Very helpful staff, located close , within easy walking distance of all you need to see in Nancy. Restaurants to cater for all tastes.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful and the hotel also offers a good breakfast and underground attached parking. We stayed one night during hot weather and our room did not have air conditioning or a fan so it was an uncomfortable night. The bedroom portion of the room was clean and in good shape but the bathroom is in need of an update as the sink had multiple stains and did not make a good impression. The property's location is within walking distance of the main sights but the line 1 street car is just a block away and very easy to use. There is also a food store right behind the hotel so it's easy to stock up on food and supplies

The apartment hotel room was larger than a regular hotel room, with more facilities. The hotel had an adequate breakfast buffet. There was reasonable space to park in the street (in addition to available underground parking). While not located in the centre of town, the walk into the centre was not long. Staff very helpful

I am accustomed to have the room and bed cleaned up daily. The room has a kitchen that initially was well prepared, but the dirty plates, cups, and so forth were not touched by the maid, and the bed was not touched. Highly unusual!

I genuinely enjoyed the \"apartel\" idea. It was convenient to have a fridge, burners, hot water kettle etc. the market was just a block away. All was very convenient. The room was simply but we'll appointed. I wold certainly return or try another Residhome Appart Hotel since this is a chain. Very enjoyable.

The hotel was really easy to find by car with free parking in front of the hotel. The check in staff was friendly and the rooms where normal size for a 3star hotel with a nice equipt kitchen the only thing is that there is no wifi only cable internet in the room not so practical for you mobile divices but overall good hotel that I would recommend

Stop over in hotel in Bensheim as couple with dog. Hotel is new, in a business park in a suburb of Bensheim. Good buffet breakfast with bacon and eggs. Welcome bottle of water in room. Airco, overall pleasant.

Quick check in with thorough instructions by reception. WiFi strong and reliable. We didn't eat breakfast in the breakfast room, but with a full service grocery store only a block away, we chose to prepare our meals in the kitchenette, which was supplied w/ all the basics needed, including microwave, refridgerator, and two burner stove top. The description on the website is accurate. The tram from the train station stops no more than two blocks away. HINT: fold away the bed back into a couch in the morning / makes the room seem twice as big for daytime activities. The city offers a variety of gardens and architecture, including the magnificent Stanislas square / UNESCO designated and for good reason.

While traveling in France, we always try to stay at the Residhome hotel chain, because they are consistent in size of the room, cleanliness of the room, and have a kitchen to save on meal costs. Residhome Appart Hotel Nancy Lorraine had parking and you could walk to the attractions at Place Stanislas. Recommended.

A good choice for a short trip of 1 or 2 nights. Rooms are on the small side, but decently clean, and the kitchenette is well appointed with the basic utensils one might use on such a stay. Watch out for the reduced reception hours on weekends (and strict check-in/check-out times). Location is great, close to the historic city center (a 10 minute walk), but still in a quiet neighborhood. It is also fairly easy to find a parking spot in thesurrounding streets. All in all, recommended - would stay there again.

I found the reception very friendly and volunteered information about the area of what was happening that day and where to obtain a choice of venues within ten minutes walking distance for an evening meal. The hotel was extremely clean with a comfortable lounge to relax.

Very nice visit to Nancy
Our stay was very enjoyable and offered a nice location only a 10 minute walk from the city center. The hotel room offered some flexibility to restaurants with the very well equiped kitchenette. The addition of a \"supermarche\" being just a block form the hotel offered a guests to ability to have some options to the hotel breakfast and occasional snack if desired. The staff was very helpful and the additional benefit of a parking garage under the hotel if the guest had a car was very nice. The choice of restaurants in the immediate area is limited but still acceptable. A few noteworthy items is that the front desk is unoccupied from about 1800 until the next morning at about 0500. Entry to the hotel is by a keypad outside the door. Internet access is available in the room but is not WiFi (cable only). WiFi is available in the main lobby area but when it is being used after the front desk hours, there was only limited seating (two chairs) and the liting would occasionally go out since it was controlled by a motion sensor. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We had great stay in this residence.. on the way to Amsterdam, + point: value for money.. for the amount we paid, the room is spacious, clean, well equipped, love the kitchen, love the balcony, love the bathtub, the receptionist are super helpful and friendly, feel so welcome in this place :) - point: Since we are renting studio apartment with sofa bed, the bed is not as comfortable as the normal bed, would suggest to choose the room with normal bed instead. The water heater is the small storage type, so after one person use the bath-up, the next need to wait for a while, otherwise you will have cold shower, there is couple fighting in the midnight from the neighbor, but this is not the hotel's fault... Overall it was a nice stay in this place, definitely will stay again if have the chance

I was attending a conference at the University of Lorraine. This hotel is few minutes walk from the St George's tram stop (line 1) which goes directly to the university via Nancy train station and the main shopping street (also very close to Stanilas Square).
The hotel is quiet. My room had a large window and the floor to ceiling door, both of which opened so ventilation was good. There was also climate control and a large fan in the room. I did not need these in September. The kitchenette in my room was well equipped (fridge with ice box, 2 ring hob, microwave, saucepans, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery). The hotel provides a very good buffet breakfast for 9 euros - good value if you have time - I didn't. This hotel is extremely good value and convenient. If you want your room cleaned, this costs extra.

