in this case our experience was so poor I felt the need to.

Room was outdated and grubby. The beds were clean, but everything else needed a good clean, and loads of stains on the carpet. There were 5 of us, and there were only 3 bottles of water and 3 towels, so had to ask for more but staff were great and brought up what we needed quickly. The cafe, restaurant and bar were great, all clean and breakfast was very good.

What a brilliant hotel! The main thing for me is the value, I can't believe how little we paid for a family of 5 including a full breakfast, just outside of Dublin, and the place was faultless.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The comforter on the bed was very heavy, making it difficult to move. Was definitely a disruption to our sleep.

We had a family reunion in the bar restaurant. The manager of the bar restaurant was exceptional plus. We had come to Dublin from Canada to select a grave marker for my mom's grave in Dublin. It was a unique experience to share the marker with her family. The occasion was from 6pm to 11pm\closing, This time frame gave my family the flexibility to attend. Our family ordered dinners and drinks through out the evening until closing, due the flexible venue. Big Thank you.

We weren't aware that our stay in Dublin was during an NFL game. All hotels, including this one doubled their rates.
Thus hotel isn't in Dublin, but the nearby light rail station \"Red Cow\" is a short taxi trip away.
For a real Irish Pub experience, go to The Steering Wheel Pub. It's a short taxi ride or 15 minute walk away. It's a local favorite and we were the only tourists.

Did not get a king bed like I paid for. Said we would be on 4th floor with the other two parties that were with us (our children), but one was on the 4th floor and two were on 3rd floor. There was a rave in town, when we stayed there. They got all of the young rave kids their rooms before we got our rooms, even though we had made reservations months in advance. They would not take money off my room even though we didn’t get what we paid for.

Lovely hotel with few issues

Room was clean and hotel was modern and fresh. Took all day for them to bring towels and mug and water for 3rd guest in room. Room had been set for 2 people despite a booking for 3. Quite far from city centre but convenient bus service not far from hotel and bus fare is very reasonable. Hotel has a policy that forbids guests that are not in a tour group from using the restaurant in the evening. You can use the bar for light food. This was surprising - never heard of this anywhere before. We did not dine in the city thinking we could eat at the hotel restaurant only to be told that only the bar was available to guests not part of a tour. It would have been useful to know this when we checked in.
