Overall nice clean and comfortable place to stay. Located on the beach a perfect getaway if you want to chill and enjoy the Caribbean Sea and sunshine. Food is good but not outstanding and overall whilst I enjoyed my stay I think there are areas that can be improved. Rooms are all close to the beach and some directly on the beach. They are all wooden construction which gives that rustic beach feel.

We loved Keyonna- what a special place!
This is the place for you if… you want a super private intimate setting. No TVs anywhere- limited interaction with other guests. Are ok with a single restaurant option (with changing menus daily).
We had an amazing time resting. Massages were great (we went back after the first one and booked again!) Drinks were amazing (Coconut Touch will live rent free in my brain). Breakfast omelets daily were the best thing I ate. Lunch and dinners were just ok for us, but we are foodies so not having a win every night was fine.
We didn’t participate in daily tours- but we visited the free library several times and donated some of our own books after.
Expect small rain showers several times a day- didn’t ruin or change our plans ever. We were in room 53, EXCEPTIONAL. Highly recommend for max privacy and comfort.
Outdoor showers were a novelty, but never got/stayed hot enough for us but over all 10/10 of a trip (and I work in travel and fly every week to New destinations)…

From arrival the hotel was fantastic - talked through the amenities with a rum punch in hand and the staff all made an effort to give a personal touch throughout the stay. Would no hesitate to go back again, worth every penny.

We stayed at Keyonna Beach last year and couldn't wait to come back. It is such a wonderful resort! It is small and intimate, absolutely beautiful, and the staff are amazing! We love how it feels like we are part of the island when we visit. In larger resorts you feel like a number - at Keyonna Beach, you feel like family.
Everything, from the room, to the food, to the private cabana, to the grounds is absolutely perfect. My husbands favorite amenity is the outdoor shower - he loves to be outdoors!

I was disappointed in the food offered everyday they said it was 5 star rating but I don’t agree. Best is average.
Our plunge pool seemed dirty despite a maintenance staff member being there everyday. The water levels were always low and the water was always a very light blue almost clear in color. Not very inviting to use.
The room had a mosquito net and I was aware there were mosquitos on the property before we came I even brought our own mosquito spray. With that being said, and mosquito spray being offered in the room. Having to kill mosquitos inside the mosquito net every night before bedtime is not something I was anticipating or would expect I. This type of boutique resort I was disappointed that indoor/outdoor dining was NOT offered. Who wants to eat sweaty and swatting at mosquitos ???

Keyonna Beach Resort at Johnson’s Point was a really good resort. It’s a quiet and private resort which was exactly the place I was looking for. It didn’t have many amenities which was fine. They did have an onsite masseuse and laundry service. My room had a private pool with a view of the beach which was really nice. I asked for a privacy curtain and the resort made accommodations to do so which I highly appreciated. Chef Hensley made sure I had Halal options cooked and prepped throughout the day which I really enjoyed and absolutely loved. The staff was very friendly and made my stay at the resort a memorable experience. If anyone’s making their way to Antigua & Barbuda, I highly recommend this resort especially if you’re like me — prefer a resort that prioritizes privacy and a more intimate experience.

The property is gorgeous, breakfast with a view was amazing!! Service was top notch and everyone is always happy to please. I had requested fresh coconut water daily and they made sure I had it and with a smile which made me so so happy. The flip side is the mosquitos are really bad especially around the rooms with a pool (which our friends got)We stayed in two different beachfront sanctuary’s and the downstairs one had a better bed BUT the mosquitos were everywhere in our room, those nets around the bed are NOT for show, use them!! We moved upstairs bc the bottom bathroom was trapping mosquitos in but the only way out was through our bathroom and in our room 10/10 would not recommend the lower unit. We moved upstairs and the ac was broken and the staff left when we got back from dinner but did not check to see if maintenance had successfully fixed the air and we spent my birthday night suffocating in the room.. the next day they did have it fixed by the time we got back but it was a pretty rough night end of July… Breakfast and lunch were pretty tasty but I would not recommend dinner there even though the menu changes and none of us (8) were impressed with the three hour beachfront dinner we begged for them to speed up, but that didn’t happen. Recommend going odd resort for dinner for sure!

