The room was spotless and beautiful. We got upgraded to q cabana room and it was so cute and had an amazing view. We loved the patio and the room had everything we needed. The staff was really nice and helpful and were so friendly we really liked them. The property is very peaceful and quiet.

The front desk ladies did a fantastic job in welcoming us and ensuring our stay was comfortable.The restaurant staff ensured meals and drinks were on time and great taste.
The hotel is booked for upgrade so improvement are on the way.

I always love staying here. The staff are amazing and polite like Kerry-Anne in the restaurant and Andre at the bar, all the staff are helpful and fun. I have stayed here a few times and this time was the best as I spent time with my cousin. We had a lot of fun and relaxation. If you are looking for a resort which is quiet and close to the airport this is your place. I stayed near end of season so it was much quieter which is what I wanted. I will be back maybe next year. Thank you

The Hotel has more of a guest house vibe than a luxurious Hotel feel. However, the property was clean with basic amenities. Iron/Ironing board is not included in room but the service is available at an additional cost.
The staff were friendly and courteous. We had some drinks at the bar and the bartender provided very good service. Dinner was very delicious and our 2 hostesses were very nice. However the wait time for receiving the meal was a bit too long, so bear this in mind when booking your dinner.
Overall, I would recommend Ocean Point as a good option for accommodations.

This place was like a deserted island. There is no elevators and it is not handicap accessible. If you are OK with walking up steps to get to your hotel room then that is what you will be doing. That is only one restaurant. It is very outdated. there was no activities no entertainment at night. The water was not hot in the bathroom so we had to take cold showers.. the owners need to invest in a Remodel

Unfortunately our stay at Ocean Point Resort in room 210 didn't meet our expectations. We arrived at 2:30pm and was told our check in was at 3pm which was fine. We didn't get checked in til 5pm. The room had several issues including leaking water from the AC, hot water problems and unsafe balcony door. There were 2 twin mattresses pushed together with a large lump in the middle. We also experienced poor customer service during parts of our stay and a double charge on our credit card at the Bush House gift shop, with the second charge appearing under Western Union. Some positives include Jessica at the resort restaurant. Thankfully the restaurant next door Mama Mia's provided us with great meals and customer service which we used for breakfast and dinner everyday. Antigua was beautiful unfortunately the overall resort experience was very disappointing. Itinerary #72072326933935 May 11th-15th.

So overall if you want a quiet relaxing vibe with good food this is the place to stay.

Positives
-Price point was very reasonable vs value
-Food was arguably the best I’ve had at an all inclusive
-most bartenders were good, shout out to Andrew who always killed it.
-The pool itself was a great size
-pool loungers/beds were very nice
-The women at the check in are pleasant and helped book our stingray trip which was cheaper than online.
-Balcony was nice

Negatives
-The shower water had a mind of its own and went from alternating boiling to ice bath, played with it enough to have it be usable
-The beach needs to be raked it wasn’t useable with all the seaweed, once a week at the least would make the world of difference
-There should be some kind of spread for between lunch and dinner, with it not being a buffet there should be real snacks/fruit not random breads.
-There should be some kind of activities, we left the resort a lot because there was nothing to do.

Overall if your going for a couple days and just want to eat good and Rot on a sunbather than this is 100% the place for you. If you want something lively with some activities then this is the exact opposite.

First off the property was a little dated, so we got over that only to further see that EVERYTHING IS DATED. All linen that they use needs to be replaced, there were several wood planks around the beach/pool areas that needs to be replaced, the pool was not clean neither was the pool blow ups in the pool (they were half deflated), the spa area was a joke, the actual lock and door to our room looked like it survived an episode of COPS, the overpriced basic breakfast buffet was a no & so was all of the food there, and the kitchen wouldn't warm up anything for the microwave-LESS rooms. Everybody hounds you for a tip for anything, I mean they could blink and they want a tip. The bar on the \"resort\" was a joke as well as the customer service overall ( a few females was just ok in attitude). Our best time on the island was outside of this place for sure.

Check in to the resort was smooth and seamless. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day! The rooms are super clean. I would change the bathroom amenities because the shampoo and body wash are not great. The pool is amazing and large. I snorkeled in the bay and saw a few fish. The view at night is amazing! The only thing I will say that needs improvement is the food. The restaurant staff are friendly, however, the food is not great. I had two dinners out of the 6 nights there, that I actually enjoyed. It’s all inclusive, but don’t get confused with other all inclusive resorts because at this one, you can’t get multiple dishes. One appetizer, one main, and one dessert. The nicest thing about it, is that it’s sit down service. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The property itself was beautiful, and the staff were incredible—super friendly and always ready to help with excursions or anything else I needed. That level of service was definitely a highlight for me.

