Our only issue was the room was very hot.
We ended up turning off the heat, after 5 adjustments to the temperature.
Finally we opened the window so we could sleep.
Luckily, we were on an upper floor.

If you are on a driving holiday looking for a budget hotel with secure parking for 1 night it’s good for that. Gentleman on reception was good, thereafter the waiting staff were unmotivated and lacking enthusiasm or interest. Rooms were nice, great water bottle refil on each floor. Breakfast was ok.

Perfect stop off..

Used this hotel for a stop off driving from italy. Great little hotel, right off the motorway so easy to get to, reasonable resturant and a pool for a refreshing dip after a very long drive. Nice clean and comfortable room too.

Lovely hotel, convenient for Les Trois Forets CP.

Lovely hotel, clean, well maintained and very friendly staff who speak great English.

We used this hotel on a trip back from South of France and stayed here for two nights, with a day trip to Les Trois Forets Center Parcs which is under an hour away.

The general condition of the hotel was good, staff were helpful. The room was cramped with a small double bed. Breakfast was ok but lacked attention to stocking. The dinning area was being restricted before breakfast period had finished, guests were ushered away from tables to allow lunch setting to take place.
Access for parking was good, I would stay again

The room wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped for a Novotel. So much dust everywhere. No water in the room only to find out you need to collect a bottle and fill it near the reception. Only noticed when it was after midnight. Why having a fridge in the room and no water or drinks in it. The sink in the bathroom smelled of sewage. Pool area and general area looked ok. Ed was a double and made a lot of noise when turning. Not great.

It's a shame that air conditioning was out of the question. The Receptionist said she has to turn on the air conditioning for the whole building???? This is a Hotel, according to your amenities, you have an air conditioning and that was the reason for me booking this hotel 😭😭😭I had to open the window and bear the noise of the main road all night.Very disappointing.

We booked a room with an extra bed for a child, but unfortunately the bedding on the spare bed was very dirty, with hairs and marks all over the blanket and mucus on the pillow. Particularly during the current pandemic, we were really disappointed with this. We had arrived very late with tired children so didn’t want to ask for the bed to be changed so used the spare mattress underneath the single bed (which thankfully had clean sheets on it) and a spare blanket (also clean). It was such a disappointing oversight when everything else seemed fine. We had been so impressed with the evening reception staff dealing with a booking issue for another member of our party and being very welcoming and accommodating, but the morning staff seemed totally disinterested when we told them about the issue and offered no real apology or explanation.

The hotel was comfortable and the pool was large enough and clean. The breakfast was delicious and good value. However, we had to pay for dinner for our two children even though we had paid extra on the family room for half board. We weren't made aware of this when we checked in. We also weren't told we had to reserve a table. The set menu wasn't very extensive and we had the impression we had to make our 14 year old choose from that as we thought we had paid. Our waiter was very unfriendly, although the waitresses were more friendly. We wouldn't have dinner at the hotel if we stayed again.

The access ,arriving from Luxembourg or the center of Nancy is unique , because is very easy and safe at any time of the day !
The entrance to hotel is very nice and the backyard too !
The only negative point for me and my family, is the hygiene in the toilets, not clean as it should be and a strong strange smell in the alleyway - corridor .

Well-appointed hotel close to motorway links

A good standard Novotel in the western suburbs of Nancy, close to main roads around the city but our room was very quiet with an inner door that also diminished any \"corridor\" noise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean, with toiletries supplied. Not much opportunity to eat in the surrounding district unless you can drive there but we ate in the hotel restaurant where our evening meal was good, although a bit expensive. It's also possible to take a regular bus into Nancy (20 mins) from just outside the hotel if you want to visit the city. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was well worth the extra amount - an excellent array of cereals, breads and pastries, cheese, ham or a cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. We only stayed one night but would thoroughly recommend this Novotel for anyone wishing to break their journey in Nancy.

It's modern and it's all very good.

Large comfortable rooms, fully updated in recent renovation. Very nice breakfast, indoors or out. Large outdoor pool in reasonably quiet setting. Easy suburban proximity to highway, with free parking. Friendly staff. 10 min drive into Nancy. We extended our stay.

Secret resort in the city

Thus hotel has a great pool and can feel like a relaxing mini resort near Nancy. Looks recently remodeled and very clean. The food is also quite good. Novotel quality tends to vary a lot city to city - this is the best one I've stayed at so far.

