We had a dog with us, so we were put in a pet-designated room. Understandable. However, the previous guests had dogs that peed all over the carpet and it smelled pretty bad. The carpet should be professionally cleaned before anyone else stays there. The lobby had zero air conditioning at 107 degrees outside. It was uncomfortable to say the least and I felt horrible for the staff who had to work there. The only good thing was the coffee that was provided was actually quite good.

My experience and stay at the Hotel was excellent. It's a very clean Hotel and well maintained. The Staff all very helpful and polite and courteous. Always smiling and pleasant and nice to talk to. A very Nice Looking as well. I thought I would put that in here as well. The housecleaning staff always had my room cleaned when I got back. I used the pool several times during the 5 days that I was there. It was clean and refreshing. The Continental Breakfast was really and I enjoyed it. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. I will stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. My room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

When we originally arrived, we were given a room that reaked of piss with visible stains on the carpets. The bathroom was dirty and I was honestly baffled at first when we entered thinking “oh god do we really have to sleep in here?” Thankfully they switched us into a new room, but that honestly made us doubt how clean the hotel was. New room was much better, if that was our original experience I would have rated it higher.

We really liked Dawson the front desk clerk upon checking in - he was very knowledgeable and pleasant
Room was discuss, bed was comfy, it became a little too cold at night, shower was nice but needs to be upgraded, should be a light above the mirror as you enter, it was quiet indoors but noisy outdoors, maybe windows are too thin, views are nice and it's very reasonably priced, we'll stay again next time. Thank you

The location was good, not great. The city is busy and the hotel was located two blocks off the main drag on a cul de sac which was nice, but on the opposite side was a freeway. Having said that, I was first checked in to a room right off said freeway and I'm sorry, but too noisy for me. The staff were very accommodating, though, and gave me a room much quieter. Having said that, though, although much quieter, the door in this room would not close on its own, but rather had to be pulled shut. Not good for security. Also, the coffee amenity for the room was terrible! Small coffee pot for barely a cup, and cheap coffee at that. I expect more! Thankfully the coffee bar in the lobby was nice, though having to go down first thing in the morning was inconvenient. Not cool.
I'm really not hard to please and don't want to be negative here. All things considered, the hotel was clean and in a good location, reasonably priced, and the amenities were good. But the staff were great. Friendly, efficient, accommodating, and very personable, they were great.

Woke up in the middle of the night to find a bug crawling on the pillow. Pulled off he sheets to see bed bugs. We left immediately. Spoke with management and was told we would be refunded. When I called the next day they had no record of it even though we showed pics. Sent an email with a photo and never heard backs it was a nightmare and they don’t care. Do not recommend!

This hotel experience was a complete disaster from the moment we arrived. The woman at the front desk greeted us with an awful attitude — visibly angry, rude, unprofessional, and acting like our presence was an inconvenience. After a long trip, the last thing anyone expects is to be treated with hostility the second they walk in. The negative energy started immediately at check-in.
I have videos and photos showing exactly how upset and aggressive her attitude was from the very beginning. At no point did she try to be helpful or handle the situation professionally. What made it even worse was that after being treated so poorly, the moment I finally reacted, she tried to turn it around and say that I had an attitude, when her behavior is what created the entire situation from the start.
The hotel itself is also extremely disappointing — dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected. The entire property feels rundown and uncared for. Nothing looks like the photos online, and it honestly feels like management has completely stopped caring about the condition of the place.
It’s unbelievable how badly this place ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. Between the terrible customer service and the condition of the hotel, this has easily been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I would absolutely never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was a pretty good hotel the breakfast was good. They had bagels, muffins and orange juice. The pool was warm and peaceful at times, but blame the crowd and noise due to EDC weekend. The room had a distinct smell that we couldn’t describe the entire time while there. Overall, the beds were clean and comfortable they had a microwave and fridge in the room which was very convenient

The grounds around the hotel were mostly kept up and free of trash. I could see that pet owners compliance with dog requests to clean/pick up their pets waste was NOT being enforced or followed by many pet owners. It was more about irresponsible dog owners than hotel grounds maintenance. However, charging pet owners $25 per dog should pay for an hours worth of staff time to scoop-up poop piles left on ground areas nearest to building walkways and entrances. Twice a week, 2hrs effort or less, would really elevate the outside appearance.
Breakfast offered had a good selection of food and drink.
Pool and gym were functioning and clean.
Access to/from Las Vegas proper was fine.
Overall rating was a 3.5/5.