However, one downside was that, although it’s marketed as an adults-only all-inclusive resort, it didn’t really cater to a younger crowd. Many things closed early, including the bar, and the pool area became very quiet at night. They even shut off the water in the evenings due to the lack of activity. Because of that, we ended up leaving the resort every night for nightlife. Overall, the vibe was more “sleep, eat, and relax by the pool during the day” rather than a lively, social atmosphere. It felt a bit unusual for an adults-only resort, since there wasn’t much going at the resort itself.

Very pleasant staff. Everyone was very nice.
1-water was way too hot in our room. To wash my hair I had to use the lobby shower. After a day in the sun, showering in the room was just painful.
2-no iron in-room. You must go to iron room (sweat box) or request ironing service the day before.
3-food is very limited. I tried ordering eggs with my Caribbean breakfast option and was told it was just “not something they can do”. 1 egg!!!
4-while the site indicates : no elevator service. There are steps everywhere; only one ramp.
5-only 1 gift shop on premise. Very very limited items. Make sure you pack EVERYTHING you need.
I will not be coming back to this place. But definitely to the island!

Unfortunately overall we were unimpressed by our stay. While the beach and pool areas are lovely, and the staff were pleasant, the rooms are in major need of refurbishment and there are various issues with noise, somewhat because the walls and doors are thin and allow every sound to get through - near a busy street, dogs barking, tree frogs, doors slamming. The AC units and bathroom fans are also very loud and in need of an upgrade and showers need replacing. Bedding also an issue - a flimsy sheet and no proper duvet - and the curtains were short and thin allowing all of the light in. We were only there one night and so it wasn’t practical to request a move, but given both of our rooms had these same issues, I’m not sure it would have helped.
We were also disappointed by the price of the food, especially at breakfast where you are not able to order à la carte and the only option is paying 38USD for all you can eat. We tried to order just one piece of toast with coffee and weren’t allowed.

This was our second visit to the hotel, and it exceeded our expectations yet again. This time we were joined by my brother and sister-in-law, which made the experience even more special. Remarkably, it was even better than our stay in 2025.

The staff are truly exceptional—warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive. A special shoutout to Spice at the restaurant for outstanding service!

The hotel perfectly captures the essence of a boutique stay. We especially loved the lively, international atmosphere, with many Irish and English guests—it made us feel right at home (I’m Irish!).

We’re already looking forward to returning in 2026. A beautiful country, a fantastic hotel, and an incredible team all around.

Had an amazing time at Ocean Point Beach Resort celebrating my Sister’s Birthday. The resort is beautiful and the staff made it even more special having the room decorated when we arrived. Delia and Tara at the front desk were so welcoming with the delicious rum punch and throughout our stay. The room was nice and cozy though a little outdated. Only 1 outlet in the room and the water was not hot enough for me. Lol. But the staff was super nice and pleasant. The room and areas was so clean. The restaurant on the property, Sotto Vento had delicious food. The Manager, Spice, the wait staff, Desiree & Felicia & Chef Andy always greeted us and made sure we were good with the food and service. Thank you. If you’re looking for low key and quiet, this is the place to be. We had venture out for fun.

Room was clean and in a nice location on the resort. Resort is small with 1 bar and 1 restaurant. The outside of the buildings could use a good painting. All the staff was very friendly except for one waitress we have decided must have hated us for some reason and the lady that was supposed to do drink service around the pool never asked us if we would like a drink nor anyone else. We went back and forth to get our own. Food was good and I liked the table service over a buffet 100%. All in all for a quick stay I would return.

The pool and ocean view were the highlights of the property. The food was average at best. The location was somewhat isolated, you had to take a cab to go off site to eat other that Mama Mia's which was next door and decent. The front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. The restaurant and bar staff were not as friendly. We did not do the all-inclusive but did eat at the restaurant a couple times and went to the pool bar a couple times. Each time at the bar the bartender tried to add things to the bill that we did not order, so beware and review your bill carefully. In addition the second time we ate lunch the waiter brought a bill that wasn't ours for us to pay. Once again, pay attention to your bills. Overall, the location was beautiful and the facilities, pool chairs, etc were nice. Food not great and location a little isolated if you are planning to do things off site, like eating out and shopping, etc. but overall we had a nice stay.

