The inside of the hotel was brand new, very clean and helpful staff. The outside was the definition of not judging a book by its cover, it was unkept, didn’t appear like a hotel at all and the entrance didn’t make sense but the opposite when we walked in. Would definitely stay again.

The receptionist had a wrinkled shirt and the check-in time was long. The bathroom was dirty, looks like the shower is not clean up to date, there is mold and moreover the water from the shower spills into the bathroom and the whole floor is wet. The air-condition was loud and buzzing that we couldn't sleep, to which the receptionist told me that I could turn it off.... It was unpleasant because how were we supposed to sleep in 30 degrees celsius??? Besides, the breakfast was limited, the kitchen service was unprepared, because there was a bus of guests ahead of us who ate practically everything, used all the cups and no one controlled it and did not keep up with it. I had to go to the reception to intervene that there was no food. For a 4 stars hotel it is very unprofessional.

Over all the hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Food was just ok and a little on the expensive side for what you get. Other than a sports conplex next door and a gas station with in walking distance there is not much near this hotel. I thought that it was close to the airport but it was a 15 to 20 min drive. It cost around $19 for our taxi each way. Our stay here would have been better if we had rented a car and didnt have to rely on taxi service.

The hotel was clean and comfortable which was what we needed after a long day. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The hotel says it does free shuttles to the airport - which it does in the morning, but not at night so we had a very expensive taxi ride to the hotel as there were no other options.

Arrived after midnight from a late flight and left early morning. The surfaces in the room and the bathroom were very clean but the decor is very dated and has an ‘old’ smell. The bed wasn’t the comfiest one either. Some of the rooms on the other side of the corridor appear to have received an update. The breakfast was very basic but enough to get you going. The hotel is near the airport, reasonably priced and so ok late night stay over when public transport is not available but I wouldn’t stay longer than a night. There isn’t much around the hotel.

All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and answered any questions we had. The restaurant was very large and quickly filled up with locals, which clued us in that this was a good place to eat and it was fantastic. In the morning the front desk called us a cab to the airport and even packed up each a free to go breakfast bag! Definitely going to stay again the next time we fly into bologna.

When I entered the hotel I thought I will leave next morning eventhough I booked 3 nights. My room was compleately unbreathable from smoking. The hotel is in a middle of nowhere which makes your taxi drive very expensive. Second day I discovered great breakfast and bus stop in front of the hotel so I finally stayed. If there wasn't a cheap bus directly to downtown I would probably leave. Hotel has atmosphere like you are back in 80's maybe back than could have been 4* today I would say 2- 3*. I wouldn't stay there again, the smelly room was something I can't forgive...

Handy for the airport

Stayed here one night on the way to Venice. Arrived late and left right after breakfast, so not positive about things around the hotel or anything. But EXCELLENT breakfast provided. One of the best we've had since moving to Italy as far as continental/included breakfasts go. Staff was friendly.

Very near Bologna airport but a little tricky to find. Surrounded by industrial facilities, so the location isn't pretty, but there's a residential neighborhood about a mile away with a fantastic little trattoria that made the location just fine!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but there's nothing really all around. So I would recommend this hotel for travelling people who need a location near the airport. Taxi fare to the city is way too expensive, so staying just to visit Bologna is not an option: you can find other hotels for the same price in the city.
