Unfortunately, my overall experience at this property did not align with the Marriot brand. The poor level of service and hospitality we received at this property has tarnished our view of the Marriot brand. The lack of regard for guests and their experience was deplorable. Exceptional hospitality is one of the reasons we choose to stay at this property, but this experience fell well below those expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses their service failures so future guests do not have the same encounter that we did and receive the welcoming and attentive experience associated with the Marriot brand.
Most employees were beyond rude and disrespectful. The morale amongst most staff was poor – most appeared to dislike their job. The staff often gave the impression that guest were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Request for assistance was met with reluctance, which made the overall experience feel unwelcoming. To top of the horrible experience- while checking out we were asked to sign a NDA (non-disclosure agreement). When we asked why we were being asked to sign a NDA we were told it was in order to receive our Bonvoy points. We asked why do we need to sign an NDA in order to receive points we were told \"so that you don’t write a bad review about your experience\". We declined the points and refused to sign the NDA. Overall this was the worst experience that I have ever had.