I'll use Residhomes again
This hotel is a pleasant 10 minute walk from Nancy centre. it is very convenient with easy parking outside (no need to pay) and a good Leclerc supermarket open until 7.30pm two minutes away. I booked a studio room for my wife and me which we thought was well thought out. We found the bed comfortable and the room had adequate space when the bed was folded to a sofa. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only criticism would be that the nights we stayed the temperature was 32c plus and the rooms do not have A/C. However, given the low prices for rooms, this is not unreasonable. A big plus, the breakfast is excellent. Fresh made pain de tradition, good ham, eggs, still warm croissant from the local boulangerie. As good a continental breakfast as I've had in hotels of four times the price. I'll be using other Residhomes in France.

In die Stadt sind es fünf bis zehn Minuten zu Fuß, die Gare routiere Ste-Catherine ist kurz über die Brücke, zum Bahnhof ist es allerdings zu fuß zu weit. Großer Supermarkt hinter dem Haus. It was a nice experience overall, clean and spacious accommodations. We arrived after 21h00, and the self checkin went smoothly with very clear instructions. A big minus on the breakfast. Pretty close to the historical center and a wonderful park (Pépinière)

cetait la 3e fois, nous avons passé un bon séjour la chambre et la salle de bain est propre confortable, calme. On peut se garer facilement a cote de l’hôtel. La réceptionniste est très aimable.

Quel bel endroit pour un court séjour à Nancy!
Mon mari et moi avons été pleinement satisfaits de ce séjour non pas du 5 au 7 mais du 6 au 8 décembre, date à laquelle je fêtais mes 70 ans! Là formule de l’appart hôtel nous a laissé plus de liberté pour profiter pleinement des fêtes de St Nicolas. Le parking souterrain directement accessible depuis la chambre est très appréciable. Très bon accueil et très bon confort. À recommander!

The accommodation is located perfectly near the water, a supermarket is closed by and lots of cool stuff to do around. The staff is friendly, the rooms aren‘t the most well maintained but are very well equipped with a small and practical kitchenette. I would definitely recommend it when you want a clam place to sleep with a nice neighborhood!

Wij hebben hier onze heenreis en terugreis naar het zuiden van Frankrijk overnacht. Juist om Nancy een beetje te ontdekken en wat leuks te doen. Superlief en vriendelijk ontvangen, heenreis bloedheet en kregen heerlijk flesje koud water aangeboden en bij de terugreis veel regen en kregen paraplu te leen. Ze herkenden ons weer terug en dat voelde als warm welkom terug. Tips voor de buurt en hulp bij hoe nou te betalen voor parkeren. Geen vraag was te veel. Wij konden niet met dakkoffer gebruik maken van eigen parkeergarage maar auto veilig voor de deur kunnen parkeren voor gunstig parkeertarief. Kamer is basis maar helemaal goed voor een overnachting. 1x 2-persoonsbed en 1 slaapbank voor onze 2 kids. Fijn om ook met deur af te sluiten ipv met zijn allen in 1 ruimte. Keuken met wat je nodig hebt en fijn een ruime koelkast. Badkamer met bad vonden de kids heerlijk na de reis. Geen airco maar wel 3 blowers in de kamer wat erg fijn was. Donkere gordijnen en rolluiken voor fijne nachtrust. Liepen met max 15 min. het centrum in, Place Stanislas erg mooi plein en erg leuke terrasjes voor ieder wat wils. Op de terugreis geshopt in de winkelstraten. Ontbijt mogelijk bij te boeken. Prijs & kwaliteit naar ons idee dik in orde

Het is een prima locatie voor een zeer redelijke prijs. Het was erg warm (32 graden) tijdens ons verblijf en het zal vanwege de opwarming van de aarde waarschijnlijk nog veel vaker erg warm en nog warmer zijn. Daarom mijn oproep om airconditioning te plaatsen in de hotelkamers.
Verder was er een open en vriendelijke behulpzaamheid in dit hotel. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig doch prima. Al met al is dit hotel een aanrader als je voor een dagje Nancy wilt bezoeken,
