What wasn’t expected was the 3.30am shouting and boombox music from outside trying to attract either a guest or staff member. Not good. No car parking on site aim for indigo parking 5 mins walk. Good value - this is a budget, no frills hotel very close to the centre of town (which is beautiful) Parking is approximately a 5 minute walk away. Our only very minor criticism was that there were only 3 very thin pillows in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for one night, breaking our journey driving down from UK to Italy via Switzerland.

The website promised tea and coffee making facilities and welcome tray of cake, so we didn't bother with our travel kettle. Gor there to be told kettle now swapped with a hairdryer and none available but I could buy a latte for 4 euro! We had two rooms as there were 4 of us..That's 16 euro for one drink. Air. Onditionsing in neither rooms worked and when I told reception I was told sorry..but they didn't do anything about it, as such slept with window open to try and get some air and street noise kept us awake. Overall, I would NOT recommend this place, sorry.

The hotel is close to the train station and a short walk to the old town. The room was very small but clean. As other reviews have stated, since the shower partition is not long enough, a significant amount of water gets on the floor while showering. Our bed also had a large post up against the side of it. Left the drapes opened at night for fear one of us would bump into it in the dark. No safe for valuables. Not really sure if we would stay here again.

We booked 4 nights to visit Nancy and the Vosges. I picked this hotel because it is new and clean according to the reviews on Expedia. Also, the location is really convenient because close to the train station. No need to take a cab even if you have heavy baggages. Few areas of the bathroom were dusty and stayed like that during my whole stay which was Monday to Friday.

Few areas of the bathroom were dusty and stayed like that during my whole stay which was Monday to Friday.
Bin liner in bathroom bin wasn't fitted properly and just hung halfway out of the bin. Probably if it had been emptied, it would have been noticed. But it wasn't.
The overall quality of the hotel is good though.
Having said that, there was a very little choice of fruit at breakfast - or was there any at all?
Staff is nice even if check-out didn't go as smooth as one would expect.

We stayed in Nancy as a stop over on our way to Italy. The town of Nancy is wonderful and the location of the hotel allowed us to go on foot to the touristy areas with ease. The hotel advertises car parking however this is not attached to the hotel and is a considerable walk away in a large underground carpark and costs €12 for 24 hours. The size of the room was more than adequate however it faced the road and the windows were far from suitable to block out the noise. The beds were both rock solid and lumpy although they seemed to be new. Overall the hotels main aim was clearly cost cutting. In some respects this is good in hotels but when comfort and the quality of breakfast for example (cheap muesli and coco pops are not an adequate cereal choice) are compromised it leads to an unpleasant experience.

Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel Campanile Centre. L'équipement des chambres correspond au standard de cette catégorie. Elles sont propres. Note chambre était petite, l'espace entre le pied du lit et le mur très restreint et il n'y a pas d'endroit où déposer une valise. L'accueil n'est pas à l'hauteur même pour cette catégorie d'hôtel.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel situé à deux pas de la gare. Très calme. L'hôtel dispose d'un bar-restaurant bien sympathique et agréable. Seul bémol, une douche pas très pratique, car non fermée... On met de l'eau partout ! Mais c'est un détail. Si nous retournons à Nancy, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce Campanile.

Es muy fácil de llegar. Sales de la estación de trenes y caminas media cuadra y listo. Tiene una recepción bar. Si así como se escucha, a lado de l recepción está un bar que es muy concurrido por los habitantes de Nancy. Así que tienes tu habitación , bar y restaurante. Yo pagué el desayuno y es muy variado el bufete, huevo, Omelett, tocino, salchicha y un sin fin de panes. El personal es super amable, hay una chica que habla español ya que es de México y me ayuda bastante, aunque aquí todos hablan inglés también. No esperes cuartos grandes porque aquí nada es grande. Pero eso si, muy cómodos, limpios, de buen gusto la decoración y muy céntrico. Todo queda cerca y la parada del bus está a media cuadra y ahí vas a todos lados. Felicidades
