The room is clean. Staff is polite and helpful. It is very convenient. 7-11 is downstairs. Airport bus and Metro are nearby. The only comment is the toilet. It was clogged for few times. My friend in another room has similar experience. But the response of hotel staff was quick, and able to resolve it in very short time.

The hotel room is clean, decent and spacious. This 3-bed room is unexpectedly comfortable but the room temperature was too high when the air-con was on. Only an electric fan could be provided to improve ventilation.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Feel very welcome and warm during the stay. The hotel is connecting with a convenient store and you could access it without going out the hotel. The location is actually next to the train station and myeongdong street-a superb location. Definitely will come back again for the next Seoul trip.

Stayed 4 nights, room was clean and daily service was great. Lobby staff was friendly, and the connected 7-11 was very convenient. Shower water pressure and temperature in the bathroom was very good. Room was a little cold and toilet was a little hard to flush sometimes. Overall good stay and would revisit as a solo traveler.

The room was extremely small . It is designed for one person .so if you’re big or booked for 2 person it makes it harder to move around in the room especially with big luggage’s , we had no space to put our luggage and less shopping makes it so inconvenient .

Room temperature was not controlled. When asked about getting a temperature controlled room, we were tole either hot room or a cold room. Really? Never accommodated us with the proper room and were stuck in this terrible managed hotel for two weeks. I will be asking for refund.

There is no chair in the room, but only a not so comfortable stool. Requested for a chair to at least able to sit comfortably to read or to do some work but was told only stool is available! There is also no side table by the bed. However location is excellent close to many eateries, shops, metro stations & Namdemun market.

The property feels quite old!! the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the carpet was worn, and there was a peculiar old smell in the room. On the positive side, the staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful, and the location is excellent, just steps away from shopping and restaurants.

Loved the location. Mere feet from the train station. Airport shuttle pick up across the street. Everything at your door step. Will stay again. Only lost a star because the shower head was at an angle that hit the back of the surround and flooded the bathroom. Elevator was a little slow because the buttons didn't seem to control both elevators, so they weren't efficient at picking up guests between floors enroute depending on the button you chose to push.

The hotel was in a great location and very close to public transportation. It is clean and updated. The WiFi is pretty much non existing though. My room was very dark because there was only a little bit of window to outside but within arms reach of the next building. There is no light switch near the bed so I had to leave the bathroom light on in the night.

First this hotel is situated in a nice location. Outside is the Myeongdong subway station. Limousine bus stop is like 3 mins walk from the hotel. It’s a walk away from Myeongdong Street or Night Market. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. The room is very nice I booked a 4 beds since I went there and visited South Korea with my nieces. The room has additional shower so it is a nice addition so we do not need to wait for one person to finish. The body wash? shampoo? conditioner? oh my they offer those in big bottles with pump!! and for free!!

Right outside this hotel is another 7/11 store a money changer.

Outside the lobby is the ramen resto which I would recommend, my nieces love that place!!!

Across this hotel is starbucks and the Daiso bulding with 12 floors.

15 mins i think away with uber or taxi to N Seoul Tower if like shopping it is a walkable distance to Shinsegae mall duty free!

I would recommend this place to my friends and family who wanted to visit South Korea particularly Myeongdong.

The hotel is steps away from the airport bus stop which made getting to and from ICN so easy.

This place is marvellous, heart of myeongdong. Lots of shopping and eating places. Airport Limousine stops very near to the hotel.
My only issue is that this hotel does not have a car drop off/pickup place. Hence when it rains, it gets really messy, especially when we needed to go to the airport. We had to carry our luggage’s in the rain to the taxi on the road even though we booked the taxi earlier. That aside, there is a money changer next door to the hotel which I did not know. When I asked the hotel receptionist where I can change my foreign currency to KRW, she only pointed out the machine in the hotel. She could have given me a choice to go to the money changer next door which does not need my passport nor charge me any commission. But overall the stay was good

Prime location for tourists. Myeondong station exit 9 is literally right outside the hotel. So makes it easy to get anywhere. We did a DMZ tour via Klook and one of the pickup spots was Myeondong station exit 9. And the neighborhood is filled with tourists so convenient if you don’t speak Korean as many hotel and restaurant staff speak English. Good area for first time visitors but

Hotel is nothing fancy but it was clean. We were a family of 4 and stayed in a quadruple room which had 4 twin beds. There are 2 showers but one sink. Very little counter space in the bathroom. Had 2 hair dryers but no iron. Housekeeping brought one up for us very quickly when we called through. O

Right in front of exit 9 of Myeongdong subway station. Location is very convenient for shopping and dining out. Standard room with twin beds is so much smaller than in other hotels. Cramped space, hardly have any room to put your bags in. No airconditioning when we stayed , only heater so we had to crack open the windows. That said it was still a good stay as we hardly spent time in the hotel anyway.

