Nice place just take bug repellent since you are in the middle of the jungle. Peaceful and quiet. I just wished the road/path to the rooms had a solid pathway.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay Totally recommend

Great private hotel a short drive from downtown tulum and only about 15 mins from the beach! Each villa comes with its own private pool that is cleaned daily! It is so peaceful all day and night you are able to hear the wildlife, and when there is a breeze the bamboo trees make the most pleasant sound!

Now since it is in the jungle there are lots of bugs. However not as much i was anticipating, just be sure to not leave the doors open and you’ll be able to keep the majority of the bugs out. If you are afraid of bugs please find somewhere else to stay. If not then Im sure you’ll enjoy staying in a gorgeous villa in the middle of the jungle. It really does surround you with the utmost peace.

I did notice that as beautiful as the shower is we did have some issues with getting warm water. One day we had it but then not other days, i was confused however since it was so hot a fresh shower was not that bad. Maybe just double check that the warm water works before fully settling in! Besides that this overall was a great stay! I would love to visit again!

Aesthetically pleasing, unfortunately we had an issue with having several alive and dead bugs in our room and within the 30 minutes I was there I was bit on my hip by something. There is no restaurant on the property only room service. If you want something secluded and out the way as long as you don’t mind a few bugs in your space this place looked peaceful. I just could not handle it my anxiety was through the roof. I wish I had taken more pictures to show what to expect but I was in and out of there after whatever bit me

I had a great stay at Anat Tantric Boutique Hotel. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean, with a relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect—close to Tulum’s center but still quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum. 🌴✨

It was a very nice hotel. Me and my husband enjoyed a lot. We literally spend all day there just to relax. We didn’t drive so we did order food from other restaurants and was delivered at the hotel and it was convenient. The receptionist both Stephanie and Natalie were nice. The only thing I wish the pool was heated. But everything else was perfect. They can arrange driver fro you too if you ask. Rene was a really great driver. I highly recommended him.

Let me just start off by saying that I had to give it a negative review based off of my first interaction with the receptionist Stephanie. I was booking a room on Expedia with their sister hotel, and she purposely told her friend the receptionistat that hotel, and as I was looking for hotels, I found Sanah (sister hotel) listed for $100 for a GREAT ROOM and within seconds it was $300 for the night after asking me if i was on Expedia and to book with her friend instead to avoid commissions. I was looking forward to the stay but the Argentinian staff in Tulum is really rude (at all the hotels ive been to in general) I understand everyone is trying to make money but extorting people who come to vacation where you work is insane.

While I was waiting in the lobby, dealing with a whole Expedia booking with sanah I noticed that they would come out from the desk area and personally agree the guest who were walking out for the day. Male security didn’t greet me when I walked inside and said hello in Spanish he just stared at me.

Natalie the other receptionist was a sweetheart.

The design of the room was gorgeous. Except the bathroom smelled really bad I believe because of the plumbing. The water was never hot so I would not recommend getting a special bathtub with flowers unless you like cold water. If you’re booking during the colder times, I would not recommend staying here unless you don’t care to utilize the pool. It rained a lot this trip. Too cold to use the pool.

Loved our stay & will be back. Stephanie was super accommodating and met all of our needs. My first time in Tulum & absolutely no complaints. Looks just like photos & the vibe was very peaceful !

5 min drive to a strip with tons of affordable street food, and there are some restaurants on the strip as well. There’s also a beautiful park on the strip and the area feels safe. I would get a rental next time, but to only stay in the local area because some places take you through the actual jungle with no real road to be able to get to your destination. Easy to access a taxi tho.

Tip: if you are planning to go to sculpture park it’s 20 min drive and located next to the beach so pack a bathing suit to enjoy the beach afterwards. There is a nice strip over there as well with bars and restaurants along the beach. We walked the beach and found several fun things to do over there. Food in that area was pricey in my opinion (compared to the strip by the hotel).

Anat was wonderful! Stephanie was extremely hospitable, kind and efficient. The room was gorgeous and immaculately clean. The pool, tub, and shower were beautiful & the perfect temperature. The bed was so comfortable! The AC was powerful and cooled us down from the Mexican heat. I loved my massage & the fresh pineapple juice was delicious. There was free self parking out front. It’s 15 minutes away from the beach and in close proximity of many shops and clubs. They don’t serve alcohol here, but you can easily grab what you need or have it ordered from a nearby liquor store. If you’re into zen, I highly recommend Anat!

