If you are looking for a place that feels almost disconnected from human presence, this is it—there is no in-person check-in, as everything is handled by phone.
It was not clearly communicated that arriving in the evening could mean having no parking available. After a five-hour drive, we arrived around 9:00 p.m. with two children and discovered there was no parking on-site. We had to park on the street and ensure the car was moved before 10:00 a.m. the next morning. While moving a car is not unusual, when traveling with children, having on-site parking and flexibility is important—especially since this was one of the reasons I chose this property.
The accommodation itself was overall fine; however, the complete absence of human customer service was quite surprising. Arriving at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday does not seem particularly late, yet access required calling a French phone number. While I personally have a French number, I felt uncomfortable thinking about international guests who may not and would still need to call a local number just to enter the property.
If you are seeking comfort, flexibility, and customer service, this would not be the right place. If, on the other hand, you value privacy and minimal to no human interaction, this accommodation may suit you well.

Well set up for a family break, the kitchen facilities worked well for us as a family. The best part of the hotel, is the heated indoor pool. Parking also is convenient, although, you have to pay first before being able to enter the parking.

Given a room overlooking a main thoroughfare. The thermostat on the wall was there for looks only as it did nothing to change the temperature. So, I had to either have a hot room or a noisy room. Desk staff had limited English skills. Exercise room needs a good cleaning.

Difficult to get the most appropriate address to drive to. The web site address is best, however, you have to park on the footpath and register before you can park. 5pm check in was an issue for us, had to drive outside city and wait 2 hours before being able to check in. Location was good, close to everything and easy walk to city centre. Again no ability to watch tv in english or screen mirror.

When we realised we won't be in before 7, I tried to call the number on the Expedia confirmation email. This wasnt the hotel but switchboard gave me the number for hotel. It took me 5 tries and waiting in the phone for over 30 mins to get hold of someone. The information on Expedia, their website and the waiting music information for opening times ate all different.
If I had a choice I wouldnt have stayed, it was revolting but I didnt want to alarm my family. I washed everything but next day all of us had diarrhoea.

I personally can not imagine hotels with no air conditioning, this is simply crucial to me. The apartments are really tiny ones, the bedroom is hard to fit a couple in. The smell of rooms is somehow weird, I didn’t like it

The fact that I couldn’t get in on my first night wasn’t great especially after a long journey! If you plan accommodation you really hope to be able to get in. It wasn’t very late (before 9pm) but the phone number for late arrivals wasn’t answered and timings for the reception being closed were different. However, the room was clean and comfortable when I did manage to gain access the following day. It would be helpful if there was a better system if you arrive in the evening.

We stay at Nemea - Appart-Hotel Nancy Grand Coeur one night on our way from the UK to Italy. The hotel is brand new. The room was very clean and comfortable if a tad small for a family of four. The location is excellent, walking distance to the city centre and the beautiful Place Stanislas.

We were in a new location in Nancy. The hotel had no branding so it took us about 6 times of driving around the location before finding it. We have a 3 year old that was really excited about the pool but the pool was not ready yet, if this was communicated before our stay we could have prepared him. However this was only communicated upon arrival.

Séjour de 3 jours avec ma fille. Appartement très agréable, piscine et sauna trop bien ! Cuisine aménagée avec le nécessaire pour petit déjeuner et repas rapide. A 10 minutes à pieds de l’hyper centre. Places de parking de l’hôtel limitées (12€/jour). Nous nous sommes garés dans les rués autour (8€/jour).

Un petit déjeuné pour 16 euros qui n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Impossible d'avoir une de parking de l'hotel. Concernant toujours des réponses évasives. Aucun geste commercial fait à notre départ.

No one is answering calls on duty phone.
No one is picking the front desk phone or the duty phone outside \"strange\" business hours. Which makes it impossible for guests arriving late to access any hotel premises. This was my case and I had to spend the first night in another hotel which caused additional spending.

Chambre très sale (photos à l'appui). Ce n'est pas un hôtel de luxe mais la propreté est à revoir. La moquette pas aspirée, les ustensiles de cuisine à récurer si on veut les utiliser et j'ai aussi retrouvé le lave vaisselle rempli d'assiettes sales des précédents locataires. Comment peut-on ne pas s'en rendre compte quand on fait la chambre ? Bref, je n'y retournerai pas.

