Very good location. Good internet. This is not an apartment hotel. Just reasonable quality apartments. Uncomfortable beds. There is nothing beyond the room. No paper towel, no oil and salt. Safe not secured to the wall. No proper luggage storage. No restroom if you have returned the room and returned to collect luggage. Unpleasant stairwell.

If you use the washer make sure you have extra clothes since your clothes in the washer might get stuck before someone comes to open it and take your clothes out. The safe box was not functional neither and has not been repaired when asked for it.

Very convenient location within a stones’ throw from La Rambla. Apartment is inside an old building with a strange musty smell at the main entrance and in the unit. The apartments are within a small unit at level 2. Strange design of the apartment allows light from the external corridors to enter into the unit at all times, making it impossible to have a completely dark room to rest in.

The location was absolutely excellent. Close to everything you want to do, including metro the hop on hop off bus, ample dining and shopping. Apartment was comfortable and everything worked well. Be aware you will not receive an email until the day you arrive that has the codes to get into the building and into your unit. Be sure to check that as soon as you’re ready to go to the apartment because it’s very difficult especially if you’re traveling from the US and can’t make calls on your phone, ie you won’t get into the building without these codes. You will not be able to reach anyone while outside of the building. You need to have the door code to get into the building and then you need to go to the second floor during their open hours (they are closed for a couple of hours in the afternoon) or you need the code to get into their office and if not, if you are arrived after check in time, the code to your room that was included in the email will get you into the room. The staff that I interacted with was very nice and very accommodating. If you are from the US, you will need one of the converter plugs so that you can plug your US appliances into their sockets. It was a great place to stay. I am a female traveling alone and I felt very safe.

Great property to stay if you are in Barcelona. Very centrally located to tourist happenings. Safe building with lots of food and shopping options. La Rambla is in walking distance. The suite was a nice size but very basic and lacking in a few areas. It had a lot of potential and could have been so much nicer decor wise. Staples in the kitchen are also suggested (cooking oil, salt and pepper, oven mitts, a pancake/egg flipper, dish and dishwasher detergent) Be aware you take out your own garbage and recycling to the street bins and pay extra for any housekeeping services, change of towels etc. The front desk staff and manager were very nice, friendly and helpful. We would suggest the owner stay a few days to realize the experience.

We stayed here from December 19 to December 26, 2021. Had we not pre-paid for the apartment in full, we would have certainly moved out.
We found a number of issues:
(1) Communication: the apartments are poorly managed. We never got the access code to enter the apartment building and didn't even know which room we were staying in after we had booked online. There is no receptionist on duty on weekends. We had to proactively call the number on the website, which no one answered. Then we called an emergency number, and finally found someone who gave us the correct information. This was very inconvenient.
(2) The Building: the apartments are located inside a very old building, which is mainly residential. The apartments themselves are on the \"second floor\" - which by North American standards feels more like the 4th floor. When we arrived the elevator was not working. And we had to drag our luggage all the way up, with no help (again, no receptionists working on the weekend).
(3) The Apartments: There were a number of issues with the actual apartment. There was a weird sewage smell that came from the washroom, and we had to close the washroom door all throughout the week. The Wifi was absolutely terrible. It made Zoom calls and even browsing the Internet difficult. The hot water turns cold after about 5 to 10 minutes of use, and it was often difficult for two people to take showers consecutively.
Overall, very poor experience with these apartments. I would give it 1 out of 5.

(3) The Apartments: There were a number of issues with the actual apartment. There was a weird sewage smell that came from the washroom, and we had to close the washroom door all throughout the week. The Wifi was absolutely terrible. It made Zoom calls and even browsing the Internet difficult. The hot water turns cold after about 5 to 10 minutes of use, and it was often difficult for two people to take showers consecutively.
Overall, very poor experience with these apartments. I would give it 1 out of 5.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. Though the location is ok the place is like dungeon. VERY NOISY...sleeping at night will be very challenging. Most deceiving thing is that they have a cleaning fee of 50 euros which they said if we use kitchen then we have to clean including garbage. We agreed as we didn't plan to use it and were hardly stayed in during the day. We got charged still saying that we didn't do our homework. I told them it is not correct. But they didn't respond and failed to provide any proof.

Location of this property was perfect!! I made a mistake by booking an apartment and really wanted a hotel. I did it for the space but didn’t like the feel of the apartment . The manager ariadna was awesome, didn’t realize I had to pay extra for towels but she accommodate us everyday with clean towels. The apartment was roomy and perfect for a 5 night stay. Convenient to the metro, taxis and walking to interesting places, markets and restaurants. The street outside was busy but the noise wasn't a bother on the second floor. There were protesters camped out in a square nearby but it didn't affect out plans at all. We had relatives staying in another apartment on the same floor, so it was great for families. I would definitely stay there again!

First off the staff were great and the location was spot on and was surrounded by so much. This area is idea and has plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The only thing that was wrong was the beds were not the comfortable and the bathroom had some issues like the door was breaking up, toilet seat loose and water leaking from the sink. But, those things were very minor and did not disrupt our stay and we will be back. Thanks ladies at the front desk.

It was a little understocked for an apartment as it did not even have wine glasses. Checking in was very smooth through the use of codes even though we never actually spoke to anyone. The apartment is in an excellent, central location - very near to all transport types - Catalunya Station, metro, buses - including the public airport shuttle. It is at the top end of La Rambles, with about 20 minutes walk to the port / beaches. It was perfect for a 1.5 day visit to Barcelona, having travelled up the coast from Tarragona b y train. Plenty of restaurants, shops etc. The only downside for me was the apartment we were given was flanked by two busy roads on either side. Traffic was non-stop day and night and at times the apartment vibrated, which I think was due to the underground / metro, even though we were on the third floor. I am a light sleeper so that was a problem for me, but not for the other three in my party.