I stayed for a night. The staff was very helpful. They assisted with taxi booking, recommended restaurants, and fulfilled things you may need. Some notes: there is no lobby if you arrive early. But there is a tiny bar that is meant to be only for room service. They will serve you drinks and food till you get your place ready for checking in. Limited menu but very good. very clean and well managed. Air conditioning is good and beautiful interior design. Peacfull place to stay and relax in private pool.

My expectations it’s more beautiful in person I posted and everyone kept asking me for the details of this place !!
This hotel is not by the beach is in the jungle about 20min by the beach
And only 7mim from the centro/downtown were there’s a lot of restaurants, tacos stand , souvenir shops it’s also closer to Cenotes, Mayan Ruins
the hotel staff is very nice they help you find a taxi and have it ready for you, they’re very helpful! They also recommended an app were you can order food
For r u can order from hotel but they close at 3pm hotel only provides room service
There’s no restaurant but it’s a beautiful place if u want to relax in your room in your own pool especially if u want a Romantic getaway ! Husband loved it for his bday!!

This was such a beautiful property, the rooms are spacious and open up to your own private outdoor living space and private pool.
The copper bathtub was beautiful and comfortably fits two.
The value of this hotel is excellent. It’s not walkable but they will call a taxi for you which is easy, and it’s about a $15 taxi ride into the town of La Veletta which has everything you need with great food and drinks. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff were amazing!! And went above and beyond. They helped me with taxi each day, setting up my body scrub service on my day of arrival. The property is nice, and really private, love the private pool. Dislike in the brass finishes they are a bit outdated and need a bit of refresh, but the place was clean, the pool was maintained.
The only reason for 4 stars is the location, I spent a lot of money on transportation, this was my first time in Tulum and this place is about 25 minutes away from the hotels strip and beach and 10 minutes from downtown Tulum club spots. So i expected ease of travel, but lord these taxi drivers charges an arm and a leg to go anywhere!! Average cab fare was about $35 US and in the evenings some would charge $50 USD. Wasn’t prepared for that.
This place is more for a couple looking to disconnect and be removed from the world, and perhaps venture out a day or two.
Best recommendation rent a car. From the airport to the hotel i was lucky i found someone for $45 but most charge $60. Again the staff amazing.

Great villa, beautiful property. Certainly unique in Tulum, will visit Anat again in future trips to Mexico.
Exceptional interiors in the villa, gives vintage fee. Very comfy with all the privacy. Picture itself tells it all. Best part was the staff, after booking, they reached out as courtesy which is great. Above and beyond

The hotel itself was beautiful and the food was good. We were happy with our stay until the reception booked our cab at 3x the price of all other taxis we took throughout our 8 day stay at various hotels and airbnbs in tulum. I asked the taxi driver why the price was so high, as we had previously paid less than half for longer rides the day before and we were told that the prices were set by the hotel and he couldn’t do anything about it. For this reason, I would not recommend this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful property! An amazing luxury for an amazing price! Very intimate I think only 12 suites, the pool is very enjoyable and deep enough for a good swim. Hostess on sight Stephanie is the sweetest and very accommodating. She will help with taxis into hotel zone. I would suggest renting a car though if possible the main hotel zone with the beach clubs is only 12-15 minute drive but the taxis add up after 2 days. You’ll have a great time at the property me and my friend got such good pictures and had a blast! Thank you definitely will be back!!!

I had was reserved for 2 nights but checked out after staying one not, getting no sleep at all. The white bed linen was stained, there was a bed throw placed over the stains to hide it when I checked it. (I have pictures and videos if needed) The hot water in the shower didn’t work. There was a tapping sound on the door all night that made me believe something/someone was trying to get in. Solo female traveler, I was terrified. Called the Hilton at 5am and was told that I could check in at 9am. I was there at 8!

After a long flight it was great to arrive to a nice, private, quiet hotel to recover and recharge.
The staff were attentive and always willing to answer any queries. It was a pleasure interacting with the staff from front desk, kitchen and house keeping.