We loved our stay at Keyonna beach, solid 4.5/5 stars. The staff was wonderful and the setting was perfect and relaxing. My biggest piece of advice is to bring cash, we were not the only ones going into the harbor town to hit the ATM and the driver said it was really common. All the taxis, water taxis, etc only function on cash, even the hotel shuttles. For the bugs we didn't have much of an issue if we sprayed bug spray, no mosquitoes just sandflys got us. We didn't have a rooster issue but those on the other side of the resort did. We did have stray dogs barking a lot throughout the night and ear plugs were an easy fix. We loved the beach and thought the food was fine, dinner being the better of the meals. My birthday occurred during our stay and the hotel did not do anything for it, but we also didn't go out of our way to tell them either (not the type to get sung to). We had no issue with the boats going to the beach next to ours, it was still mostly quiet. Perfect relaxing resort, would 100% return and Tevin makes the best drinks at the farther beach bar.

Hands down the best part (apart from the amazing sunset views everyday) is the FOOD. Chef Hensley Pryce is a true master of his craft. When I say I didn’t have one bad meal, believe me. Everything is made to order, so no buffet style options. Every meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is three courses, so you never leave hungry.

This place is amazing! The staff was great. Shout out to SandyAnn. The room was a really nice size and looks like the pictures. We had a balcony that was great for watching the sunset. We also had our own gazebo on the beach. The staff always spoke and they stayed on top of everything, making sure your experience was going well. The food was good and drinks stayed flowing. My only gripe, and this is nothing they can control, but the mosquitoes were like nothing I’ve ever experienced. They try to take measures to help like, providing repellent spray, the bed having a net around it and when housekeeping cleans I don’t know if they mop with some sort of repellent in the water but there was a huge decrease in mosquitoes flying around after. The showers are outside so it’s a little unnerving when taking one and trying to dry off quickly. I only had about 4 or 5 bites which didn’t seem bad given they were EVERYWHERE. I would love to return, just checking for a time of year where they may not be as bad.

The staff are fantastic and the service is excellent, the hotel location very good with lots of wildlife around in the gardens and out to sea. The food was very good although the dinner options were slightly limited if you don't eat fish. The rooms are somewhat rustic and we had a few minor issues which the staff promptly resolved. The beach is very nice but is subject to erosion which meant that the bali-beds and sun-loungers were compressed very tightly into a small area. It is a couples hotel so very quiet after the nightly entertainment finished at 9.30. I would recommend to couples wanting a quiet, chilled break for a week or so.

HIGHLY recommend Keyonna Beach Resort. The pictures do not do this resort justice. It is absolutely breathtaking and the island is wonderful. The food (especially breakfast & the lunch grill on the beach) are out of this world & very local. The staff was beyond accommodating and service was exceptional. Amir was outstanding and always insured we had old fashioned island rum punch and delicious snacks! The rooms were extremely clean and the outdoor shower is unforgettable! AC in your room so it’s comfortable when you are sleeping but most of the property was outside. The property had the most amazing outdoor garden and it is literally steps away from the beach. All of the staff were super nice, extremely social but not overbearing, and they were accommodating for everything we wanted to do. Transportation was set up by staff to wherever you want to go. This is an incredible, staff friendly, quiet resort. It is all inclusive with delicious meals. The menus have good variety. The various fish dishes were my favorite. There is also a grill open all day. Alcoholic drinks are included as well (as much as you want any time of the day). The staff genuinely wants to serve you and make sure all your needs are met. The grounds are immaculate and well kept. The cold water faucet in our shower was not shutting off properly. I reported it and it was fixed within the hour. Your room is thoroughly cleaned and mopped every day. It is absolutely and unqualifiedly the most guest friendly resort I have ever experienced.

This property is in need of a major upgrade, the pest problem on this property was unbearable and we had to leave a day early. Could be from the poor plumbing as our outdoor garden shower had no drainage and the water from our shower and that of previous guest lay underneath the floor boards of the shower. The air conditioning only kept our sleeping area cool, when it was working. Couldn’t enjoy the outdoor area because of the mosquitoes even though we had covered ourselves with OFF! “Chiggers” on the floor throughout, minibar was a joke, no TV, WiFi was spotty. However surprisingly the food was actually amazing, five stars on that.

