I’m a mom here in Geneva attending a conference, the staff helped me upgraded to a room with the freezer when it’s pretty fully booked and I was able to freeze the breast milk to bring home to my baby.
Other staff are always trying to be helpful.

Be aware this hotel is in the French side if you are going to the Plexpo for conferences this needs a crossing of the boarder.

This is a nice property. The hotel was updated and styled nicely, while our room was excellent. A very safe area. Walked a block to get some good food. The beds were comfortable and room was very clean.
The only thing that bothered me was when I checked in, a member of the staff had me fill out a paper with my personal information, like my date of birth and what city was I born in. I couldn’t comprehend why you need that information for a hotel stay. Seemed a bit sketchy.

When I booked this hotel I didn’t know it was located on the side of France. The hotel does not provide shuttle service from/to airport. The bus 66 had one per hour when it was the weekend. It’s not very convenient. Also I marked 4 star but there is no swimming pool?

One day the room wasn't cleaned. I complained to reception, and they told me it was a mistake. They didn't clean it... they told me they would clean it the next day... To my surprise, I arrived at the hotel at the end of the day the next day and they hadn't cleaned it. I complained again, and they went to clean it. And they left me a note and a chocolate bar as if that were enough. Terrible cleaning.

This was a lovely hotel with modern rooms and very comfortable beds. It was a short taxi ride from the airport and the desk was open 24 hours so this worked perfectly with our late arrival. The staff were lovely and welcoming and my family would definitely stay here again!

No AC in the rooms, no ventilation, when complaining staff said this is our policy we can’t open air conditioning in our rooms we are saving energy. If customer is suffocated they should open windows, there is no net in windows so any insect can invade the rooms.

I enjoyed my stay overall, my takeaways are the following:
1- The governance lady came into our room under the pretext that she was \"checking the phones\", I did not beleive it, her interferenence was nosy and inadequate.
2- The cleaning was \"OK\", missed a day and our towels were taken by mistake.
3- Funny smell in bedrooms.

I wanted to give a 3 rating but gave a 4 instead because we overall enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet, quick check in.

Great for Geneva Airport

We stayed for 1 night before flying home from Geneva Airport on an early flight the next day. Hotel is well situated in Ferney Voltier, just a 5 minute walk from Central bus stop. The hotel is clean with a new outdoor seating area and bar to the rear, room was spacious with a large comfy bed. Ferney had a great Pizza Restaurant which we ate at. Can't get Uber to come from Switzerland and a taxi was going to be €35 for a 2 mile trip, so we checked out the bus times and there is a free shuttle bus No. A5 operates from 0430-0630 from Ferney Central bus stop, jumped on the 05:07 for out 07:20 flight. Also think the No.60 runs from around the same time. Would highly recommend staying here.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The location is in a safe, quiet and isolated area. The only issue we had was the sink plug not popping up enough for the water to drain quickly so we just kept taking it off every day our room was cleaned. We told the front desk about it the first night but it didn't get fixed. Not sure if that's just how it's supposed to be. Also no AC so we just kept the window open when the room got stuffy. Luckily we weren't on the 1st floor and it didn't rain hard while we were there.

I booked this hotel purely for the reason that it was a 6 minute drive from the airport and I had a 12 hour layover. I didn’t expect it to cost me 35CHF in each direction to get to and from the airport. There is mention of a bus but when you have to be at the airport at 5am, it’s not something you want to deal with. Ubers don’t come here so at the mercy of the taxis- I’m used to nyc prices but $35 for a 6 minute drive! Should have spent a bit more and stayed but lake Geneva.

The lady at reception couldn’t have been nicer, helpful, very kind. My room unfortunately faced the road/airport so could hear places taking off. There was a hair in my bed and the plug in the bath tub was permanently down. Nothing like some cold bath water to stand in for your morning shower.
I am sure had I complained she would have moved me but as I was there so short a time I didn’t want to bother.

After a pleasant arrival and first nights sleep, prior to leaving the hotel i discussed at lrnght with the Manager Claudia from Sardinia. I explained that my travel arrangements had changed and i was heading to the United Nations offices, that i required a further nights stay. I was required to make a small transaction to confirm the reservation. Everything was fine approximately 6 hours later, on my return, i was informed that no rooms were available. I was shocked and explained that my luggage was still in my bedroom and that i had paid a deposit with Claudia iearlier in the morning. The man, eho previously explained that he had served in the American military didnt care and was ibnoxoius, rude and very unpleasant. After 1 hour of me trying to arrange alternative arrangements, the evening msnager called the police. I explained that i wanted to film events because it was extreme and i didn't want any grey areas with him lying to the police. The duty manager refused permission. Perhaps 15 minutes later the police arrived and i briefly explained the predicament. The police officer was polite and professional. After approximately 5 minutes the two police officers left the hotel reception and came outside where i was stood. I was shouted at and explocity told to move from the hotel. I explained that my luggage was in the bedroom and i hadn't done anything the officer shouted again, i had to leave. It was now approximately 01.30 and i had not wifi connection became of severe

Great hotel close to the airport

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. It’s all to a very high standard and very clean.

It is very close to the airport although is actually in France which I didn’t realise when I booked. However it’s well served by the bus service and you’re in the centre of Geneva in 30 minutes.

We stayed at this hotel 3 different times during this trip. It was our favorite place we stayed during our two weeks in Switzerland. It is actually in France but very convenient to Genève.

The room was updated. No problem there. The real problem is the cleanliness and the service. The AC was very noisy to the point where I couldn't sleep. I told the front desk in the morning and I guess they did something to reduce the noise but now it is not cool enough. The real problem is with the room service. They didn't clean the floor or pick up and replace the coffee cups or replenish coffee pods. The last night (we stayed 6 nights) we came to the room and the beds weren't even made. I want to mention the reason I picked this hotel is the price in comparison with hotels in Geneva. That is where we spent our time and came to the hotel to sleep only. I'll be travelling often to Geneva in the next 3 years and this hotel is off my list.
I guess you get what you pay for.

We stayed one night at this hotel and it was really nice. The interior feels completely renovated and new and it was clean. The staff was friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower felt new and clean.

Plus: spacious; nespresso-like machine; wooden floor; spacious bathroom. Minus: room was not ready. Bedsheets on the floor, not fixed despite reminding the cleaners twice. Had to ask for clean sheets when we came back from the dinner, though the receptionist said that he could not do anything.

Lovely comfortable bed, and modern fittings. I loved the bathroom, the style was beautiful. I had a kitchen in my room, although I didn't use it, it was a lovely feature to have. It would be good to have some complimentary water, but apart from that, lovely stay!

Convenient and comfortable serviced hotel appt.

Comfortable newly furnished hotel appartement with sufficiently big rooms. The standard single room was quiet and bright. The bathroom of equally good and clean condition. There is a Nespresso machine. Supply of capsules is provided only at the first day, hereafter they are available at -.50 € at the bar.
Breakfast is served at the Lobby level. I did not take it. The bus station to the Geneva is in 5 minutes walking distance. The centre of Ferney Voltaire with shops is in easy walking distance as well. A good alternative to the expensive Geneva accommodations.

Very good stay for business purpose. The restaurant closes quite early (20.30). But they provided with room service. The gym is very small but practical. Good experience overall.