Our room was gross. It had old laundry stuffed behind our garbage can and hair in our shower/bathroom. The hot tub was foggy and dingy so we did not dare get in it. We’ve stayed at La Quintas before but this one is not one we recommend.

The breakfast was ok. I didn’t realize it was next to I-11 so it was pretty loud at night. Something to be aware of. One thing I was frustrated with was I put hand towels on the floor due to them being dirty and they wouldn’t give me new towels and kept hanging the same dirty ones up again which was gross.

Would not give me more than 3 towels for a family of four without a trade in towel. Was unable to check in until 3:45 because rooms were not clean. Second floor staff was talking loud with a guest on front of our door, when my wife came out to see, the staff told my wife she could keep it moving.

Breakfast selection was great, but eggs did not taste like real eggs.
They said the pool and hot tub were being renivated. No work was being done thete at all. The pool area and hot tub were just closed. I was looking forward to the hot tub. Plus ice machine was out of order on 2nd floor.

Got a room here for the hot tub and when we arrived the front desk told me it had been broken awhile. I had called beforehand and been assured it was working. Also the tub was broken and not fixed for my entire 3 day stay. Paid extra for the room and couldn't use the jacuzzi or shower.

We stay from Thursday to Sunday , they only come to clean 1 day . We don’t have clean towel , only have 3 towels for whole our visit . AC make a lot of noice . Toilet had a strong noise when flush , it’s terrible to hear the noise when some body used the toilet .

we enjoyed our stay over all. the staff can do a better job of acknowledging and greeting guests. maid on 4th floor, was watching and listening to cell set up on counter and no response after we greeted her good morning! pillows were flat, bed was firm and uncomfortable but the tv was nice. the elevators are rough riding and the door track was dirty..we would stay again because it's near our family and reasonable rates!

The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay, which I appreciated. However, the room felt outdated and not very clean. The bathtub looked either dirty or heavily stained, and the sheets appeared very old. The gym also had some issues, the air conditioning was broken and only a fan was available, which made it uncomfortable to use. The water in the gym was empty for quite a while before someone replaced the gallon, and the dispenser itself could use an update. Overall, the staff was kind, but the property could really benefit from better maintenance and updates.

It started good from Wednesday till Friday. On Saturday housekeeping came to clean the room and I told her we are still in the room come. Well she didn’t come back bed unmade and dirty towels on bathroom floor. I called front desk and explain the situation. She informed me that she will leave message to clean the room. Well Sunday the room was not clean again and told her I would call corp office. Very unsatisfied with the end of my stay!

Friendly service, convenient location for a big soccer tournament. Hotel is in pretty rough shape physically. Rooms are pretty run down. As long as you know what to expect coming in, you won’t be disappointed. It was quiet and there seemed to be plenty of help if needed so that was a plus.

The room was clean and check in was simple. The only reason I knocked it down one was that I called at 11:13am to request early check in. It was very noisy in the back ground so I could barely hear the female worker on the phone. She then proceeded to sound very irritated with me and put me on hold after numerous questions to only come back and ask the same questions again and tell me to call back later. It felt unprofessional and made me feel like I was burdening her.

It was fine. Bathroom didn't have a hair dryer even though it was supposed to. Room was big and very quiet. The staff is nice when they're at the desk but are often not, I had to wait like ten minutes to check out since there's no dropbox for the key and nobody was at the desk, there was no one there when I came to check in either even though it wasn't an odd hour. But for one night it was fine and I liked that I didn't hear a thing from the hall or other rooms.

The beds are not comfortable. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. One bed is only a double. The other bed has a queen mattress on top of a double size platform. Inside the room looks old and dingy. The bathroom doors have pulls for kitchen cabinets. There is no bathroom fan. The breakfast was very bad. The food they serve tasted very low quality, GMO type. They use styrofoam plates and bowls. I have a small dog & was charged a daily dog fee but the dog waste bag dispenser was always empty. The cleaning people were unfriendly. Although the front desk people were very pleasant and helpful.

The front desk reservationist was great! Pleasant, respectful and courteous. I'm still in the room and not checking out until 11am. reserved two rooms. One room was outstanding. However, the second room doesn't appear to be clean enough. The bathroom dpor cannot close. I noticed the hinge needs fixing. There are dirt prints on the bathroom door that has not been cleaned in months. The door is white, so everything is visible. The a/c isn't working properly. The tub doesn't look too clean. I am disappointed with this room. I haven't contacted the front desk because I just want to rest. I drove for 8 hours, I'm exhausted and don't want to gather my belongings to move to another room.