Stayed here on our last night in Seoul, every staff memeber we interacted with were friendly and helpful, best out of all the places we stayed. The location is the best for the shops, airport bus stop, daiso across the road along with 3 big coffee shops just steps away. The room was functional and compact for 2x adults and 2x teens but had 2 showers which was great made getting ready alot faster. Also my sister is a smoker so she appreciated there was a area on our floor. We stayed on the 5th floor and rooms with 4x single beds which were comfortable. Would recommend and stay here next time im Myeong-dong. Front of house staff great customer servie thank you.

The only good thing about it is location. The Myeongdong station is just next door and there's the 6015 bus you can take to and from the airport and it will only cost 17k won. The room was small for what I paid for but I don't really need a big one but it wasn't well thought. There's one outlet where you can charge your gadget and you have to move things around. Imagine trying to move or open your luggage around in a tiny space, and they don't want you to put your luggage on the bed. I have to bring the kettle to where the outlet was. There aren't any freebies in this hotel that you can take home or use for the day. Not even a bottle of water although there's a water dispenser in every floor that's good if you have your own water bottle. The beds oh my gosh.. they're not comfy at all. It was the worst nights I've had in Korea. Before staying here, we came from another hotel with a much smaller room but everything was well placed and it included free breakfast (varied everyday) and lots of freebies from free coffee or green tea, facial skincare, use of pj's, microwave, water dispenser and use of laundry facility. I paid way less for this smaller room. So take all of this with a grain of salt. You might have a good experience but I didn't and wouldn't go back.

The location was very convenient, but the room itself was very stuffy and smelled moldy when the AC is not on. The AC itself is on the ceiling directly over the beds, so at night it was quite uncomfortable having it blowing over our heads. The flaps were not working so we couldn’t change the direction of the flow either. Otherwise the staff was friendly and it’s super close to the airport bus station. Overall, a good stay for night or two but not more than that.

The Hotel’s condition is bad!!!. Wifi is free but is suck. One of our rooms is next to the smoking room and we can smell cigarette in our room constantly. My other room has a urine odor in the room. My kids room got assigned to 7th floor whereas ours are on 3rd floor. We were told no room available on the same floor. The laundry is located at the basement but the elevator won’t reach the laundry area. We have to take stairs. The laundry area is also leaking water and the hotel just puts towels everywhere to absorb the water. the only good thing I can say about the hotel is location. The Subway entrance is right outside the hotel and myeongdong shopping street just a few steps away. There is L7 hotel next door and it looked much nicer. I wish I have known this option when I do my booking. I will never return to this hotel again!!

Hotel is in a great location to food, shopping, and transit! Very clean room. Our room has a small window that doesn’t have a view. It’s a plus to have a laundry facility in the basement but that level of the hotel was quite hot while I was there and the AC didn’t do much to cool that level.

Initially we had planned on spending as little of time as we could in the hotel however the paper thin walls made it impossible to sleep. The noise was constant and you could hear tvs playing from other rooms. Our window was also fake so we weren’t able to get fresh air into the room. On top of that when leaving the hotel I was bombarded and harassed by bystanders outside of the hotel front doors.

Excellent location! I could not be happier with how close it is to the main tourist areas of Seoul. Double Bed was two twins pushed together so needed to stay on one side ore the other. Room was small but the pictures from the website are accurate so I didn’t expect more It was kept clean and tidy every day. Don’t get the breakfast as there are literally hundreds of places to eat within 5-10 minutes of walking. I would definitely stay here again because of the location.

For a 3 star hotel there should be at least a bedside table, lamp and means to turn off the lights from bed. The overall condition is well worn. Its one positive aspect is its excellent location. I would not recommend this hotel to the discerning travel.

Aside from having an excellent location, near just about every thing, the hotel is very very basic. Room is extremely small as well as bathroom, no area to even put your large luggage. I stayed here for a week with my friend and I was absolutely blown away. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They spoke English which was super helpful for us. They kept the room and other facilities clean which made it super cozy and comfortable. The rooms were small but if you’re only there to sleep it doesn’t matter. The rooms had everything you could need!
The hotel sits right in front of a subway stop which was super convenient when getting around. Not to mention you’re just a real short walk from the Myeongdong market and shopping! Plus, there was a 7/11 right next door which was convenient for getting snacks and small meals!
Overall, it was the perfect place to stay and I end up back in Seoul again, I know exactly where I’m going!
