We arrived at the hotel at 11.50 and the staff had our room ready. We got checked in straight away which was a massive bonus. Room was lovely and finished to a very high standard- Stsff very polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Please save your time and money — do NOT book here. The view from our room was terrible, and to make matters worse, we had to be moved because the air conditioning unit was broken. Despite this inconvenience, they refused to give me a refund. On top of that, the replacement room had a smaller bed and was not the size I originally paid for.

Alberto is fantastic!

The hotel is what is expected of the aloft brand, but what stood out was the concierge Alberto! He was super nice, welcoming and made our 4yo feel super excited! Thanks Alberto! Keep up the great work!
One thing that we missed was the complimentary drink as Hotels.com gold members! Our fault for forgetting it and not asking for it, but it should also be offered at check in like in other hotels.

The hotel is conveniently located--there were plenty of attractions and food spots that we were able to walk to! The neighborhood was lovely.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, one of them even waited with me when I was expecting my food delivery to make sure I was okay.

Air Conditioning turns off in the night

This is a very well done hotel overall. Apart from the cooling, the rooms are comfortable and my room (428) had a nice view and was quiet.
However, it seemed like the air conditioning was one of those that checks for people in the room, because it turned off when I went out (fine) and during the night (not fine). The windows do not open, so the air conditioning is very much needed to keep the room cool. Having it turn off overnight led to a poor night's sleep.

Enjoyed but not accommodating

Check in quite slow. Had to provide a preauthorisarion although the room had already been paid for. I wasn't allowed check in until this was paid. Embarrassing on the day as I wasn't paid as had to ask a family member to borrow the funds. Terms and Conditions said that the hotel reserve the right to charge and I kindly asked if they could agree to waive the preauthorisarion as they had my card details on file but was told, no!

Loved the vantage of my double sided corner room - and the non-elite vibe in the surrounding neighbourhood, shops and cafes.

The mood music in lifts and lobbies could benefit by reflecting the diversity of the guests and Aloft’s friendly staff. From the reception, to the two restaurants and the room staff - all were helpful and made you feel welcome.

Exceptional stay at Aloft. The room, amenities and common areas were great. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. They were over the top helpful and nice!

It’s a bit of a walk from the city centre but the areas are safe and it’s easy to get around. We enjoy the walk so it was great for us. Taxis/ Ubers were never more than 2 minutes away so transportation is convenient if you don’t like the walk.

Would absolutely stay here again!

Centrally located with Teelling just two blocks away and walking distance to Guiness. Very quiet area with very little noise so you can get some rest. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Staff were extremely friendly and always willing to assist. Hotel has a good bar and a separate resteraunt downstairs. Upstairs has an in house breakfast for a fee and they have filry good free coffee and lattes etc. Only small concern is the breakfast while it is good, it very exspensive at 25 Euros per plate. It is conveinant and can be used in a pinch. Overall, very good.

The staff went over and beyond to assist in all we needed. It was very clean, and the 7th floor bar and sitting area was great. There was 6 in our party, so we would set a time to meet and we were able to wait comfortably in the sitting area until everyone arrived. Again, the staff was amazing, ordered taxi's for us and would let us know when the taxi arrived. My first trip there and would definitely stay there again

Great hotel, great locations!

Brand new hotel (Marriott property) less than a 5 minute walk from St Patrick's Cathedral and a 15 minute walk from Dublin Castle. It's clean, modern, has a nice bar and breakfast area, and a pub right next door. Who could ask for more?

While most staff was cooperative and nice, one particular staff was slightly rude. Thankfully we didn't have to deal with her. The valet and concierge were supernice folks and helped us plan our day touring landmarks.

Reha was really great to resolve an issue that we had with the laundry facilities and was very accommodating! Thank you so much for all that you did to make this okay with us.

The whole team in general was pleasant and wonderful and the property was REALLY GREAT!

We had a great view! The breakfast was awesome! And the 7th floor facilities were really really a great feature, especially with the super-late hours to work, hangout, have a pint or watch the game! So nice!!!
