They ask you for 25% more for 1h earlier check in even that it s a very late at 3PM. Kitchen outdated, room will not be clean after every day if you want to stay longer. You need to throw the garbage outside otherwise you lose 200 eur guarantee. Unfriendly reception.The walls are very thin and you have the feeling that you gonna fall with its and the neighbours are like leaving in your room.

Very old and outdated property, poorly maintained. Cobwebs throughout and windows were extremely dirty. The shower was only partially working. Realistically, this is more of a 3-star property so definitely not a true 4-star.

That said, it was value for money, so you get what you pay for. However, guests should rate based on genuine standards, not inflated scores that mislead others.

I stayed in Zenitude for 12 days, with my family (myself, my wife and two children). I do not recommend the hotel for the travelers in a similar situation and I believe expedia should delist this property at least for longer stays.
Good: the location is not quite perfect, but this is balanced by a reasonable price. Swimming pool is a very good entertainment for children. Breakfast is very good and inexpensive.
Bad: service. 1. For all time we stayed there was absolutely no room cleaning; they promised to do this once a week, however, when I complained, the staff each time responded then 7 days have not yet passed; 2. Therefore, I had to request the toilet paper twice at the reception; in one of these two cases the response was that they do not have toilet paper; 3. When I asked, which pharmacy nearby is open on Sunday, after a long research I got an advice to go to the (closed) pharmacy nearby and the information about the 24/7 working pharmacy may be found on the door there; 4. At the check out I waited for 15 minutes the receipt for city tax I payed while checked in. After all I did not receive this. They promised to send the said receipt to me by e-mail. I would be surprised if they do this, but they did not.

1) our room was assigned to us because we arrived several hours before check in. Though the property was alerted to our earlier flight arrival and indicated a room would be available at extra charge (which we agreed to). We still waited 3 hours for the room.

2) I emailed them with questions about a week before arrival; of course they never responded.

3) The room contained broken fixtures in the bathroom; the toilet paper holder would detach from the wall and hit the floor.

4) We informed the front desk of a broken tile in front of the \"refrigerator,\" of course we were told they knew... nothing was done in our 2 week stay to address it.

5) The very old \"refrigerator\" was small and would not get cool. We started putting water bottles in the freezer just to get cold water.

6) The bathroom was was very large but contained a shower that was less than a meter square. Making it difficult to move around No shelves in the shower for placement of personal care products or a area to place my glasses. But worse of all the lighting was so weak that we kept the door of the bathroom open and bedroom lights on high just to provide a level of lighting.

7) The general rudeness and lack of consideration from the management. The shape of the building acts as a sound amplifier... meaning that any sound in the front of the building registers in the room. So you allow people to play loud music and sing until midnight on the weekends. We stayed because we prepaid. Never again!

The hotel apartment was perfectly adequate for what we wanted. There were extra facilities such as a pool but I fortunately we couldn’t use it as the men only had shorts not trunks.
The beds were clean and tidy but the carpet was very well used and the sofa had a burn hole on it. The kitchen was very basic. Two hob rings and a microwave, fridge and a dishwasher but no draining board for dish washing by hand. Rooms are also only cleaned weekly or between guests.

Very quiet. This would be a great place to stay on a business trip. Public bus stop is within easy walking distance. They have a shuttle to the airport in Geneva. Linens were clean. Bathroom and kitchen areas were fairly clean. Room was more spacious than others we stayed at in Switzerland.

This is an older hotel in a somewhat rundown residential neighborhood, but grocery store, lots of little restaurants, and buslines are all within 10 min walking distance. Free parking outside or parking garage for daily fee. Excellent breakfast.

Despite a three pm check-in time, our room was not ready until four fifteen. All we wanted was a clean room with AC and parking. The only thing satisfactory was the parking. The room was very dirty with stains on the carpet, couch and walls. There was a cigarette burn on the chair. The control for the temperature in the room said it was not modifiable so no AC. We opened the window but it was very noisy outside and we could smell cigarette smoke. Note that the hotel requires a deposit that is only refundable if the kitchen is clean and garbage taken out at the end of the stay.

My experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, I was met with disappointment after disappointment. Here are some reasons why I cannot recommend this apartahotel:Unprofessional Staff: The staff members were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing any sort of assistance. Their attitude towards guests was indifferent at best, and downright rude at worst.Poor Hygiene Standards: The cleanliness of the apartahotel left much to be desired. The room I was assigned to had not been properly cleaned, with visible stains on the bedding and suspicious spots on the bathroom fixtures. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority.Lack of Amenities: Despite the promises of modern amenities, the reality fell short. Basic amenities such as toiletries and towels were either missing or of subpar quality. The advertised Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to carry out even simple tasks.Noise Issues: The apartahotel lacked soundproofing, resulting in constant disturbances from neighboring rooms and outside traffic. This made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep or relax during the day.Overpriced for What You Get: Considering the lackluster quality of service and amenities, the price charged for a stay at this apartahotel is exorbitant. There are far better options available at similar or even lower rates in the area.

This review is not just for the Zenitude, but als Expedia!! Having stayed at the apartment (10 of us) yes the place was clean and tidy. However we booked this place partly due to the supposed shuttle bus to and from the airport! Which apparently only goes one way from the hotel not to!! So we had to get a bus!! Plus they only go to the French side of the airport and you have to pre book it?!? Not much around the place so booked breakfast which was cold and dry and basically just pastries as they had issues with electrics! Made a reasonable complaint to the hotel and Expedia and basically nothing back!! Expedia to call me to ask for me input on the issue thinking I was the hotel!! Despite chasing nothing!! So sorry zero stars 🌟 if I could!! I have them a chance to rectify and they haven’t bothered!!!

We booked a room at this hotel when the airport canceled all flights for the day. The information on the site suggested 24/7 availability for contact and shuttle to/from the airport.
As soon as we booked the room, we tried to call the property a few times (9.30p) to arrange the shuttle.
No one was answering. We took a taxi to go to the hotel. Once there, the reception person was rude.
The next day at check out, we asked to arrange a shuttle and were told that we needed to arrange the day before. If it's not a service that's readily available, I would properly documented on the website. The two taxis cost more than 70 euros.

The carpet is terribly bad. It has stains everywhere and dirty. There is coffee make but no coffee powder packets at all. The hot water is limited; only a bit above lukewarm water in the shower in the morning and only cold water in the evenings. This hotel is not in Switzerland please be aware. Although the hotel lists free airport shuttle, it is only available for limited hours.

The property said it was non-smoking but the room stank of cigarettes. My allergies were off the chart affected! I may as well have sat in an ashtray.
The sauna wasn’t working, and none of the hours for facilities were clear. Some signs said they were open late, and others announced earlier closing hours!
There were insects in my shower, and the kitchenette - while well equipped, was a cheap refurb and you couldn’t cook or clean without banging your head against cabinetry.
Oh, and they take a €200 euro deposit at check in. And charge you if you don’t take your own trash out or lose the cheap plastic key.
The breakfast wasn’t great - better to eat outside.
Obviously run by someone inspired by Ryanair. I travel a lot, and it is safe to say I will not return to this place.

Appalling stay! Toilets not cleaned or flushed, fridge left with food in to a previous stay. Metal hanging from the sofa bed that ripped my pyjamas, luckily not my leg or my child!
No bar open as stated it would be, no spa facilities due to it closed. However they took 100% of the booking to received a miserable stay in return left everyone disappointed.
Expensive to get to from the airport, might as well stay in Geneva.
The management t told me to email them about my complaints however they didn’t reply. It was to simply get us to leave the building.

No hot water in the morning. The previous night the water was warm, but there was no pressure, and it only came out in a trickle. Then in the morning the pressure was up, but there was no hot water at all. A freezing cold shower will eliminate all other good aspects of any place you stay. Otherwise I thought it was a pretty nice place.

This hotel was supposed to be “near the airport” and it was a 35 euro taxi ride away! They don’t have a shuttle FROM the airport, and only shuttle TO the airport from 8-10 am.... no good if your flight is at 9 am. We booked a room with two beds and arrived to see twin beds pushed together and made with one big sheet and one duvet. When we asked for them to be changed to the twin beds we booked we were given two additional king size sheets and had to complain loudly to get another duvet. There were supposed to be utensils to use but there were no forks and only one knife; when we asked for forks we were told to come down to get them because they were too busy to bring them to us. There are no restaurants nearby. Do not recommend this hotel at all!

The room had curtains in need of re hanging and a wardrobe with a door hanging off. The curtains were put right the following day but not the wardrobe door.

Reception is brilliant but unless residents report a problem housekeeping staff don’t seem to tell maintenance there’s a problem in a room. The hotel needs a system whereby cleaning staff report problems.

When I was booking this hotel I requested specially two twin beds. But they provided only one twine bed. I slept on the ground. Very poor customer service.
I am not recommending anyone this hotel for vacation. Even future I am not booking any thing through Expedia.
