With the way I travel, I love this place. The location is perfect. It’s on the street where all the shops and lined with the food vendors. I enjoyed this stay very much. The air conditioning and everything in my room was working great. Yes, the room is small but it’s perfect for me. For the price and a single traveler, was happy it has a double bed my own bathroom, tv and a fridge in the room.
I love the kitchen/ dining area where I ate one of my meals after buying them at the buffet of street food vendors. Was in the mood for fresh scallops and abalone but don’t want to sit in a restaurant and pay the high price. Sat in the dining area and enjoyed it without stinking up my room.
The only issue I had was the cleaning crew. When they come in the morning, they’re loud. I have a hard time sleeping at night and they woke me up 3 times. But when I asked them to lower down their voice, they did which was great. I was able to go back to my deep sleep at 10am. Love this place and will stay here on by next visit again.

The Hotel was in a poor condition! No proper bathing facility, no Tub or shower cubicle!
The shower was Attached to the SINK Tap.
No soap or other amenities in the bathroom.

Very restricted space in the room with an uncomfortable bed and only One pillow!
There was a leak in the bathroom and water was all over the floor!! I did complain!!

Sorry, but I wasn’t happy at all!!

Not like the photos at all. Was supposed to stay 3 nights but left after the first. Beds were very dirty and stained. Asked for a different room because of the linen. Was given the room beside and it was so better. Stains on the walls. Very run down. Should’ve read more reviews. Not sure why it’s rated so highly by some.

Always wanted to try staying here, finally got a chance to and it was a pretty good experience. Room was actually relatively a good size to accommodate two luggages! Clean and also comfortable i would say. Especially being in the heart of myeong dong, it was really convenient too! Staff was also attentive and helpful when i needed help with my luggage. Really appreciate the help!

The location was perfect and the price was cheap, but thats about it! The room were super small, the refrigerator was dirty and moldy so was the bathroom. The sink was draining extremly slowly so it was just a pain to brush my teeth.

Perfect location. Reasonable price. Great staff.

It’s a nice place to stay at if you enjoy shopping in Myeongdong. The shops are literally outside the doors of the guesthouse. Perfect as well for those who enjoy eating Myeongdong’s streetfood. 2 minutes from exit 6 of Myeongdong station so you can go around Seoul via subway. 5 minutes from the airport bus stop near Sejong hotel so perfect for those with heavy luggages. Reasonably priced as well, especially if you’re splitting the cost between 2 people. Just a note of caution, 2 big luggages can’t be opened at the same time since there is limited space.

The only minor downside to my stay was that the bathroom’s drain wasn’t working too well. But it wasn’t really much of a hassle, just needed to pause for a few minutes to allow the water to drain.

Would still highly recommend this place.

We checked in late around 11 pm and the receptionist was about to leave. Good thing we were able to catch her if not we wont be able to check in.

Overall, the accommodation was okay as it as near the subway and for the price paid. For those that may want to consider this guesthouse, just for sharing, try not to stay in rooms located at level 4, as the pantry area is at level 4, and it will be quite noisy during breakfast time (8am - 10am). In addition, there is only staff from 8am to 11pm, and it was advised that guest will have to enter password to enter the building after 11pm (apparently that is not the case), which means anybody can actually access the building (might be a security issue even though there are cameras around). Furthermore, the room is rather cozy (small), don't really have much space to put much stuffs. Lastly, towels come in two sizes, small (slightly bigger than a floor mat) and big ones (normally runs out fast), and normally is 1 to 1 exchange.

Nonetheless, on the bright side, basic shower gears are provided. Staffs are rather approachable and friendly. TV channels are mostly in Korean, but surprisingly they do show Sports channel (EPL and UFC).

Staff are generally helpful but the room is too small. After we put our luggage, there is barely space for us to walk. There is no toiletries except for shower foam and shampoo. There is also no bath towels, only floor mats. The bedsheets also look a bit dusty when we first checked in.

Overall, it was a great stay because the location of the guesthouse is strategic and convenient. It's at the heart of Myeongdong and just 3 minutes away from Exits 5 & 6 of Myeongdong Station. Cafes, restaurants and retail outlets just literally surrounds the guesthouse. The only minor downside is that it does get a bit noisy at times. The bus to Namsan cable ride is just 10 minutes walk. Namdaemun Market is also just 10 minutes walk away.

Nice and compact hotel in the center of downtown Seoul. 2 minutes walk to metro station. The room is small but contains a small bathroom. The only negative is there is no closet to hang your suit, pants, etc. Nice price for the location. The staff is very friendly.

