Clean room, loved all the nice pools. The microwave unfortunate didn’t work. Great amenities, beautiful scenery. Only downside was not being able to get picked up for our excursions from the hotel. We had to go across the street. Very nice and friendly staff. 8/10 overall.

Customer service was severely lacking as English was very limited. The smoke detector was beeping every 30 seconds in our room and their solution? Turn off the breaker so we have no smoke detector at all. Did you want blinds on the windows? Nope. We hung a towel over the window. Worst of all they double charged me by not releasing the hold on my credit card and after 3 months won't issue a refund. It's fraud and criminal and intentional. After 10 reminders to make it right they won't, even after admitting their mistake. Mistakes happen but refusing to fix the mistake is intentional. Traveler beware!

The beach is close. There’s shops close. Plenty of restaurants close. Walkable places to eat and grab a quick snack.
But everything good has its down.
I would stay here again!

No water in the kitchen. No plates. The room phone did not work. They run out of towels. Only one key for two guests. And when we informed all this nothing happened. Very sad. And most importantly when I paid they offered a shuttle to the beech. They do not run it any more so you have to pay for Uber each time. I will never come back. I will not recommend it to anybody

I have mixed feeling about this property. I stayed in two different rooms. The first one was a 2-bed room apartment. This one had a living room and a kitchen. Everything was nice except we had no hot water. The second one was a a 1-bedroom apartment, which also had a living room and a small kitchen. We had hot water, but we had to make two requests for our towel and was told this room did not provide a blanket.
The property is in a location where everything was in the neighborhood. A Coffee shop, a good restaurant, a grocery store, a pharmacy, even a hair/nail salon!

The apartment was spacious, clean and had the basics (towels, shower gel/shampoo). The washing machine was nice. Would have been better if there was a tiny amount of dish soap to wash the dishes, and a kettle or non-useless coffee maker.
I was annoyed because I booked based on the photo of a balcony with some chairs looking across a courtyard, but I got no private outside space, and a view of the very loud and busy road.
The dude who followed us up to the room and then pretended to check fuses and lights and hang around waiting for a tip didn't impress.

Positives: The rooms are very nice, clean, spacious, modern, and well-furnished. The property is attractive and convenient (though on a busy main road and intersection so somewhat noisy).
Negatives: We sat and waited a LONG time (35-40 mins) even though we arrived after 3pm check in time.The desk staff was nice but no sense of urgency and cleaning staff even more so. And lobby was not busy, so they were not overwhelmed. No one helped us. We are a retired couple and my husband walks with a walker and was clearly not well. We had multiple suitcases and struggling. We handled it alone with a lobby full of staff watching us. Plus gave us room long walk and far away from elevator. No awareness.
TV volume would only go to a whisper level. We had to read the movie because could not hear it. And no international news channels.

From the listing, it was unclear whether there would be two beds or two full bedrooms; it turned out to be the latter, and the apartment was huge. It was a high-quality place in a great location. The gym could use some work—there were issues with the A/C, lights, and treadmills—but it appears these will be addressed in the coming weeks. It could also provide paper towels with cleaner so users can clean up after themselves.

Significantly larger than any of the other hotels around, it’s basically a mini 1 bedroom apt, cute little balcony and 5 pools. The staff onsite are great as well, very nice and helpful. There is everything you need downstairs but if you’re willing to walk a bit there is a larger grocery store to your right about 5 minutes walk. Overall 5 stars.

2) Toilet had not been cleaned properly. There were yellow stains on the toilet bowl.
3) Blanket had stains.

5) Dirty tissues and dirt in the kitchen drawers.
6) Used water bottle and ice cubes in the freezer.
I extended my stay by 2 days and booked a smaller room (1 bed instead of 2) and it was better. But I noticed there is a lack of consistency between the rooms.
Original room had shaving set, body lotion and shower cap. Next room had body lotion and 2 shower caps.

From the lobby and pool areas to the rooms, this entire hotel is amazing. Well-maintained, clean, and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very nice, each room with its own dedicated AC — a huge plus when everyone sleeps at different temperatures. Modern Samsung appliances and fully stocked kitchenware made the stay even more convenient.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The private parking lot was great — a security gate and parking just steps from your door.
The only downsides: the shower temperature never got warmer than room temp, and the washer/dryer combo took 7.5 hours for a single load, which is wild.
Other than that, the stay was absolutely amazing. The location is close to major activities, restaurants, and stores. Highly recommend if you’re not trying to spend resort money or roll the dice on a sketchy hotel.

This might be better for a long term stay, we only stayed 3 nights and I regret not going to a regular hotel.
There is absolutely nothing in the kitchen apart from the utensils, dishes and cookware. No kitchen towel, soap, sponge or paper towels not even salt. If you stay for a few days it doesn't make sense to buy everything.
They try to pass ikea as luxury. You get the smallest towels and no bathmat. No hot water for more than 3 minutes.

i just want to say that i love this place and i’ll be back!!! i am a female solo traveler so proximity and safety are my biggest concerns. i felt extremely safe and this hotel is close to pretty much everything you can think of. there was some minor issues with the rooms because things are still under construction, but they make sure to accommodate you and keep you happy. i can’t wait till everything is completely done, so i can come back. the staff went above and beyond for me and were extremely friendly. 10/10 and i will be back. :)

I loved that everything needed was in close proximity and walking distance. Uber was easily accessible and affordable.