Beware of this hotel. Front desk staff and manager tried to tell us we did not book an all inclusive option. The staff also tried to tell us the AI option listed on our receipt was for the hotel amenities, but NOT for food, beverages, and snacks, even though we paid an up charge during booking. I have never heard of such a thing! AI to use the pool and beach? After 2 hours on chats/phone calls to confirm our AI with Expedia, the hotel still did not care to fix the issue. Manager sat behind closed doors as my bf and I wasted our vacation time patiently trying to confirm emails got to them and were stated correctly. I really think they were just trying to make things difficult for us, as we later found out that this same thing was happening to other guests at check in too. This was a huge turnoff and we will never revisit this place.

We've just arrived home after a 10 night stay at the Ocean Spa resort Hotel.

The resort is beautiful.
It has a lovely feel from the moment you arrive.
Its a small hotel but perfect.
It has 2 lovely, very clean beaches and a fabulous big pool.
Loads of lovely comfy sun beds everywhere and plenty of very comfortable shadey places to sit.
The rooms are big, a bit basic but had everything we needed.
They're cleaned to a very high standard everyday & were spotless.
I liked that they have a water station, so not using loads of plastic water bottles.
The one restaurant is under cover but is very open and airy, overlooking the sea...its wooden which has a lovely feel about it.
All the staff are friendly.
The food is a little bit samey but everything is cooked freshly & to a good standard. Its not a buffet which is nice to be served. A bit more effort/imagination is needed with the puddings...
The hotel is a bit isolated.
We didn’t find anywhere else close by to walk to.
We'd booked on a room only basis & planned to eat out but because there wasn't anywhere nearby we upgraded to all inclusive which is much better value!
While away, I had a painful back problem.
I had 2 massages with Hazel, shes fantastic!
Very, very good & made me feel much better.
All in all, we've had a fabulous, tranquil, restful holiday.
Which is exactly what we wanted.

We arranged airport pick up and ended up having to find another taxi to the resort no one came to pick us up . No hot water at all. We was suppose to get a queen size bed only to wake up in the middle of the night and realize we. Sleeping on 2 twin size beds. No stores in the resort to buy like snacks etc… they had a small gift shop that was closed all 3 days we were there. Beautiful resort beautiful views more like a place retired people go vacation . The food was not great it was ok older people resort relaxing calm .

From the front desk to the restaurant and bar, everyone was fantastic. The all inclusive package was well worth it. The food was good not great. I found the seafood and the specials to be the best bet. Over all i would recommend this resort if your looking for a very relaxing beach front experience.

The fact that I have returned to this hotel 5 times says it all. I have stayed at 5* hotels in Antigua but none have the service or welcoming feel of this Adults Only location. It genuinely feels like you’re visiting family and the way they look after all your needs is unbelievable.
I want to thank Rosanna and all her staff for yet another superb chilled break - just what we needed.

We stayed here for 5 nights all inclusive. For a 3 star, this hotel has phenomenal service and the staff all worked really hard to make our stay enjoyable. Lunches and dinners were outstanding each day. Breakfast was satisfactory but there is a limit on how many items you could order. The rooms are fairly basic and rustic but cleaned every day. The ocean view was amazing and we really enjoyed sitting in the bar looking out over the ocean. There wasn’t much around the hotel so we relied on taxi’s which can get expensive. When we checked in, we were allocated one bottle of water each with no replacement or top up. The water machine in the lobby was dirty and only dispensed warm water. The hotel shop did not open every day and whilst, some beautiful handcrafted items, we would have liked the opportunity to purchase snacks as well. Overall our stay was pleasant and peaceful. Other hotels might have more going on but for 5 days rest and relaxation, it was perfect.

Food was delicious, pool was clean. Bartenders were very friendly. Air conditioning was great. Rooms were out dated and the key locks to open doors were frustrating because the humidity swells the wood doors and makes them hard to lock. Food was very expensive but as expected for the Caribbean. Selwyn at the restaurant was absolutely wonderful 10/10 and would return just because of him. 8.5/10

Although the property could do with some minor maintenance, we found it to be clean and tidy with staff working daily to keep it so, all the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble, they also made our special birthday celebration extra special, food in the restaurant was a good standard we had no complaints,during our visit the spa was closed so can’t comment on this facility, two small beaches had plenty on sun beds and was clean, work is being done to replace the wooded sun shelters, in all ocean point is good value and we would return