Very clean and new rooms. Great price for the superb location. Sue the manager was really friendly and offered to give us directions to the places that we wanted to go to. Rooms are really small (our room was furnished with just a queen bed with a table/shelf) but for the price, location and private bathroom, it really can't be beat. Highly recommended.

Located in the hearts of Myeongdong, it is a good choice as you are able to shop without worry as you can return back to your room to place your things and head back out for more shopping. It is also very accessible to the subway stations! Feel free to ask the hotel staff if you need anything and they would be glad and prompt in helping you. The only down side I would say is the size of the room would be slightly small and not much of walking space.

The accommodation is located on the main street of myeongdong which is just perfect, and very near to the subway. The accommodation is still new for now hence there is still improvements to be made - there are no hooks/hangers in the room, and the room is pretty small; so if you had a big suitcase, it might be hard for you to open it up. Window is a bit small and electricity is cut when you pull out the key card - hence the humidity odor in the bathroom somehow remains in the room unless you keep the bathroom door closed. No chairs or other kind of furniture except a cabinet where a small fridge is fit in (which is great of course) but be reminded it is a small fridge so a box of strawberry only fits when vertically placed on the bottom shelf. For leave luggage before and after the stay, you will be leaving them in the corridor under the CCTV - no special room for suitcases.

お部屋のサイズはお値段なりですが、ベッドも大きめで小さいながら窓もあるので閉塞感もあまり感じませんでした。

Good room, maybe a little bit smaller than European standard, but fir east culture is ok, the kitchen is ok, the cooking area is not available, but there is an airfryer, and I can prepare without problems meat or whatever, there is also a microwave, and an automatic hot and fresh water, personally a very good place where to stay in the downtown of Seul, and the people at the reception are very polite.

シャワー室とトイレが一緒なのはしょうがないが、せめてカーテンなどで仕切りをしてほしいです。シャワーをすると便器が濡れます😥
洗面のシンクが小さ過ぎて、顔が洗いにくいです。
明洞のメインストリートにあり立地はとても良かったです。繁華街なので、騒音が気になりましたが、全く気にならなかったです。

This place is all about location. There was no mattress topper so you are sleeping directly on top of the springs. I used the duvet as extra padding and it was OK. Water pressure is really bad, could hardly shower. But again, this is a great location and I didn´t spend that much time in the room anyway. Fire security is taken very seriously, the room is well equipped with fire extinguisher and even an escape system for climbing out the window. Good value for the money.

最近話題の虫はいなかったし、他のコメントであったタオルやエアコン、ユニットバス(臭い含め)も問題なかった。シャワーの水圧はないけど、ドライヤーの風力は良かった。
アメニティはシャンプーインリンスとボディソープのみなので歯ブラシパジャマは持参必須‼️
あとは皆さん書いてるように立地がいい。

2回目の宿泊になります。なんと言っても立地が最高です。明洞駅からも近く交通の便もいいです。賑やかな場所で、食事には困りません。
　部屋は狭いですが、荷物が多くなければ問題ないです。アメニティはボディシャンプーとリンスイン？シャンプーを一回使用の物を人数分を提供してくれます。連泊時はタオルなどと一緒に毎日提供していただけました。女性はリンスやコンディショナーの持参があった方がいいです。また、歯ブラシパジャマは持参必要です。部屋が狭いためか、室内での食事は禁止になっていました。以前コロナ前に宿泊した時は、出前などもとり部屋で食べれましたが、、今は共同キッチンスペースがありそこで食べるみたいです。インスタントコーヒー粉があり、ミネラルウォーターがホットとアイスが出て、自由に飲めます。
　繁華街ですが室内には聞こえることがないです。室内のテレビはYouTubeやネットフリックスなども見れるため自宅同様のコンテンツが楽しめます。

韓国でこんなホテルは初めてでした。2泊3日我慢して滞在しましたが本当は可能であればお金を出すのでホテルをチェンジして欲しかったです。1階のエレベーター前は掃除されてなく部屋はそれでなくても超狭いのに大きな柱がど真ん中にあってキャリーケースを開いたら歩く場所がない。掛布団湿りがち！アメニティは一切ないのは仕方ないとしてもバスタオル類の交換もなく最悪のホテルでした。