Bon accueil accessible pour visites de la ville à pieds présence de piscine bien pour les enfants calme mais points de saleté à noter couvercle de poubelle cuisine très sale à notre arrivée et quand nous sommes partis et avons enlever les housses de couette….. une couette avait une tache énorme bien 50cm de diamètre jaune …urines???? Et coussins tachés jaune et taches de sang …ne l a t on pas vu au niveau du personnel quand ils ont préparé nos lits ???? Sale , et pas de poêle dans la cuisine ! Et trois cuillère à café pour nous 3 , en résumé point très négatif la propreté

La propreté des chambres n'est pas au rendez-vous. La moquette n'avait pas été aspirée, pas d'alèse sur le matelas. En plus, le lave vaisselle était rempli avec tous les assiettes et couverts sales des anciens occupants... Comment peut-on avoir un service pareil, dans un établissement qui se dit 4 étoiles ? L'étant général des parties communes est catastrophique: couloirs sales, sols collants, murs tâchés. Franchement, passez votre chemin....

Laut Beschreibung ist ein Reservierung des Parkplatzes nicht nötig, als wir ankommen sind war er voll. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber auf dem Flur lag der Dreck, Papier und Staub von einer Woche. Nur jeweils 1 Glas und 1 Becher sind für 2 Personen einfach zu wenig. Aber mit gerade mal 10 Blatt Toilettenpapier kommt man auch als Einzelperson nicht weit. Mann muss ein Papier (gibt es nur auf französisch) unterschrieben und eine Kaution über 150 Euro hinterlegen, für diverse Verstöße.
U.a. falls man was kaputt macht. Im Zimmer ankommen, war in der Badezimmer Tür ein Loch auf beiden Seiten und der Waschtischunterschrank kaputt. Warum wird so ein Zimmer dann überhaupt vermietet? Für den kontaktlosen Checkout lag ein offener Korb auf dem Tresen, in den man die Karte legen musste. Für andere Gäste frei zugänglich. Die bisher schlechteste Unterkunft auf unseren vielen Reisen. Auch wenn es günstig ist, sauber sollte es doch sein. Leider kann man bei der Bewertung keine Bilder mitsenden.

L'emplacement, le parking sont parfaits pour accèder au centre ville ! Appartement 1 chambre spacieux et lumineux au confort suffisant. Arrivée tardive rendue possible mais procédure pour obtenir les codes d'accès non expliquée clairement (malgré la réservation effectuée des semaines auparavant, avec mention dès le départ d'une arrivée tardive) -Ai dû contacter Némea plusieurs fois avec des réponses différentes ou partielles (malgré un personnel accueillant). En fait je découvre qu'un lien de paiement est envoyé le jour même(malgré le non remboursable la veille)...pas pratique quand on travaille ou déjà en route... j'aurai préféré payer tranquillement le jour précédent ou avant, et au moins avoir le choix et comprendre la procédure. Wifi de l'hôtel non sécurisé...ce qui n'est pas vraiment acceptable ... Ces quelques points qui pourraient donc être améliorés pour un accueil parfait.

Les chambres sont correctes, maintenant, elles peuvent soit être \"propres\", soit à moitié faites (toilettes pas nettoyés, lit sans finir, pas de sacs poubelle, assiettes sales mais rangés dans le placard... Bref, chaque expérience est une nouvelle aventure... C'est vraiment dommage car les installation sont neuves mais du fait que le nettoyage n'est pas fait correctement, ça va devenir vieillot sans tarder. Concernant le pétit déjeuner, pour moi c'est cher pour ce que c'est. En plus mal organisé très souvent : soit les croissants cramés, soit les fruits beaucoup trop mûrs et inmangeables, ...

J'ai payé par Expedia le DOUBLE du prix (57 contre 110€), soit 224,40 euro une prestation de congres que mon voisin de chambre a payee 118,40 euro pour exactement la MEME chambre. Lui, a téléphoné directement a l'établissement. Belle commission pour vous, je trouve. Vous etes des arnaqueurs, des voleurs et je pèse bien mes mots. Expedia?, a fuir et a deconseiller formellement. Pratique et confort, la piscine est le gros plus!
J'ai pris un appartement dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel, et mon choix s'est porté sur le Néméa du fait de la présence de la piscine. Même si elle n'est pas très grande, c'est un plaisir très appréciable et un vrai confort après une journée de travail intense. La chambre, la literie et la propreté sont aussi au rendez vous, comme d'habitude. Je recommande !

Un hôtel bien situé, l’accueil est agréable. En revanche le ménage n’est pas super, il y avait des miette plein la moquette dans la chambre à mon arrivé.

Det var meget meget varmt. Gulvene så beskidte ud, men ellers fint rent. Alt i alt ganske fint til prisen.