A wonderful place to stay on a long toad trip across Europe. We were not looking for a destination hotel but rather a reasonably priced overnight room close to the motorway. This hotel was great for that purpose. The rooms are small and simple but clean and efficient. Good value for the price.

A good comfortable hotel easy to reach from the autoroute without going into the town. Perfect for an overnight stop. Comfortable beds. Shower room very modern (needs brighter lighting),but shower cubicle very slippery when wet! We had a good evening meal and the breakfast was excellent with good choice. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Great place for a stop over. Rooms are modern and very clean. Beds are comfortable and extra pillows are on hand. Staff are multilingual, helpful and approachable. Fast food, petrol and supermarket over the road. If you get an executive room your mini bar is free, you get a better coffee machine and the use of dressing gown/slippers for your stay. Swimming pool is lovely but very cold! Towels for pool available from reception. Restaurant onsite although breakfast is expensive! Someone had their wedding buffet outside when we stayed and a rally group of old cars were also staying on way to Italy so lots of lovely cars in car park! Plenty of parking. Located just off major motorway and central Nancy is a few minutes drive and is apparently lovely to visit

We used this as an overnight stop to our annual ski trip this year and last. The fact we went back says something good. However the restaurant had deteriorated in the intervening time. It looks like they are doing some modifications and so hopefully this is a temporary glitch. However the quality of the food was mediocre at best across the four meals we had. Service remained friendly which with the comfort of our family room and its location mean we will consider this again next time.

It's a Novotel, so you know what you are going to get in terms of service and accommodation - both met expectations. Staff were friendly! However, the quality of the food was very good, both evening meal and breakfast were very good for this type of hotel I would say... not cheap but at least we felt we knew where the extra few euros were spent.

Average Novotel standard but with the worst pillows I've ever slept on. Common areas nice and breakfast was the best I've had in France! So much choice it was hard to know where to start and the quality was excellent. Swimming pool could do with a refurb. Steps were loose and it looked like it needed a good clean but a welcome addition after a long drive on a very hot day.

Nice Mid-Range priced Hotel

Hotel was very close to the Nancy Zenith Ampitheatrer, which made going to a concert there, very easy. It was clean, and the staff was helpful, when needed. The lounge are was nice, and they even stayed open late to accommodate everyone after the concert with food and beverages. The hotel staff told us what bus line to take right outside our hotel that took us down to the center of Nancy, so we could leave our car at their secure parking lot. There was a market and some food places close by within walking distance to hotel, which made it convenient as well.

Stay was perfect. Hotel is very close from highway (5mn drive) and has a closed parking. Neighbourhood is OK although not very attractive... Deco is a bit 'cold' and impersonal like most of the hotel of the group. Staff is very nice and helpful. Restaurant is a bit expensive but food was tasty and well served. Rooms are clean and matresses very comfortable. A bathtube would have been a plus. Wifi in rooms was very fast and not limited ! (Hopefully because I could update my GPS for the following day trip !!) I unfortunately couldn't enjoy the outside pool due to bad weather... Two types of breakfast are served. Will stay again if I have to stay in the area. Thank you !

Stayed here on business near Nancy. The hotel was a well maintained, clean, warm and had helpful staff. Free WiFi too which is a first for me! Excellent food and great service make it a great recommendation!

Beware though; while the hotel is well situated near Nancy and surrounding business parks - a taxi from the airport was 95 euros, then a taxi from the hotel to the TGV was 98 euros! Luckily work pays for my travel but you may wish to consider how you're going to get to and from the hotel to the airport!

A good stop en route to Switzerland with kids

We stayed at the hotel en route to and from Switzerland. It was just what we needed and excellent value for money. We had dinner in the hotel on the way to Switzerland and at a local restaurant on the way back. The local restaurant was a more French experience and very good but the kids menu in the Novotel was better. The prices were similar. Breakfast in the Novotel was excellent. Nancy is also well worth visiting.

Da vi ankom fik vi at vide at deres aircon var ude af drift (+30 grader den dag).
Ingen kompensation.

Sidst på eftermiddagen rendte der nogen rundt på etagerne og bankede voldsomt på værelsesdørene.
Der var nogen der havde taget foto.
Det var 3-4 personer i 18-20 års alderen.
Skete flere gange.
Skræmmende oplevelse.
Henvendelsen (klagen) til receptionen blev ikke taget særligt alvorlig.