トイレがどの部屋もゲロ臭く、スリッパも臭くて使えませんでした。
2泊滞在でしたが、部屋の清掃はありません。
シーツが敷いていない部屋もありました。
布団カバーは洗ってないのでしょうか。靴の足跡や、べったりとシミがありました。
社員旅行でなければ一瞬で宿泊キャンセルするレベルです。
宿泊される方は互換性ACアダプタを持参した方がいいです。

下水の匂いがずっと上がってました。
でも、明洞のど真ん中にあり、駅も近くとても便利でした。
それにスタッフさんがとても親切です
英語と韓国語しか話せず、
日本語は話せません。

駅から近くてお店も深夜まで空いていて便利でしたが、ホテル迄の案内の地図で向ったのですがその位置になってもホテルがなく、来た道を戻りながら左右を見渡していたら真逆の位置にホテルがありました。立地のわりにお値段の安くて部屋も清潔な感じでベッドもセミダブルでゆっくり出来ました。廊下にウォーターサーバーもあって良かったです。Wi-Fiの入りも良かったです。部屋にWi-Fiのパスワードがありましたが受付で案内されたパスワードと違っていて部屋にあるパスワードでは使えませんてました。3泊しましたが、アメニティは何故かシャンプーとボデソープは２個ずつしか置かれてなかったです。タオルは体用と顔用みたいなのが１枚ずつとお風呂の足用マットが１枚と部屋用スリッパが２組ありました。トイレとシャワーが一緒になっていてシャワーをするとトイレはびちゃびちゃになるのでシャワーをするのが難しかったです。トイレ内の内装はオシャレでしたが機能面では全て使いずらかったです。部屋での食事は禁止になっていました。安くて立地もいいのでこれくらいは仕方ないかな言う感じです。ただ明洞の街中にあるので深夜まで外の騒音が凄いので静かにくつろぎたい方には向きません。

El personal fue muy amable, pero el cuarto era extremadamente pequeño, inclusive para una sola persona, el baño olía muy mal por la tubería, la ventana encima de la cama goteaba todo el día y toda la noche, debajo de la cama estaba muy sucio. Lo único bueno era la cocina. Tampoco había personal en la madrugada después de las 11 pm, una vez olvide mi tarjeta dentro de la habitación y no pude entrar hasta las 8 am del otro día, lamentable.

夠方便去地鐵站去其他地方又便利，住宿乾淨，服務工作人員服務好有問都即答，房間乾淨企理，價錢唔貴，所以會係適合唔諗住用太多錢去旅行會係一個好選擇，我自己再去韓國都會再選擇依間旅館

絕對唔會再入住同集團的旅館. 洗手間清潔程度完全不能接受. 入住5 天, 完全沒有人收拾房間, 房間內的隔音非常差. 大家訂購前必定要三思.

화장실 냄새가 너무낫어여 이건 냄새가 아니라 악취에여
침대시트 베개시트에 피랑 얼룩이 묻어있어 굉장히 찝찝하고
싫었습니다 바닥도 실내화를 안신으면 찝찝할정도였습니다

韓国にいく際は毎度利用させてもらっています。
部屋はスーツケースを入れたらかなり狭いですが、寝れれば十分って方には良い宿だと思います。シャワーの水圧は時間帯によってはやや弱めで部屋の掃除は三日に一度しかしていただけません。前日までに、フロントのスタッフさんに伝えれば翌日の朝していただけました。タオルやフロアーマットはスタッフさんに言えば頂けます。こちらを利用する一番のポイントは、買い物した荷物を宿に置きに戻れるのでその点は立地的に考えてもとても便利な宿だと思います。スタッフさんは日本語は通じませんが英語は通じました。
総合的に特に不便な点もないので今後も利用したいです。

立地が良くて良かったです！ただ、浴室にカビが多かったのと、食堂の近くだったのか部屋にゴキブリが居たのが残念でした！

チェックイン時に保証金20000ウォンを支払います。チェックアウトで返してもらえます。チェックインして部屋に入ってトイレに入ったとき、便器の中に髪の毛がたくさんはいってました。シーツもかえてる？黄ばんでいてちょっと抵抗がありましたが、もう寝るだけだし立地と値段で我慢しました。かなり作りがもろいのか隣の部屋の音はすべて丸聞こえです。あとベッドの下に物を落としたので取ろうとして覗きこんだらゴミがたくさんおちてました笑いままで立地と安いとこでいろいろ泊まりましたがここは汚さナンバーワンでした～リピートはさすがにもうないです。

但價格在明洞區算合理如果純粹去旅行找個地方落腳休息也算合適