My wife and I had the most wonderful time for ten days at this beautiful resort! We weee greeted by Sivannah when we arrived with a big smile and welcoming drinks and information. We were escorted to our gorgeous Sunset Cottage with our own private pool and beach access with our own cabana and lounge chairs. During the day, Ceon and Luca regularly came by to provide us delicious drinks and food from the grill. The Grill-Master Jayvon made our lunches so delicious that we often skipped going to the resort restaurant so we could just chill by our private pool. The beach is unbelievably clear and calm with white sand and blue water. We snorkeled often to “Pelican Point” to view endless amount of colorful fish and other sea creatures. At night, we enjoyed the former dinners provided at the outdoor group restaurant. Kimberly was a professional and sweet waitress who wanted our dining experience to be perfect. At breakfast, Sheldon and Andrea always greeted us with smiles and encouraging conversations while providing our breakfast. If there were any questions about the resort or available island excursions, the Duty Manager Sentry Ann would provide us helpful information. This resort was like being in paradise! The resort facility is beautiful, the staff is so nice and professional, the food and drinks are delicious, the beach is phenomenal, and we can’t wait to go back again! It was the best vacation we have ever experienced in our 61 years in this planet!

This was our fourth trip to Keyonna and it won’t be our last. This is an ideal resort to relax, unwind and spend quality time with your significant other. I could go on and on about why I love this resort but I’ll just touch on a few things. Number one for us is the staff. From the moment we arrived and Sendy Anne literally welcomed us back with open arms to a final drink and kind goodbye delivered by Tevin, who took such great care of us on the beach throughout our trip, the staff was fantastic. They are always friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make your trip special. They make a great resort exceptional. I’d also like to mention Attesha, Caheem and Reul as standouts. We also love the food. I’ve seen comments that breakfast and lunch get repetitive but with the specials, the pastry chef’s offerings at breakfast and the grill added for lunch we have never been bored. We love the freshness of the food, especially the seafood. The depth of flavor in the seafood soups and chowders is incredible.

Nothing like a big All Inclusive, so don't expect a swim up bar, big public pool, TVs etc. Definitely ideal if you are there to spend the most possible time with your significant other and you want maximum convenience. We had our private plunge pool then could walk 35 steps to our dedicated cabana and chairs on the beach, then another 20 steps into the clearest ocean water we've ever seen (and we've been to several Caribbean islands.

The beach sits on a calm beautiful cove, the rooms are private with your own plunge pool. The all inclusive meal options are awesome- not mass produced, buffet style, but made to order 5 five dining. We just returned from staying 5 nights at Keyonna and had the best time. If you are looking for constant entertainment, activities and nightlife- this is not the resort for you. However if you are looking for a gorgeous rustic gem to reset, reconnect and relax- Keyonna is perfect. Everyone is not just nice but takes pride in being hosts. We ate all our meals but one at the resort- both at the restaurant and the grill, everything was great. Wonderful selection all meals and perfect portions. Was very disappointed with the resort. Many areas are rundown. Main pool had missing tiles/lifted boards around the decking. Grill area was very rundown and had food sitting out in the heat. Service in general was very slow and most orders were not correct. We did enjoy the beach and having our own chairs /bed on the beach. We planned to stay 10 days but checked out at day 5. We are not picky people and have never wanted to leave a vacation early. We were bummed because we expected it to be a great stay looking at the ratings.

There's even a functioning windmill on the property which can be climbed up to take in the fabulous view.
Four of the bedrooms are in the 140-year-old main house, and three further suites have been built in the nearby former carriage rooms from the 17th century. A few of the original furnishings have been kept, notably a large display cabinet on the first floor of the hotel.
Along with the majority of the window shutters and some of the louvres, the flooring is all original. The hotel is a fantastic spot to stay when on vacation in Antigua.
It exudes a peaceful energy. It is a prime location right in the middle of, and adjacent to, some of the top tourist destinations in the north of the island, only 5 minutes drive to Dickenson Bay Beach or 10 minutes the other way to Cedar Grove Golf Course.
The hotel's location is both quiet and convenient for your needs. Amazingly, the interior maintains the design of the 350-year-old Great House at Mercers Creek.
